Her anger subsiding once more, she raised an eyebrow when a mushroom appeared in his hand, vaguely recognizing it as one of the items he picked up earlier. Recalling the last time he had the item out, she was beginning to piece together his action just as his earring lit up with the presence of the item. After his brief words of encouragement, Teion gave a small half-smile. Shield was an interesting person to be around; cautious and respectful, at least from what she'd gathered so far. The most prominent difference from many other players she'd met is that he didn't seem to possess the same overwhelming optimism, which came as a relief. Before they could even make it back to the mansion's entry door, the party was given no warning before the floorboards beneath them gave way. Teion couldn't stifle a small scream from escaping her as the sensation of falling washed over her. A few long, disorienting seconds later, the blacksmith found herself dropped onto the rough cave-level floor, colliding with Shield along the way. A brief moment passed and she felt her mind finally catch up with her body. The woman wore a small smile, stifling a chuckle as she pushed herself up to her knees and freed the brunette from her weight, brushing off the front of her clothing. "Sorry about that," She offered to help the man up with an outstretched hand. Save for the rough landing and despite her better judgement, she couldn't help but find the alternative path back had been rather fun.
