[BR-F21] Paving the Way to Floor 22 (Floor 21 Boss Battle - Tesseleth the Tyrant)

Recommended Posts

With the second health bar gone, the cycle began anew.  Tesseleth flew upon high and released its bodyguards to face us once more.  Unfortunately for team one, there were two now, and they were all full health.  The team so far has been doing well enough, but this was the do or die part of the raid.  This will show what all that planning was really for, as multiple enemies at once can bring too many factors into the light.  So, instead of facing those factors, it was time to throw a stick in one of them.

The hunter wasn't a tactician for nothing.  While facing the first Dragon Knight, the hunter faced it roughly alone.  Though, Shield took its aggro, it still tried to attack the hunter.  Why was that?  It was possible that the knights had a different mindset than other mobs before, but that was only a theory.  He thought before that the knights were after the party with their AOE attacks, but that attack and the one on Team 3 just now, confirms it.  They have anti-tank / anti-aggro moves.  They will go after the secondary targets almost always.  That means that this current round, their targets were....

"How am I..."

Breaking from those thoughts, he had to make a choice.  AOE to attack the both of them, or strike only one.  He didn't have enough damage to kill them, but there was still something else that he could do.  Bursting out towards the first of the knights, the hunter quickly initialed one of this stun sword arts <<Nova Ascension>>, but something was off.  The knight seemed to notice, and was pulling itself away.

"Oh no, you don't!"

With a quick rush, Charge and Concentration activated at the same time, cause time to dilate for the hunter to move in more precise and snap a fair hit.  Coming out of the trance, the hunter was already pulling his blade, Loyalty, against the knight's armor.  Eight quick slashes to each extremity before rising up in the air, and quickly striking the knight's helm with the pommel of the hunter's sword.

"You are mine!"

The hunter shouted at it.  The combo would leave the knight dumbfounded and unable to think or move clearly for a time.  Enough to give Zandra some leeway.  The hunter figured that Jomei would be able to evade an attack from the other knight, if it went after him.  Otherwise, it would attack Shield, as it normally should.  Of course, the third option was it attacking all of us with its AOE, which should be manageable.  At least, one of them could be taken out of the equation for them.  It will be up to the others to take care of the rest.

The hunter then looked up to meet the red orbs that were Tesseleth's eyes.  This would also mean that they were about to receive another shower of fire, if memory deemed correct.  He sighed before kicking back the knight and returning to his group before any cooldown could stunt his movement.

That being said, they could easily only take one AOE, IF ARIEL COULD STUN THE OTHER ONE!  Unfortunately, the golden beauty of death still seemed to be deaf to our words.  If not ours, than Zandra's words would have to do.

Boss Room Info: The boss room is a large cavern, with many earthen columns, stalactites, and stalagmites. Littered throughout the room are crystallized warriors who seem to be frozen in place... and time. Some of the ones that remained intact inside the crystals wore solemn and determined expressions while others showed fear and agony as though they have seen pure hell in their last moments. They wore different types armors and weapons but most of the ones inside the crystals in relatively good condition, wore long dark colored capes.

Several shallow pools of clear water lay scattered throughout the cave, they resemble dark spots in the ground, reflecting what awaits above. The ceiling of the cave is high and obscured by darkness, preventing players from seeing the top. Up there ,on a large perch, stands a large winged creature watching down over this desolated domain of darkness. A dragon engulfed in obsidian scales and mists notices movement and noises below. It lets out a loud high pitched warning roar towards all that try to trespass into his capital lands.

Tesseleth Abilities:

First Attack: Tesseleth’s first attack against the first active party will be Dragon Fire. If he is dropped below 75% health in the first round, he will use Dragon Fire, and THEN do his HP related move set.

Ariel takes 100 damage for not posting and is now removed from the battle for inactivity.

The massive dragon watched as his knights tore into the heavy armor of the third group. He could see the players beginning to worry that this fight was no where near finished, and all of their lives were still in danger. Tesseleth's massive eyes locked onto the blonde haired player of the first group, seeing that she still had not done much to attack the boss at all. The dragon knew just how to deal with the puny coward. The beast whipped its might tail around its body, a large crystal spine catapulting from the appendage towards the frozen woman. The spike collided with the woman's chest, sending her body flying back and impaling her to the wall. The spine had not pierced any vital parts of her body, so the hit was not an instant kill. However, from the point of impact, a similar purple crystal began to grow, encasing the woman in the thick jewel, keeping her from moving or helping the others in any way.

Now back to the task at hand, the dragon's wings spread far out to the side, raging fire and smoke pouring from his mouth like saliva. Entering a nose dive, the dragon flew right over the first group of players, releasing his powerful blast of flames upon all four of the players, setting their armor and attire on fire. The flying, obsidian beast then turned back around, taking its place across from the players, readying for the next group to attack.

In the meantime, the single Dragon Knight who had not been stunned focused his hidden eyes on the heavily armored woman of the group who had dealt damage to both him and his comrade. With his shoulder lowered, and blade dragging along the floor, the Dragon Knight rushed at Zandra, his heavy pauldron sending a shiver down the woman's spine, causing all of her muscles to contract and freeze her in place. His sword soon followed, slashing upwards and delivering a deep cut into the armor of the woman, sending her tumbling onto her back.

"Ariel!" Beat shouted as he watched the warrior become trapped within a gem in the boss's chamber. The ability to outright remove people from a fight was more than terrifying, especially if you considered what happened to them after the fight should the party actually wipe. Did they survive, did they have to sit there until a raid group managed to free them by beating the boss?

Not important right now...if we beat this guy, we don't have to find out the hard way!

Beat's jaw clenched as he looked up at his energy bar, planning his next move.

Damn, these guys have so many hitpoints...I can't keep up max damage for too long...

"I'll keep the big guy stunned, you guys focus on the knights!" Beat shouted as he channeled one of his weakest sword arts and charged towards the dragon, knowing full well, he would only be able to hold the beast off for a turn. His fist flew forward and struck the dragon in the chest, the stunning effect of the sword art leaving the floor boss held in placce for at least a moment's repreive.

Hikoru watched things happen in slow motion, as the dragon went up to it's perch, released two more Dragon Knights, they attacked group 3, then Tesseleth came down and Trapped Ariel within crystal. He scoffed, she deserved what she got, standing there and waiting for the last hit. It was pitiful in his mind that it was all she cared about. He let a sigh as the Dragon Knights came forward, presenting their weapons. He took no time to charge forward, attacking the Knight with the least amount of health and bringing to the orange zone. He looked back at the players and gave a nod to them.

"Alright boys, stay focused and work together. We got this, just play it safe." He said. He looked at the young girl in their group. "Keep up the damage buffs to Beat. He's the heaviest hitter we have here." He said with a nod, then focused his attention back to Tesseleth and the knights. He gripped his dagger tightly. In all honestly, he was afraid of losing a player in this fight, and he would do his best to make sure it does again.

He watched as the battle slowly progressed, Jonathan kept many tabs on the players that flew around the battle. Party three had finally taken some roung of damage, Macradon the knight taking most of it himself. The dual wielding player also took a good deal, but Macradon now lay on the ground, unmoving. To make matters even worse, the boss had hit another mark and released another round of dragon knights, this time equaling up to two. He grit his teeth and moved forward, this time not heading directly at the dragon, but the knight itself in fact. Another bout of intense heat filled the room at the dragon's return to the battle. The enormous heat from the creatures maw caused sweat to glisten on his face before falling off in a tear like manner towards the ground. 'My training has allowed me to overexert myself to a good limit, but much more of this high paced stuff... and eventually I might just break myself' He gulped an looked at the remainder of Team One. Each of them were nearing half health, except for Jomei, but each of the also were inflicted with an incredible burn. To make matters even worse, the team healer Zandra, had been stunned by the blow, and Ariel encased in the same stuff the warriors had been.

"Damn" he muttered to himself. He looked to his team. Each were in almost perfect health, and he as their tank, was in perfect condition thanks to their Ranger and DPS Role, Beat. He shouted, "Now is not the time to be discouraged. Let's get in there, and eliminate the knights now before they cause any more damage to the other teams. Rally on the Knights!" he shouted to his friends. Beat himself stunned the dragon, which was good, Hikoru was the first to act, striking the knight for a ridiculous amount of damage.

"Alright, we gotta get something going here" he muttered to himself. He looked to Itzal, about to head in. They needed to work together. He wasn't sure about finishing this guy off, but they could definently bring it to AoE range. He turned to Itzal. "Itzal, Lets bring it down into AOE zone!" He moved forward at his opponent. "SKYFALL!" He shouted to the man behind him. He rolled onto the ground and raised his shield up. Only a second later, he felt the familiar weight of Itzal, leaping off his shield, and launching himself into the sky.

"Hello there, Opening" He charged forward, a large forward cut being made at the enemies stomach area. Moving at inhuman speeds, the Dragon knight shifted his broadsword, deflecting his blade. Jonathan lost his balance, and shifted his weight quickly to his shield to fall back and block any incoming attacks. 'If @Itzal caught its movements, maybe he got a chance for a stun sword art, he is much better at reading than I'

Ruby's eyes went wide with horror as she watched the entire first group face Tesseleth's wrath as fire rained down upon all of them. The woman froze as she scanned the fire, looking for any sorts of life, and as the flames began to disperse, she could see the four bodies of the players still standing, their armor set ablaze from the mighty fire. Knowing that they were okay, she returned her attention to the fight, catching a glimpse of Beat as he laid another attack into one of the Dragon Knights. "Hey!" she called out to him. "Here, this should help again." Holding her arm out, palm extended, the woman used her Sharpness skill, adding an advanced boost of damage to the man yet again. The blonde then turned yet again to look at the dragon, gulping hard. She hoped that they would not face the same fire that the other groups did.

Things were starting to become increasingly difficult.  The first party had lost one of it's better fighters, Ariel, though why she hadn't been helping in the battle the entire time was beyond Itzal, and on top of that, Zandra who was acting as both supporter and dps, healing players when needed, was stunned.  That was two major damage outputs that had been knocked out thus far.  Itzal nodded to Beat who called out to them to take out the knights.  He watched as Hikoru charged at the dragon knight first, leaving time for Jonathan to come up with an idea.  Itzal heard the word Skyfall.  skyfall he thought...  Oh!  He figured out what he was talking about and nodded.  "Velnia!"  She grinned as she prepared for another combo.  Itzal ran up to Jonathan, leaped up and pushed off from Jonathan's shove, launching into the air while preparing his strike.  He was watching the dragon knight try blocking Jonathan but he wouldn't be able to stop Itzal..  Not while he had Velnia with him.  Velnia flew in from the sky and knocked into Itzal, shooting him downward like a falling star.  The Dragon knight looked up just in time to get a massive lightning bolt to the face, while also electrocuting and activating Itzal's blade Yakimba.  When he struck the knight, it was a hyper critical, and effectively paralyzed, and bled his opponent.  His landing caused a miniature shockwave due to the force of Velnia's push, and if it weren't for his training he may have lost health from the landing itself.  He retreated back to his group.

Tesseleth let out a roar as he prepared to strike the second group, but before he could react a player attacked him with a move that didn't even faze his armor, but it kept him in place as the static enveloped his body, his muscles tensing as he couldn't move forward. Only his eyes were free to move, as he watched the other players fight his minions, the knights holding their own but taking large hits, one from the player who came from nowhere then disappeared from his sight, then the other two who used a combo. "Clever..." He thought to himself, and he would remember to have them suffer the most for being that cunning and strategic. The white player made a diversion for the other above to attack, his knight not even noticing and collapsing to the ground. Tesseleth let a growl in frustration. Not even his minions were able to take care of these puny players. He knew he would put and end to it in time. They had only taken half of his health, but they were all growing tired. If he was able to smile he would have as he turned his head towards the next group, sizing them up and preparing for the worst.

<<Howl>> Activated (10 Energy Used / 126 Remaining)
+3 Hate to Tesseleth and Dragon Knights

Calrex gave a small calm smirk beneath the emotionless face of his helm at Death_Adder's taunting response. This conversation was made of short sentences, but the bluenette's mind was already thinking of it like a beginner's psychological chess match. He wouldn't let the man slip past his emotional armor. Doing so would result in a break in judgement, something that he couldn't ever let happen in the middle of combat. In their current situation, the second possessor of the Dual Blades skill was a foe and an ally. "Trust me, keep that up and it won't be a situation I'd have to spend energy on. But in the meantime you're right, let's keep our focus on the task at hand."

Looking over at his other teammate, the currently stunned Macradon the Ultramarine Knight gave a nod, "If those knights aren't down by the time we get another opening, I'll leave them to you Mac. Meanwhile I'll see if I can keep their attention off of you so that you can heal."

"Healing...isn't really something of concern for any of us at the moment. A couple more hits and maybe Mac and Adder would need to recover, but hopefully by then Tesseleth will already be long finished. For now I've just got to keep up my job as tank, and that includes those knights."

The Grand Blade III was drawn from the built-in sheath within his shield once more, already swirling with blue energy as Calrex unleashed <<Howl>> once again, slamming his sword against the Grand Guard III once again to unleash a sound wave that passed through all three of the enemies in front of them, "The knights certainly have shown a skill which attacks all targets within a team. Hopefully well land on the one where they only target me. Now the question is if my mitigation and Achilles will be enough to weather the onslaught."

This wasn’t really his best boss fight, but of course, none really was, he wasn’t the star of any of the boss fights. He couldn’t remember the last true boss fight where he hadn’t been crowd controlled somehow. Be it an eagle’s claws, cultists’ sacrificial poles or a dragon’s minions attack, Macradon was targeted for stunning attacks, or at least attacks that made him unable to fight for a short amount of time where he just stood doing nothing. The knight of the dragon had gone up to Macradon and assaulted him with a some kind of sword art. Standing his ground, Macradon would merely accept the attack and await the time to end so he could get his revenge, but he might’ve not been able to actually get that out, so he would just await the things that would happen for now, slowly analyzing every movement of the dragon and its minions.

Seiichi grunted as he took the full attack from one of the Dragon Knights, gritting his teeth and glaring at the minion that got a lucky shot on him. Now with its focus off of them and on the first two groups yet again, he watched as the battle unfolded, one of the cowardly players being removed from the fight as they were encased in crystals and obsidian. "Tsk tsk tsk." Seichi sucked his teeth while shaking his head, "All she had to do was attack.. but she let her cowardice get to her." After damage had been done on both fronts, Seiichi prepped his blades for another attack, "I'm not wasting my time on these knights. The boss is mine." he barked out as he rushed forward with the same, powerful sword art as before. Cutting deep into Tesseleth's health yet again.

Tesseleth looked at the Ultramarine Knight and let out a mighty growl as the man taunted him with a rumbling howl. The boy had proved to be quite the nuisance to the mighty dragon, so he would be the first to go. With rows of sharp teeth in front of burning flames just waiting to be expelled, Tesseleth charged forward at the heavily armored player, raising its large obsidian claw over its body. As the beast plowed forward, its arm came crashing down like a comet, slamming into the blue player, the strike creating a large crater around where the man stood. The devastating attack would prove a problem to most of the players, yet the unique skill holder stood his ground, absorbing a little under half the damage. Tesseleth turned its head in anger to the two knights preparing to attack, barking out a commanding roar for them to do his bidding and attack.

The two knights raised their weapons in response to their master's command, rushing forward to meet their target. The first Knight locked onto the same target he had previously, the one who bore the colors of the Knights of The Blood Oath. Its speed increased, as it charged forward, its sword and armor emanating a purple hue before his large spiked shoulder collided with the armor of Macradon, immediately sending a shocking shiver through his body. Immediately responding to the now off guard player, its sword cut upwards, leaving a large gash up the center of his armor, sending him flying back once more. The knight then pounded on his chest with his fist, taunting the poor player.

The second knight charged to his side, holding his blade horizontally. As his heavy boots skid to a stop on the stone floor, it swung its sword along its body, creating a large shock wave that flew in the three players direction. The Ultramarine Knight and Dual Wielding Demon dodged with ease, though the paralyzed player took a bit of the hit, adding more damage on top of the first strike.

Slash (Basic Attack): CD 1-7:  Deals 350 Mitigable Damage with it’s claws and/or mouth, to its main target.

??? : CD 8-10: ???

Dragon Fire (AoE Attack) : CD 11-12: Deals 100 unmitigatable damage and sets the active party's main and 3 secondary targets on fire, dealing 50 Burn DOT3. Players may jump into one of the 15 pools of clear water that are scattered around the room and cancel the DOT3; it takes one post action and after usage, a pool shrivels up and disappears. ???

HP Related Moves : When Tesseleth loses 25% of it’s health (It has 4 Health Bars) it revives crystallized knights which attack after the next party. The dragon flies up to its perch where it can't be attacked. On its next turn, the dragon releases a (Party AoE Attack) against the active party then drops down where it can be attacked again.

Jomei's eyes went wide with fear as he watched the fire pour from Tesseleth's mouth, flames raining upon him and the rest of his party. Clutching his cloak in his arm, he pulled the large cloth in front of his body, hoping to defend himself from most of the burning attack. However, the fire was too hot, and ignited his entire cloak and most of his armor on fire. As Tesseleth passed by, and the fire faded. Jomei stumbled back, ripping his cloak from his shoulders and throwing it to the ground, the item disappearing in a flash of white light as it safely went back into his inventory. As for the fires on the rest of his attire, he considered jumping into a nearby pool to put them out. However, his eyes locked with the dragon yet again. Though the discomfort was making it hard to focus, and his health would deplete a bit while dealing with the burn effect, he could not let up the assault. He was not going to sit by and let this dragon attack them again without dealing some damage to it. He promised he would make it back to Telrenya in one piece.

Jomei turned to look at the rest of his group, "I'm going after the boss. Zandra, we might be-- " he realized that Zandra was not moving, and that she had been paralyzed by that last attack. "[censored].." he cursed under his breath, he should have attacked the knight. "Hirru, think you can deal some damage to that knight? As long as we continue to be relentless, we can finish this fight and make it home. Lets do this." Jomei rushed forward, one hand in front of him, his blade pointing backwards. The tip of his rapier ignited in a golden flame, extending down to the base of the blade. The Emerald Duelist ran his sword along the base of Tesseleth's body, before unleashing an onslaught of stabs and slashes.

Shield could see the status effect on his HUD, but even as it burned away at his health, his Battle Healing skill was more than enough to keep pace. Other member of his party did not seem to be doing so well, not least of which was Zandra who looked as if she were only a little ways away from hitting her yellow gauge. For the moment, there was not much that could be done. Shield had healing crystals at the ready, but not a ton of them, and none of them super potent. On a whim, he looked over at his companion, Beat, in the next party over. With a twist in his stomach, he realized that the younger player was almost completely out of energy.

No time to question it. We have to keep up our pace. If players start to miss their turns, we'll fall behind the pacing of the boss and his minions.

He swore under his breath. They couldn't afford to let that happen. Shield tensed his fist to focus his energy there, opening it to reveal a perfectly formed light blue ball of light. Jumping back from the knights, Shield hurled the energy ball at Beat.

"Heads up, Beat!" he called out. "Energy incoming!" With that done, he turned back to what was left of his party. "It's unfortunate having to put my focus elsewhere, but if one party is slowing down, it leaves more work for us later."

"That's fine by me!  Everyone needs to focus the knights at this point.  They're too much of a nuisance, and if we damage the boss any more, we may have five of these knights to deal with."

The hunter shouted out with the last part aimed more towards the other teams.  They were connected in their attacks, but not coordinated.  Beat and the other guy were the only ones to not attack a knight.  Yes, killing the boss may end this quickly, but they didn't want five knights attacking the group at once.  That would kill them all faster than anything else.  The others seemed to get that idea, maybe.  Mac and Zandra were stunned so nothing could be done about any powerful AOE moves, and the hunter had to conserve what little he had left.  Coming right down to it, it was a better plan to keep the one in place for as long as he could.  At this point, the hunter was too engrossed in his plans to even care about the fire, or Ariel's predicament.

Making this a personal matter at this point, the hunter targeted the other knight that he didn't gain hate for.  Planning to stun it, the hunter went into the fray with an orange tint to his blade, but something happened.  The orange tint grew darker into a more green tint.  One more used during a Meteor Break, than a Nova or a the red of a Shadow Explosion.  Used multiple times before by him by now, it was second nature to switch the two.

Firing straight towards the second knight that he did not attack before, the hunter burst in with an uppercut to disable any movement for the Dragon Knight's sword.  Going straight into a flurry of strafe slams and knockbacks, the burst ended with a downward slash.  Following the movement, the hunter pulled himself backwards with the final momentum of the blade.

"This is the end for you!  Go with your brothers!"

The hunter called out to the knight as the final amount of its health crawled to nothing.

Zandra felt pretty satisfied with what she just did. Had reduced both knights to about two thirds of their health, would probably be dead after everyone else had done their part so she can attack the dragon himself. As her thougth was on the dragon, she felt something hit her, and it hitted her hard. When her focus went back to one of the knight, he had damaged her. Damaged her a lot, the health dropped quickly. But not as quickly as the knight probably thougth. Zandra first locked shocked. But it quickly changed into a smile as her armour exploded and drowned the knight in leathal flames, reducing his health even more.

When Zandra was gonna counter him, she couldn’t. She couldn’t move even a single muscle. ‘’What? Oh my god. You freking coward. Using stuns.’’ She shouted at the knight. ‘’Just you wait, Im gonna…’’ but she didn’t finished her sentence since she saw Ariel suddenly get out of the combat. ‘’ARI!!’’ she shouted as the flames from the boss drowned them in fire. It was the dragon that had made Ariel unable to fight as well. ‘’Im gonna kill you for that lizard.’’ She prepared to attack the dragon again as soon as the stun went off. Because by then the knight must be out of the counting.

Tesseleth gave a low growl as another one of his followers fell defending him. His death was in vain, as he had failed to deal near any damage to these peasants that fought against him. He gave a growl and charged the one with the hard exterior with a mighty roar, grabbing him and chewing at his armor, making his way through as he threw him in the air. He gave a defiant roar as the knight came quickly, attacking the flying player and causing him to crash to the ground, the rock around the tough player cracking from the sheer force of the two attacks. Tesseleth and the knight were both chuckling, but neither could be seen. Although the player's health barely lowered from what it already was, it showed both of their powers to the rest of the peasants that were there. He gave a low growl as he turned to face the next group of players, steam emanating from the side of his mouth in anticipation for his next chance to strike

Beat's hand snatched the luminous sphere out of the air and he felt the energy fill him as his health reflected the positive change. Unfortunately, his current energy level would only give him a single shot at full power before he would be completely useless. The best thing for him to do would be to keep stunning the boss to lead off of the party's attack, allowing them to focus on the dragon knight. It was only too bad that the boss would not be stunnable for each party, but any round where the boss did nothing was a boon to them.

"I've got the big guy! Get the knight!" He shouted to his team as he channeled one of his weakest sword arts, prioritizing speed and accuracy rather than power. He ran as fast as he could, reaching his target within moments and striking the middle of the dragon's chest, utilizing the stun feature of his sword art to buy his team more time.

"Shield! Keep it coming! I only need half that much to keep this guy locked down for my party! If I'm going to let loose, I'll need more energy!" He said looking to @Shield, his partner in arms.

Hikoru gave a nod as he heard his comrade give the command to get the night. Hikoru spent no time as he sprinted forward, his charge skill activating as he hit the large night, stabbing through the heart and his Unique Skill Sword Art taking over his actions and he seemingly appeared and re-appeared out of nowhere, soon landing close to where he was with his feet skidding on the ground, dust and debris picked up by his feet. He took a large chunk of the creature's health, and he gave a small smile.

"At least I can handle these ones easier..." He said with a low murmur. He looked at the rest of the group. "You heard the man, get the Knight! The dragon is stunned for now! Let's let Group 3 focus on hitting Tesseleth!" He said as he gripped his dagger, the green glow yet to show up and give any of its poison onto any enemy. He hadn't had much luck with the weapon lately and could use an upgrade, in fact his whole build could use an upgrade to it. He gave a sigh as he ignored the thought for now. He would worry about planning later, he needed to take down these knights.

The blond backed off, watching as Itzal came down, his blade a lightning bolt raining from the sky. The blade met the dragon knights chest, rendering him motionless and dealing agood chunk in damage. A noise of glee exposed itself from his vocal cords and Itzal rolled back to his side. "Nice! Beat is keeping the dragon at bay for now, but I don't feel that these knights are our big problem at the moment. The dragon knights aren't that much of a threat, and diverting our attention to them will ensure more fire breath attacks. I say we should all refocus on the dragon. Our healers can make up for the damage coming at us from them" Skyfall wouldn't prove to be as effective on the boss as it would the knights. It was much to tall to be able to get out of its range of sight. "Simple attacks will work for now" He looked down at his sword, which gleamed in the angry lights of the battle around them. "Alright, we have failed this raid up until now. We are coming into the final stretch. Time to not be a waste of space!" He charged in, his blade gleaming a brght blue. Time slowed. This was now or never...

Swoosh. His angrily glowing blade was swung at his opponent, but being the center of attention, the beast moved, its look was fierce and it looked as it was going to sink its blade-like teeth through his armor, and split his body in half. He grunted and rolled, bringing up his shield to try to block any attack that would come at him. "Damn it all" he muttered to himself. 'What is that? Five or six misses consecutively. I am a sad excuse for one of these frontliners!'

Slash (Basic Attack): CD 1-7:  Deals 350 Mitigable Damage with it’s claws and/or mouth, to its main target.

??? : CD 8-10:

=>75% - HP 9,000 - Frees 1 Knight
=>50% - HP +6,000 - Frees 2 Knights

Dragon Knight Abilities:

Cross Slash : CD 1-5,  the Knight uses the Cross Slash sword art, and deals 300 damage against the main target.

Reaver : CD 6-10, the Knight uses charges towards first secondary target against itself or the boss (whichever it isn’t currently attacking) and activates the Reaver sword art, dealing 350 damage and stunning the target. It will then return to attacking the player with the highest hate against the knight.

Whirlwind : CD 11-12 the Knight uses the Whirlwind sword art to attack 4 secondary targets from the main target's party, for 275 each.
