The Reign of the Berserker King

Recommended Posts

Ssendom came to the Arena where had had fought Calrex and Mack respectively, the numerous battles with Calrex were taxing on Dom but he learned a lot from his one loss and one win. He never got a chance to test his true skill against Mack since it was a heavily one sided battle, but a massive challenge was stated by the strike team from the Knights of the Blood Oath. Mack had lost the first time without even laying a scratch on the Berserker, but this time Mack was ready for a second round this time with allies on his side.

Little did the Red-Headed Behemoth understand just how much stronger Dom had become, it was almost a Gargantuan difference than their previous duel. Dom took out a Tier 2 Damage Crystal and broke it upon his weapon empowering it with a huge surge of power. While at the same time he consumed a Kingly Crab Meal at the same time to surge his damage to incredible heights. After that was done he took out his Banner of Command and the Blood of the Champion to do the last surges of strength necessary to ensure a massive output of damage that they wouldn't even begin to suspect.

Once he was done boosting his damage up, he would await for the Strike team to come upon the arena floors. Zelrius to show up to officiate the fight and make sure nothing continues on after the fight would occur, and for the stands to fill up for this to be a spectacle of a show to watch. There he stood in patience.

OOC: Obviously, Ssendom is going to try and one hit the three of us with a single AOE... make sure you grab the overhealth. Also, I don't think you can use the Fallen damage boost on us... right?

Ssendom wasn't the only one that had been working on leveling up, Mack hadn't been slouching and this time they would truly find out just how powerful the berserker rage was. If the top level Crimson Blades strike team members couldn't get the job done, then Mack would seek out an even bigger team. Maybe he'd pester Tristan and Calrex the next time, if there was a next time, and grab a healer like Ebony, and a few other players. There had to be a maximum number of players that Ssendom could handle as the berserker, and it would be useful to have that information, both for Mack and for Ssendom so the guildmaster didn't inadvertantly bite off more than he could chew and get himself killed.

As the first of the Knights of the Blood Oath to enter the arena Mack advanced on Ssendom and stopped about ten feet distant before unlimbering Invictus from its sheath and planting the butt cap of the weapon in the sandy floor of the arena. Then, as he often did, Mack leaned his forearms atop the bladed head of the bearded axe, and regarded Ssendom for a moment before spitting in the sand. "Afternoon, Ssendom," he said, after a moment's thought, pushing back the deep hood of his crimson cloak. "I'm very curious to discover how many players Berserker will let you handle at one time. It would be good for you to have that information too, should we plan another re-match if you beat me and the Blades this time?"

Stepping intro the Arena, Macradon was clad in his uniform to showcase the power of the Knights of Blood. Even though it was why he was present he was already sure of their defeat, but Macradon would not back down. He was pretty sure that Ssendom the Berserker would be able to take them all down in no time, Macradon would not give up just yet. Ssendom was a strong player, the strongest two handed weapon wielder and Macradon was probably the second best ... of what he knew. There were supposedly someone stronger than Macradon and he would acknowledge that. The three Knights up against the Berserker, it would be a good fight, but also over pretty soon. Mack was there already, standing ready with his big two-handed battle axe. Macradon would draw his sword, Scarecrow's Sickle, which he bought from Ssendom not too long ago. The curved greatsword was a lot different than the usual greatswords people were using in the game. Macradon's big curved one had a different feel than what other straight swords. Macradon was well aware that he wasn't the best with it yet, but he would still take up the challenge fighting the former owner of the weapon. "Good to see you all" he would say to both the present people as they would await Ethereal to join, there would the 3 Elite forces of the guild stand united and fight the Azure Knights' Ssendom. Just for a security measure Macradon would take up a vile with a red liquid inside and spread it out onto the blade of the sickle. With the damage enhancing effect it had, he was probably still not going to go through Ssendom's armor that much, but hopefully it would do something good.

+4 Damage potion consumed
