Eatos 0 Posted April 1, 2017 #1 Report Share Posted April 1, 2017 (edited) A Heroes' Infinite Arsenal In a snow town with cabins and cottages of Snowfrost, A Heroes Infinite Arsenal is a stone-building that is located nearby one of the two taverns, the ‘Long Barrow’. The shop itself was only a single story and shaped in a square. From the outside, the shop didn't look very impressive, but it was not meant to be. Hanging just above the door was a wooden sign, the name of the shop etched into it. And on the sign itself, a golden circle in the middle. Entering the store, it would appear very specious with much room. The walls are a carefully carved stone, and beautifully crafted display cases line the walls showing off all manner of weapons. Near the door sat several seats, heavily cushioned near a much smaller fireplace, a min waiting area. The front counter sat opposite the door, and shortly door after the door was opened, the store owner would arrive. Eatos. The blue-haired girl had been sleeping near her forge, as was common for her. If they were observant, it wouldn't be hard to spot the girl napping her hear forge, which sat just behind her counter on display. However, they would first be met by a happy bark and, right as the door, a small black and white Husky Puppy would greet them, the name 'Angel' on her collar. Upon arriving at the counter, she'd smile, even if she did appear slightly sleepy. "Hi, how can I help you? Are you browsing my arsenal, or looking to order a custom piece of equipment?" She had been trying to get this place for ages, and here she had. He smiled, walking in, glad to be out of the cold air and into the warmth of the shop, it was peaceful. The place looked nice, and cozy. He was proud of her. He walked towards the counter, calling out for his friend. "Hey Eatos, i got a custom order for you, got time?" He asked as he called out, walking in and putting a custom request on the counter, hoping she wasn't to busy to help him out. Warm, but not too warm, and she could go visit Frostbite lake whenever it pleased her, and she found that place the best to practice her singing. The design didn't look too difficult, although what worried her most of all was the rarity level. Stryder wanted an uncommon blade, and while she wanted to be good, even she had to admit nerves were there. Her first order, and she was determined not to mess it up. Stryder had requested an uncommon status of blade, and she'd managed to create one an entire tier up from that! It may be something minor, but to her, as a first ever attempt, it was a fantastic victory! She picked up the blade, and brought it with her to the counter. She placed it in front of Stryder, showing him it's statistics. "It's a tad bit more powerful than you'd ordered, but I doubt you'll have much to complain about. Plus, since you only ordered an uncommon, and we're guildmates, I'll only charge you for a uncommon. Seems only fair so either 250 col or 2 materials please" she said. She knew that if she pushed it, she probably could get Stryder to pay what she'd charge for an uncommon, but not only would that possibly drive a wedge between her and him, there was no need to. It was amazing, she had just started and she seemed like such a natural, meaning his life could get a lot easier now that he had someone he trust to come to for gear. It wasn't long before it was finished, and it was exactly what he had asked for, almost. She had made it a Rare, a whole level up, and was way stronger then he had actually requested. He opened up a trade menu, and from his side, gets up 250 col and sends it to her, paying for her services. He takes the blade, and it was beautiful. He had a feeling it would last him for awhile. "Thanks Eatos, its exactly what i needed. Good job with your smith, i bet you will be a success! She was extremely proud of what she'd just done for him, and, riding on that hype, she moved back to her forge and lifted her hammer once again. Bringing out yet another pre-made ore that she'd created when she'd first got her beloved smelter and anvil, she placed it down on the anvil and took a breath. She'd already had success with one Straight Sword, and while part of her wanted to make a spear for Mist, the lovely girl who had helped her at the very start, she opted to go for another Straight Sword. She mostly recognized the player, and was pretty sure he was part of the guild. But she was also tired and a name didn't come to mind. She took a look at his request form, and nodded her head. "Yeah I'll be able to do that. I might take me a little bit to make it, rare items for a rank 1 like myself aren't the easiest thing in the world, but i'll have it for you eventually" She smiled at him. She stretched herself out before looking at the order she'd been given. A rare blade, One-Handed Straight Sword with an acc and dmg buff. The design didn't seem anything too elaborate, although the name was something else. She laughed to herself as she got her materials prepared. This blade was almost the exact contrast to the first blade she'd made, but, each to their own. And with that in mind, she began creating the newest blade. ---------- Daily Attempt 1: Materials used: 1 (17 remaining) Roll: 81127 Craft: 4(Fail, lose material) -------------- The girl tried to hammer in the blade, however, she could only watch as it failed before her every eyes, and shattered. She wasn't going to give up, even if this one failed. After two successful orders, one of which was yet to be retrieved, she could finally work on creating her own equipment. She looked at her Iron Rapier, and knew it was the blade style she wanted. So now, all it took, was a firm hand to get what she wanted. She knew what she needed to go, and now, it was just a matter of getting it done. She smiled to herself. Not one was it, combat wise, WORSE than her current Rapier, but it's design was all wrong! It looked disgusting, and, frustrated with herself, the girl discarded the item. No one would purchase it, so it was a waste to store. She looked over and quickly spotted Atzo enter, smiling as he walked up. She knew what he was there for, and placed the Katana on the desk before him. Knights' Blade. It was perfect, quite literally, and for a member of her guild. "Well, I named it Wrath after the Sin of Wrath...I have a slight obsession with the sins of humanity, seemed the most appropriate sin to use given it's a smithy" She explained to Atzo. While Wrath may have been the name of the shop, she herself was not wrath. Honesty was a personal policy, and her sin was Greed....Or sloth, one of the two. She was taken aback by Atzo paying her the full 1000 Col amount. She had prepared to take 200 Col discount, so getting it was a nice bonus for her labour. She admittantly didn't know him that well, however, he had placed an order she had been successful in completing, which meant she would lose the blade, but gain a lot of money in return for her services. As it was in the world of business, that's all it was. She had the resources and materials, as well as the knowledge, to do something he didn't, so he supplemented this lack of knowledge with money.
