He acted like that would bother her. She’d made so many so called enemies, and nothing had ever come of it. Would he try and fight her, arrest her? Kill her? Embers started laughing at the mere idea of it, the kid going after her with the intent to kill… “I don’t care about that you idiot. If she tried to kill me, I’m taking her out” Embers says simply as she walks, batting the sand out of her way “Trust me idiot, I’m not gunna try and hunt Fae down. But she’s already made one swing at me, if she tries again…I won’t have much of a choice” The girl let out a sigh. The Kid was never gunna accept this, simply put. The kid wouldn’t accept it as the only option, he’d argue capture or…anything else. Why was this Kid just so stubborn sometimes? "You can do whatever you want...Hope for her, whatever...But let me make this clear. From his experience with this hot tempered girl, she had a habit of getting angry and going after others. But it seemed this time she was being a little more calm about this. He didn't really need to worry about it. She said she wasn't going to Kill fae unless given no other option... Which is something most would do, despiteh ow much he didn't agree with it. He looked over at Embers, wondering what was next. They had been walking through this bitch of a desert for what felt like years, and despite him already having survivor, it was dam hot. "Look, I doubt Fae is even a danger to you, even if she tried to kill you. I don't think, even if she came after you, that you would need to worry. He might think he was, given his levels. But she knew, deep down. He was nothing more than a coward, he didn't have it in him to kill, otherwise, if he did, Fae would already be dead. "But like i said, she tries it, and i butcher her. Unlike you, i know crazy. I know when someone has gone too far, and that idiot girl had reached it. I'd say next time to see her, deal with her" He wouldn't, or if he did, it would be through trying to talk to her. Actions spoke louder than any words, yet the Kid wouldn't do what was needed. What had to be done, no one would. Except her. The girl looked around the endless dunes of sand "Any idea where this damn caravan place is Kid? He didn't say anything, just pointing to it while dealing with what Embers had said. SHe would butcher her. He made a mental note, one day... She might be one of the players he might have to hunt down. If Hestia ever gets her PK police thing up and running, he knew that he might end up going after her. It wasn't an ideal situation, but... He really was worried it might happen. "You know.... It doesn't take strength to kill. It takes strength to hold back. Its harder to hold emotions back then to let them free" He says to her, simply starting to walk ahead of her. He was slowly losing it. He didn't know how much more time he could spend in this desert. He didn't want to have to think about it, about how he might one day be forced to fight Embers, be forced to fight ANYONE... It was going to be bad if that ended up happening. God was this honestly what they'd wasted their time to get? What a joke. She girl let out a snort as she grabbed the items and threw them into her inventory, now it was a hop back to the town and this quest was as good as hers. That's when the boy started speaking, and Embers felt her anger spike up. This idiot just didn't know when he should be shutting up did he? "Don't make me laugh kid. Strength to hold back, it's a choice you moron. I choose to kill, because they choose to try and kill me. Don't make me spell out the basics for you" The boy was woefully ignorant, but he'd learn. Maybe a death or two would, ironically, do him some good. Toughen up the skin of his. "Well, this quest is done. I presume you don't want me to escort you back to base?" He didn't really know what to say to her, so he opted to say nothing. She grabbed out a TP crystal, and made another go at him. "I'm not the one who's skin is being slowly being burnt off by this sand. I'l be fine" He simply relplied to her before continuing to walk way from her, heading back towards town. He didn't really know what was going to do. He had to deal with Fae... he needed to tell Eatos about this. But he didn't know if he could. He didn't know anything about his plans... he just. had to get ready to deal with it. Next time he saw Fae, he was going to have to make his own active choice about what to do here.
