Honestly, good question. Been waiting a good bit myself... 

And I HAVE seen GMs and Admins, as well as PST staff logging on and actively checking other posts, but not journals... Is there a reason for that?

I got too both of you today, but to answer this, its mostly because we don't know when they are ready to be approved. On the discord server, if you tag us and tell us its ready we know you are ready for it to be looked at. 

Unless we see something like the title saying 'Ready to be reviewed', we don't know if they are W.I.P or not. Sorry you two had to wait a bit, but i hope this clears up the little annoyance from that wait.
