  3. "Uh... That crystal is rather difficult to hit." Parrying would be a nice idea, but he didn't get such a luxery. If he could get the hit on the water crystal, then they would successfully clear that pesky thing for another few moments. It was an annoying thing, constantly making them hit the damn thing. But it was okay, so long as they had better care of their hits, all should work fine! Until he aimed a strike and missed, something that was sure to happen when a tank tried to get a hit in. An annoyed sigh would emit from his lips immediately afterwards, he wasn't getting it anytime soon. "Well, we need to clean up soon, I am not getting jack with this sort of role." An unfortunate reality for the party. Only two of them can hit the crystal. If not, they were going to have another refresh to deal with. This not the time for such a thing at all.

    [PP-F1] The First Steps

Seeing the brown haired man get slammed into a tree by the attack of the wolf really didn't help much with her desire to not really be out here. But she was here and she was committed. The man then lunged himself at the same wolf that was already injured, the one they'd been trying to kill up until this point, but the wolf lept backwards narrowly avoiding his attack. He then also jumped back next to Sairies shouting at her "Try to kill this one, this time," as he accepted her party invite. Sairies looked up into the top left corner of her HUD. So his username is Roulette huh? She'd make a mental note of that but for now she needed to focus on the task in front of her. The girl charged forwards, The 1st wolf still targetting Roulette, she aimed to drive her dagger into it's head. However as she started her plunge forwards, she noticed the other wolf in closing in on her her from the side. She spun underneath it as it lept over her completely whiffing her, but it caused her to move just enough that she just caught the hairs on the other wolf running past her which slammed into Roulette. A soft "damn it..." escaped Sairies lips as she began to move back towards Roulette and the wolf. With how low it's health bar was they definitely should have finished it off by now, but after the first hit it they just couldn't seem to find any sort of purchase on it. It was frustrating, especially because they still had another to deal with. [SP/F6] <<Deforestation>>

As Alec reached the courtyard he reached out and with his index finger performed a quick downward swipe to open his inventory. Once his inventory was opened he began scrolling through the items listed within looking over his various items as he began to mentally choose the ones he would use. First he reached out and tapped the icon that represented his Vanquisher Shoulder Armor with his index finger causing the air around his shoulders to shimmer and waver as if a heat mirage was located there as his heavy armor shoulder guards appeared securely attached to his body and covering his shoulders, chest and back. The armored shoulder guards had a polished look to them and had large Celtic engravings etched into the armors surface. Alec performed a quick visual inspection of them to ensure all was as it should be with them before he turned back to his inventory and continued his perusal of the items listed within as he looked for his next item he wanted.

    [SP/F6] <<Deforestation>>

As Alec made his way through Krycim he spoke to many people and asked numerous questions of the non player characters he encountered throughout the tribal village. After much questioning Alec discovered that the ready was in fact named Byakko and it had last been seen in the vicinity of a section of the forest known as Amazon's Folly. It appeared this beast of fire was a tiger like creature that left flaming foot prints where ever he walked causing fire to spread and leaving devistation and ash in its wake. This beast was a serious issue and needed to be dealt with before it burned down Amazon's Folly and possibly even more or all of this floor as it was all dense forested jungle. Once Alec had all the information he felt he needed he set off towards the town's main gate and the dense jungle beyond in search of a tiger like creature made of fire with his friend and trusted travelling companion Humphrey by his side.

    Rizi's Diary

PROFILE : Username: Rizi Name: Nicole Adams Age: 10-12 Gender : Female Height: 4'10 Birthday: February 18th HISTORY/PERSONAILITY: Nicole was born with a sliver spoon in her mouth, getting expensive stuff at a early age. She was bitter and rude towards almost everybody except her family and the elderly. People thought she was just short tempered, and continued to consider her as a friend. Nicole had friends said but none that she enjoyed being with so every time they would invite her to their birthday, she would make up a excuse to not go. Her parents continued to spoil her with riches, making Nicole more spoiled and self centered. Nobody said anything about this attitude, but just complimented her on her appearance not wanting to provoke Nicole's family. She wasn't rude when she was a young little kid. Nicole was very attached to her grandmother, she would go to her house every Saturday and they would talk for hours until she had to go home. Her grandmother taught her how to be caring and kind, Nicole listened to her, being a sweetheart towards everybody and even to people who would insult her. It wasn't until when Nicole's grandmother died when she was eight, that's when's she ditched her bubbly sweet personaility and began to be spoiled and mean. She isn't rude to her relatives, especially from her mom's side cause her grandmother was in that's side. Nicole isn't rude to the elderly cause they remind her of her grandmother. Nicole was in private school until she was nine and went to public school. Even when she was welcomed warmly, Nicole continued being snobby and rude. Her classmates continued to deem her as a friend, it wasn't until everybody didn't wanna be friend and ignored her. Nicole didn't care one bit, things got worse when she physically hurt other kids leading to the teacher calling her parents. Her mom and dad would be disappointed but forgive her afterwards. After getting a laid back response, Nicole continued picking on other kids until she got in trouble again leading to the teacher calling her parents. Nicole sweet talked her way out so she wouldn't have to face any consequences. After a day of school, she went on her computer and saw a online group chat. Nicole was bored so she joined out of curiosity, she was welcomed and she felt like this was her place instantly. She was thinking of a username since her said default, the members suggested Rizi so she chose that. Everybody there was carefree, outgoing and she felt like she could finally fit in. Months go by and everyday she would talk to them, not forgeting a day. It was eventually her birthday and her parents decided to have a trip to Japan since Nicole's dad side was Japanese and her dad's family was in Japan. Nicole didn't hesitate to tell her online group chat, they congratulated her until somebody said he,lived in Japan as well. He then told her there was a game called SAO and suggested she would buy it too. Nicole was excited, realizing it was virtual reality and waited impatiently for the day they would go to Japan. A week went by and they were on their way to Japan. Nicole asked her dad if they could buy the game and they agreed. After they got to Japan, they first went to her relatives and then got the Nervegear and a copy of SAO. Before playing the game, she told the guy who suggested that she's bought it that she got the game and was gonna play it. Her parents sat next to her as she was gonna start playing, they helped her get prepared and let her play the game alone. Not knowing that was the worst decision of their life. Virtues: Quick: Rizi is undeniable quick, physically and mentally. She runs and dodges quickly, making her useful in most occasions. But if she runs too much, she will lose too much energy and may not even able to walk at all. When something is behind her it's a high chance she would dodge it either way, Rizi reacts to things in a snap making her quick in every way. Loyal: Rizi will be one of the loyal people you know, never betraying you. She may argue with you and be bitter for a while but she would never leave you behind. If you were in a situation where you were in danger, Rizi would come over and try to defend you. Even if she knows she has no chance of surviving or winning. Cautious: Rizi always makes sure that she's safe before doing something. She doesn't take risks at all, and wants to go through life carefully. She's not a fan of taking risks or being adventurous but she would try her best to survive. She's usually looking left and right if she could any danger, if she does she would usually go hostile. Flaws: Bossy: Rizi tends to boss around people, even people who are older and more advanced. She usually thinks she's accurate and correct when she's not. When people don't listen to her, she gets very annoyed by that and will be mean to them for a long time. She can't cooperate with other people lacking teamwork but can't do anything without somebody helping her. Weak: Rizi lacks strength a lot, she's not able to carry a lot of stuff. If she does carry something that is heavy to her, she would fight at a slower pace. She believes she's strong and calls other people weak even though she's probably weaker than them. She didn't do any physical sports, making her lack physical strength more. Ditzy: Rizi is usually the one who can't make up strategies, she is not the brightest person you will know. She lacks intelligence the most, one of the reasons why she's not as good as she thinks she is. Rizi always needs somebody besides her cause she's very dependent when it comes to combat. She quickly gets damaged and harmed, making her quite annoying. Profession: (Leave blank until the Earning a Living quest has been completed.) [PP-F1] The First Steps

Ji-hu never took his eyes off of Sairies as she lunged after the wolf. Though she was low level, she certainly looked like she knew how to fight. The brunette internally groaned as she missed the wolf. That moment didn't last too long, however, as he was suddenly knocked back by a powerful force. God damn, it still knocked the breath out of him even if it didn't hurt. The player grit his teeth as he was launched at the trunk of a close by tree. Roulette narrowed his eyes at the red-eyed mob as he glanced at his draining health bar. It dealt a fraction of his health and he wasn't too worried about it for now, but it was going to become troublesome if they don't kill the wolves soon. He readied himself once again and lunged at the first wolf. His eyes widened by a fraction as his blade narrowly missed the wolf by a hair. Damn, guess the glory of his first attack didn't last too lock, did it? His expression morphed into a scowl as he retreated back to the other player. The fight was reassured, he knew that, but it still troubled him that they could've killed the first wolf already. He turned his head towards Sairies and huffed, "Try to kill this one, this time," he said crossly, finally accepting the party request with a tap of the finger. He sighed, grinning still and letting his head fall a bit to the side. Like Roulette didn't know what he was talking about. Like he was an idiot. "I'll give it a few months." Pinball put up three fingers and presented them smugly. "Three months before you disappear. Nobody'll even remember you were here." He spun on his heel and started to walk off, sporadic stumbles and staggers accenting his otherwise purposeful strides. He hadn't even made it all the way down the path before he turned around like he'd forgotten something. There was a brief moment of silence as his eyes narrowed, the only sounds the peaceful ambience of the First Floor's wilds. And again, he flashed that manic smile. "Try to get stronger, huh? And don't die! I hope you make lots of friends!" There was a sinister, threatening quality to his suggestions. His words dripped from his mouth like a toxic sludge. He turned his back on them without another thought and kept walking. Pinball held out three fingers. - Exit -

"Whatever you say, kid. Just don't bite my head off before one of these things, yeah?" Well at least he agreed to that. Maybe he wasn't so bad after all, just a bit irritated. Had she jumped the gun a bit? No, even if he had been in a bad mood running into her and then scowling at her for him not paying attention wasn't good manners in the slightest. Even her sheltered upbringing would tell her that. But, at least he'd be patient and work with her for now. "Start with that one." he said, nodding to the one in front of him. He gripped his spear in charged straight in slashing down on the wolf and carving a considerable amount of it's health bar. 'Wait he has beginner equipment right?' Sairies watched as the health bar of the wolf tanked. He did so much damage to it! they could definitely get this done easily. "Well? Get on with it." he shouted next to her, but she was already moving forwards. Some of her instincts kicked in. The creatures health bar looked low enough that she could probably just swipe at it with her dagger so at least theoretically she could skip on the sword art for now. "On it!" she shouted as she moved passed him, dagger in reverse grip ready to strike. She readied her blade and slashed, however the wolf didn't shatter nor did she even graze him as it lept deftly to the side of her lunge. It then made it's own lunge at Roulette, not managing to find purchase. It was however enough of a distraction that the second wolf managed to get in an attack. Sairies cringed as she watched his health bar drop. He hadn't accepted her party request, but she still felt bad. If she'd made that attack there, he might not have taken damage. As she spun around to face the monsters, sliding to halt she shouted out "Sorry! he got away from me" as she then began to charge back in. Everything was blurry. He was just standing there a few seconds ago and now he was on the ground with a sword at his throat. His head clasped around Pinball's boot in reflex but he quickly relaxed it when he finally realized what was actually happening. Damn, his pride went down the well in less than five seconds. Wasn't that astonishing? The brunette stifled a laugh-- as it was pretty damn easy since he had a big ass boot on his chest. He wasn't sure why he found this hilarious. What could be so hilarious about having a giant blade hairs away from your throat? But he supposed that this was his own fault. Who knows? If he had actually done something in the past two years, he could've beaten this brat to a pulp, though he would doubt that he would even be alive if he had survived for longer than a year out there. Roulette let out a heavy breath and looked up at the murderer with an unreadable expression. He wasn't sure if it was the tension in the air or the crazed way Pinball said his words that made Ji-hu's words hitch in his throat. He brought a hand up to brush away the strands of auburn-ish hair in his face and grinned at his attacker as he let out a short laugh. "I s'pose you can say I've done something like that." Now the kid was rambling on about his ideals and this made Roulette crack another laugh. He'd thought he'd be finished with lectures when he got stuck here, but here he was-- a teenage kid blabbering his mouth away right in front of him with a sword to his throat. "Seems like you've been through some tough [censored] for the past few years?" He chuckled once the guy had finally finished his ranting. "Can't blame you. I've seen a few people go crazy in here," Roulette muttered, rolling his eyes quickly.

I did not really want to know anything that was happening and still busy covering my ears just to not hear any of the sounds. I did not hear anything the two of them said but I really did not want to hear it even. Everyone that his reasons right, even mine. Yet I kind of felt useless in this world, just like I did in the real world. People being my age would stand up to this like a responsible adult that I was. But never really knowing the real world and having quite a big drawback with everything I did not want to know anything. Half of me wanted to end it all and the rest of me wanted just to go back to the hospital where I was treated for my illness. The illness that has plagued me for so many years now, The illness that has taken my life to be myself and be a free person. Back then I was just stuck in a room without anything were I could hurt myself, But now this room felt much bigger, but I was still trapped here. I kind of gave up at this point and just let my back fall against the wall a bit and look down to the ground still covering my ears. I felt my skin burning like It always did and either this was my mind tricking me or It really just burned at this point. What was going on in this world, for all I knew this was how people were in the real world as well, I only knew my family and the doctors plus that one guy that works for the company that made this game
  15. After Jomei's critical attack hit, he saw the piercing red eyes of the Leviathan shift to look at him. The first time this beast had looked him directly into the eyes..the first time any of the floor bosses put their focus on him instead of one of his team's tank. The long neck of the serpent swayed, pulling its head back before violently shifting forward again. Its large maw opened wide, releasing a concentrated stream of water directly directly at Jomei. Olive eyes went wide as the fear of taking the full front of that attack spilled over him. With a quick side step, Jomei Jomei twisted his upper body and let his legs follow, lifting him up into the air with a corkscrew kick. The man was barely able to flip right over the attack, with the help of his Acrobatics mod equipped. As his feet hit the ground, the Leviathan unleashed its Scalding attack yet again. The hot water sprayed against Jomei's side, burning his arm and half of his face. Even though he took full damage from the heat, he was able to move quickly enough to keep it from causing any lasting damage. As the man recovered from the attacks, he saw the water crystal on the opposite side of the beast split into two, the second portion hovering over to where Jomei's team was. "I'm going after the crystal." Jomei shouted to his team, "We also need to get that segment down again quick so we can hit the big boss again!" Still feeling the adrenaline from the last attack and nearly being knocked on his ass from that powerful water blast, Jomei's eyes and sword shone a brilliant golden color once again as he rushed forward to where the healing crystal rested. Jumping into the air to meet where it floated, Jomei let the Cardinal system take him through the motions of Over Radiation once more, carving deep into the surface of the object. With one final stab with his rapier, the saw the crystal pulse purple, meaning the toxic venom had clung to it as well. 16. Alec found himself walking through the town of Krycim the main settlement of the Sixth Floor. The majority of the inhabitants all appeared to be large (six feet or taller) tanned muscular women with dark colored hair. So this floor is dedicated to the Amazonian culture Alec thought to himself as he walked the natural pathways that made up the roads here within the town. Outside the Town he had heard was dense jungle and various real, mythical and prehistoric creatures. Wild cats from the jungles of the real world to include Giant Sloths he had heard and something called a Kobold, whatever that was Alec thought to himself. He had heard talk of a question this floor that involved an oversized Tiger of flames and the sheer thought had brought here straight away. He had heard the monstrous beast was named Byakko or something close to that. All these different languages and themes sometimes made things hard for him to keep straight he was a simple man and smart but not overly educated so some of the references and nuances went over his head but he'd make due the best he could as was his way.

Roulette rolled his eyes as he watched her visibly grow faster. Did this woman really think that he was going to kill her? He wouldn't waste such time doing that, especially if he didn't benefit from it. What was the point of killing her anyway? It's not like she would have anything good on her. His half lidded eyes watched her spin around and face him. He groaned and rubbed his temples. "Look, lady. As much as I know you want a frekin' stalker, I'm not your man," he said in a bored tone. When her eyes nearly fell out of sockets, he quickly realized that there were mobs around them. What a drag. They shouldn't be too hard, right? Of course, they weren't! He had done research for this for weeks. He may be a risk taker but he isn't frekin' stupid. His eyes narrowed as he used his free hand to point something behind her. "Hey, I think there's something-" He was cut off when he realized she had already seen it and was slowly backing away from it. He let out a small 'umph' as she backed straight into him. "Watch it," he muttered, gripping his spear tighter as he looked back and forth between the two wolves. "Truce?" He questioned, raising one of his eyebrows. "Whatever you say, kid. Just don't bite my head off before one of these things, yeah?" He looked at her one more time before starting up a sword art. As much as he would want to argue with the girl some more, he was in full concentration mode right now. He nodded his head over to the first wolf. "Start with that one." As soon as he ended his sentence, the boy dashed off, spear in both hands. He brought the spear up and slashed it down the wolf's torso, earning a loud howl from it. A red gash was left in place and the brunette smirked when he watched it's HP go down considerably. He backed away before the wolf had the chance to lunge at him and looked at the white haired girl beside him. "Well? Get on with it." The padding of feet behind Sairies let her know that someone, most likely him was behind her. Whether he was following her or just heading to the hunting ground she couldn't be certain, but it mad her quicken her steps just that little bit much more as her heart beat raced him. She knew the chances of him being a PKer were slim. Even if he was an asshole, his cursor was green which mean at least for now he was an upstanding player. He also didn't look much stronger than her, and assuming Sairies played it right she might be able to outmatch him or at least make it back to the safe zone where his then orange marker wouldn't allow him to go. Still, his steps were relentless, and as they got just a little ways into the forest, Sairies turned around to confront the man. "Are you just going to keep following me? isn't there ano-" her words were cut off by the glowing red eyes behind the man, and the red cursor behind him. Her eyes widened and she felt her heart sink and her chest tighten. That was it. That was a real wolf glaring down the two of them looking for a meal. That thing had the very real possibility of ending her life right here and now. She'd never get to see her mom again. She'd never get to read her favorite book again. She'd never find out-... her thoughts were snapped back to reality but the sound of growling behind her... There was a second one?!? Sairies turned around and slowly started backing away from the growling creature slowly moving towards her. There was nothing between her and that monster right now. Nothing between her and something that wanted her very much dead, and had the power to do it. Sairies kept backing up until she hit something solid. Without looking she couldn't tell whether it was the man or a tree she'd ran into, but her eyes couldn't peel away from the beast in front of her slowly moving forwards. Sairies swallowed the lump in her throat. "So... what do you say we call a truce for now? I'm not sure I can handle both of these myself." she said. Her voice a bit shaky. With that she swiped her hand down and quickly sent him a party invite. XP and Col on Shared. His eyes darkened as he narrowed his eyes at her. "I don't think you have the power to tell me what to do, kid," he hissed, not even flinching at the dagger that was held so close to his chin. "And you're certainly admiring something oh-so-beautiful," he scoffed, tilting his head towards the town that was bustling like bees in a beehive. "Truly and utterly scenic, my good lady," he muttered sarcastically as he watched her walk away into the distance. Ji-hu rolled his eyes and gripped the shaft of his spear tighter. What was a brat like her telling him what to do? Roulette groaned, and ran a hand through his auburn hair. Women. He shooed the though away and started walking towards one of the nearest mob hunting grounds, which just so happened to be where the little lady was heading. He clicked distastefully and trailed behind her, keeping at least a few meters separating them. His dark eyes burned through her head, or at least he had wished they did. Something was off about this girl, and he didn't even want to bother finding out. Curiosity was never his strong suit, but he would much rather have his head on than to know a few close-kept secrets.
  20. Sairies

    [PP-F1] The First Steps

Sairies was locked into her headspace when suddenly from behind she was ran into. The girl stumbled a few steps forwards, and the words she'd been dreading appeared on her hud. You are now leaving the safe zone Sairies froze. It felt like her heart stopped. Thankfully her skin was already fairly pale so it'd hide most of the sheer terror she was expressing, but not quite all of it. She could feel her stomach in her throat. She wasn't sure if she could vomit in a VRMMO, but she figured she was about to find out. However, once more she was snapped out of it. A man who looked like he was in starter gear with the starter weapon too spoke venom at her. "Watch where you're standing," he said. She could almost feel the venom on his words, and subconciously checked her health bar to make sure it didn't come with a status effect before he continued, already walking off. "Some of us people have places to be." Sairies felt herself flair up. she was working up to stepping outside damn it. And who was he anyways? He didn't look much better off gear wise than she was. He certainly didn't seem as scared of the mobs as she was, but he still couldn't be much better. Before she knew what she was doing, Sairies felt herself moving forwards. The air filled with hum of her Violet dagger as she switched to reverse grip and oozing a pink light began to emanate from the dagger. In a flash of movement she'd push in front of him, spinning and stopping her dagger mere iches from his throat. Though she was having to hold it considerably up due to their height difference. Her piercing red eyes glaring holes into him. "Watch where you're walking. Some of us have scenes to admire." So that definitely didn't come out as threatening as she would have liked, and as she turned around and sheathed her blade she was glad her skin was as white it was, because ever single step forwards into the fields beyond the Town of Beginnings felt like it might hold death for her. But her pride carried her forwards. Well past the fields that surronded the town and into the nearby forest, where she knew she'd find mobs. ____________________ Sairies - 20 Hp | 2 EN Roulette - 20 Hp | 2 EN

    [PP-F1] The First Steps

Roulette rested the grip of his spear on his shoulder as he casually walked through the crowds of people. There weren't any quests available to him at the moment so he had decided he was going to do the next best thing; go stab a bunch of monsters. Though, he definitely knows he isn't going to be much of a damage dealing player, he knew he should at least take advantage of the lower leveled mobs that lurked the first floor. Plus, his build wasn't even based on his healing capabilities yet, so he should just focus on getting as much money and loot as he can for now. It wasn't long before he had reached the front gate of the town. Boy, did he hate this hellhole. Who wanted to be piled up with a bunch of dimwits who were too much of a wimp to even get pass the front gates? He didn't wanted to be branded with those idiots. He was far from them, in fact. His plans for the not-so-distant future were inevitable. He wasn't sure how long he was lost in though but he immediately snapped out of it when he bumped into someone. Ji-hu blinked momentarily before looking down to see another player. He looked her up and down and kept a passive face on. She didn't look like anything special, though he did note that the white hair was a weird thing, but he brushed that thought aside. The girl didn't have much on her, so he quickly noted that she was probably just another low-level that inhabited the town. Seeing that he had no use for her, his face morphed into a scowl. "Watch where you're standing," he spat, already walking away. "Some of us people have places to be." Battle Inventory:

    [PP-F1] The First Steps

This was it. Today was the day the Sairies would step outside the safe zone. She was given her knife a few days ago, and it was then that she decided that this was what she wanted to do. She wouldn't just sit in the town of beginnings and wait for this game to get cleared for her, she'd at least try to have fun and enjoy the game while she could. She just needed to be careful. That, and Sairies wanted to feel free again. She wanted to run around in open fields once more and not hole herself up in a tavern praying that she didn't get PK'd. She was going to do this. Steeling her resolve, Sairies walked to the front gate and stood there for a moment. Dagger in hand. She took a deep breath, and then looked forwards. It was a nice cobble road with fields surronding either side. Sairies couldn't even see any mobs. But trying she was a nervous wreck trying to cross that barrier. So she stood there. Staring out into the open field waiting for her, but refusing to move. She just couldn't bring herself to take a step further. What if she was PK'd? Surely there was just blood crazed indiviuals waiting for weaklings like her to step out for their first time. Or what if the Mobs were harder than she remembered? Or maybe they'd gotten stronger due to others like her religiously clearing out the lower level fields to be safe. There were so many ifs, that Saries just froze. ____________________ Battle Inventory: Violet's Shard | 1h Dagger Dark Purple Leathers | Vanity Armor 3 Beginner Healing Pots ____________________ Sairies - 20 Hp | 2 EN

It was like he didn't even hear him talking. Pinball reered back like he had been punched, catching himself in a stagger. The tip of his sword hit the dirt but still hung loose in his grip. For the first time in a long time, a simple phrase graced the deep emptiness of his consciousness. I feel sick. He was dizzy. His world was spinning and he wasn't really sure if he could catch himself. Fear and dread came crashing down on him, and he was breathing - and he was breathing hard. Panic! Panic gripped his mind and consumed all else. "Why am I here? What am I doing..? Oh my God, I think I'm dying. Please help me, I don't want to go. I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." The ramblings came in waves and they didn't let up. He staggered backwards, and then he stumbled forwards, swinging around like an off balance drunkard. "I didn't mean to kill him, I didn't want to. I didn't want to, I didn't want to, I didn't want to, I didn't want to. I didn't want to. I didn't want to. I don't want to [censored] die." He stepped forward. "I'm not a monster, am I? I can change. Please, let me change. I don't want to disappear, Lucy. Mish, I don't wanna disappear." A silver blade flashed in the evening's golden rays. A single tear slid down his cheek. He clenched his jaw, but this time in anger. The golden hilted weapon glowed a bright blue. "Monsters. Aren't we all just monsters?" One, two, three. Bright blue strikes cut Belial to ribbons. Pinball didn't even notice the friendly ginger's health plummet. He sagged and slouched forward, nearly falling over just like that. But he kept his balance, and within moments his sword began to glow again - but this time it was a deep crimson. Pinball twisted his head up to look at Belial with empty eyes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Action Taken: Sword Art - [Snake Bite] [-3 EN] Belial: ID#118111 BD: 9 (Crit+1) ~ 15+1= 16*3= 48 DMG Belial: 12/60 HP Pinball: 1040/1040 HP | 101/104 EN | 15 DMG | 4 ACC | 3 EVA

    Sairies' Journal

Profile Username: Sairies Real name: Tsumiya, Kina Age: 19 Gender: Female Height: 5'2 About: History/personality 19 years ago family and friends gathered around to witness the start of a new generation. Kina would be the first child of any of her grandparent's children, however she wasn't quiet what they would have hoped that she would be, as the girl came out with snow white hair and bright red eyes. Conditions caused by albinism, that made the early years for Kina very difficult. This being that the girl couldn't stay outside for long periods of time, so she had troubles making friends and while some escape for her could be found in video games the strained her eyes too much if she was on for too long. Even still, the girl made the most of what she could with video games and when that wasn't an option she'd find herself immersed in books or other forms of stories. She found herself relating to rogue type characters the most, not because they were shadowy or edgy or anything of the sort but because she related to their cloaks and hoods even if Kina didn't wear them for the same reason so could at least pretend they did. Beyond her growing obsession with fantasy, Kina had always been a daddy's girl. She followed her dad just about anywhere she could, and loved it the most when he would sit down and play games with her. The two had an almost inseperable bond. That was until her dad fell in love with another girl. She wasn't told at first, when but a fight broke out while she was playing games upstairs, she couldn't simply ignore it. So the girl went downstairs to investigate and found her mother crying and saying how she'd betrayed him. It was then that Kina's soul was crush as her dad left her and her mom alone to go live off on the other side of japan with another girl. After that event, and as medicine advanced to allow her to stare at a screen longer, Kina fully immersed herself in the gaming world. She was playing everything she could while avoiding everything and anything from the outside world. It wasn't too long after that, that SAO came around. Kina try as she may couldn't get into the beta but her mom, maybe as some sort of piece offering or to try and get closer to Kina in some way managed to pick up a copy of the game for her. The game for all of 3 hours was everything she ever wanted. Kina played around with a dagger in something that felt real, and she got to go outside and run around without fear the sun or her health. that was until the opening announcement was made and everything she had thought about freedom and being safe out and about was stripped from her. Kina was in shock and reverted back to her reclusive self even within the game world. Until recently she was one of those that never the town of beginnings, that was until recently she was given a dagger by one of her friends that she had made in the town who decided to finally venture out. When she was given that dagger, she remembered how freeingn the game world had felt and decided to finally try and live life in the game of death. Virtues: Quick-Thinking: In chaotic situations Sairies can adapt and think on her feet with realitive ease. This helps with reacting to most oncoming stimuli and decide what's most important to be focusing on at that moment. Sairies mostly developped this trait from her extended and continued play of video games of all genres. This allowed her to get a feel for combat situations and help assess what needs to be prioritized. Fast-Learner: Sairies has always been relatively good at picking up new things. It's something that's definitely helped in her video game endeavours by allowing her to learn new systems and mechanics with realtive ease. It's also helped her in her day to day life, not that that matters much anymore. Caring: Deep beneath all of the hard exterior Sairies actually cares a whole lot about the people she considers friends. She shows this in subtle ways by doing thing they and more importantly she herself won't directly notice. She hides it from herself mostly because she's scared of feeling attached again. Flaws: Nervous: A part of what shook her up so heavily when the openning announcement was made. Sairies has a disposition to be overly worried about most things, even if she doesn't show it. This disposition can lead to her to be hesistant to take new steps or venture into dangerous territory without fully knowing what's going on or having someone reassure her. However, once she gets into the thick of things most of her doubts go away and she lets her natural reactions guide her instead of overthinking, It's just taking those first steps that cause problems. Callous: While not actually uncaring, Sairies has a disposition to be cold and unwelcoming to people. This is mostly because she has abandonment issues and steems from the fact that she hasn't got over her father for leaving her when she thought they were so close. This results in Sairies naturally pushing people away or just being cold to them in an attempt for her not to get attached to anyone. Fierce: When Sairies feels things she it becomes very hard to convince herself that the way she's feeling isn't actually the case. The girl lets her emotions guide her and what she feels she feel strongly. So if someone angers her, even if she comes to find out that it's by accident, she'll still feel anger for a time after, and before she reaches the conclusion that it was a mistake, Anger is wholely consuming for the person who she feels wronged her. [F-01 PP] Broken Bones & Dying soul

Coward. A smirk crept across the teenager's pale face. Black hair partially obscured the pale glow of his icy blue eyes, but still, there they were - burning holes into Roulette's head. He took another step closer - as halting of a stagger it may have been, but it would bring him closer nonetheless - and placed a boot on the man's chest and launched him backwards. Whether that knocked him on the ground or just threw him backwards was up to Roulette and his center of balance; but whatever happened, the force exerted by a T3 and former frontliner was going to be a lot to deal with. If he was on the ground, Pinball would place his foot on his chest and bring his sword up right under his chin. If he had been launched backwards, Pinball would close that distance in an instant and, again, bring it right up under his chin. The faint glow of the silver blade was just inches away from his neck - inches away from ending his life. And Pinball grinned wider. "Well, look at you now~! What's with the sudden change in attitude, man?" He almost took a step forward but caught himself, and he snorted when he realized what he had almost done. "Come on. Did you maybe... reevaluate?" Pinball would go on, his tone gradually darkening and his face twisting into a scowl. "See, the problem with you people is you think your numbers are gonna be your savior. Power is everything, right? Just have to grind up to the front. But that's bullshit, and here's why. You lose your humanity in the process. You carry on with a blatant disregard for the worth of people's lives. Do you know how many people in the frontlines have killed before? Go, count them. And then you can come back and tell me how many of them have green cursors. But they are not guilty. They show no remorse. People cut through who were supposed to be their allies like butter. It's like they were never there. Llke these people whose lives they took - like they never lived. It's like they were nothing more than an NPC." Pinball pulled his sword back, and in an instant it was gone, hidden in the folds of his cloak. His rant was done. He raised his arms to his sides triumphantly, laughing loudly and wheeling backwards. "Don't ya see? I'm going to show you all just how important a human life is." "I'm going to kill the main characters."

    [SP/F3] <<Escape>>

Alec stood up from the Treasure Chest and turned to his friend and faithful travelling companion Humphrey and with a broad smile for the American black bear cub he hitched his head towards the open archway on the far side of the courtyard. "Come on pal." Alec offered jovially. "Let's get the heck out of here I'm ready to put this place way behind me." Alec stated in his deep baritone rumble as he let out a low warm chuckle and began walking across the courtyard towards the stone archway and his freedom beyond. Alec crossed the courtyard with long even steps that covered the ground between himself and the archway quickly. As Alec walked under the arch and came out the other side he heard a triumphant chime and banner popped up in his vision <QUEST COMPLETED>. Alec smiled again as the sound and banner appeared then disappeared leaving himself and Humphrey to walk calmly and quietly through the woods and plains headed back to the main town and a long deserved hit meal a cold drink.
