[F17-PP] A business deal <<Herculean Labor>>

With having done his crafting for the day he grabs his katana and gives a very sharp whistle towards his liger's direction to make the creature follow him as he just casts a short glance towards the rapier using player and gestures for her to follow him. I did the crafting for the day, and got three out of ten of those toxic venom's. In the meantime while i wait lets get going and doing this herculean quest which shouldn't be all that difficult. Pinball and myself did this quest with no mitigation and both of us survived just fine, so i can only imagine it'll be just as easy to deal with this time around. Maybe just a bit more difficult since we don't have Pinball's freeze spear. He says towards the girl with only a brief pause to think upon the item in question that his rival uses with rather deadly efficiency and with rather impressive luck with how many enemies usually end up as statues to the spear in question. Mars wearing his usual dark colored clothing that only has the red cloak that hangs off the right of his shoulder being the only color besides the full black.

Once Mars had confirmed that the order would take place, Neo decided to start eating some of her cooking while waiting for him to do the first part of the crafting. Once he was done with that, she was just finishing off a small bowl of Miso soup, one of her newer items she wasn't entirely sure if it was going to work that well. Should still have some use though. Neo nodded at his comments about the quest, flipping open her parasol and placing it over her shoulder as they started their journey. She didn't have freeze, but she did have some paralyze. That should be enough to make sure that they can survive for a bit. If all else failed, she would make sure to have some TP crystals ready and get out to work on making honorable the deal at another time. She didn't want to cheat him out of the payment method she promised, but she also didn't want to die trying to make good on that promise.

Glancing towards the rapier using girl he would just nod his head at seeing her devour the various buffs she has seemingly had on her for what he could only assume was going to be questing in the future or something for the floor boss raid. Either way in the end it was a boom for himself since that means the girl could most likely keep up with him when they attacked the lions head on. Well no time like the present as i said lets go kill some herculean lions. Hopefully avoid dying like i managed to do last time. he says rather casually without any care while making his way forward as he exits his shop at a casual pace the boots that he wears during combat making a noticeable light 'thud' sound each time they impacted against the wood floors of the shop that he owns. the familiar that is Mars' makes its way towards his side. Glancing around in the various direction to try and get some bearings on where to go he just nods and makes his way in the direction of where he feels would be best for trying to find the herculean lions and more importantly where to get those mats.

The two didn't waste any time in departing, which was nice. And at the very least, it seemed that Mars knew where he was going. Whether it was because he had already done the quest or if he just knew the location because he lived mostly on this floor, she didn't know. But she followed him anyways, trusting in his guidance towards the location. She mentally prepared herself as best as she could for the fight to come. And though she considered going into the fight with her stealth, she realized she still didn't know how to use a combat advantage with it, and therefore it would be pointless to possibly have Mars lose track of her on the way to the fight itself. Plus, if this was a lion pack like the rumors had told her, than it would be quite likely that she would get spotted anyways. Her parasol blocked the afternoon sun, though it would be shining down on her once she had to be using it for combat. The weapon within was trembling from excitement and was just begging to get used. It was growing quieter recently, but it was probably just waiting for some moment to try to wrest control once more.

Looking towards the herculean lioness that starts to charge towards him he takes his katana and quickly rushes forward to try and meet the lioness only for his attack to go wide and miss the large lioness entirely. The blade being knocked away by the claws of the large lioness as Mars just quickly backs away from the lioness before it could get an attack in. Whilst hoping that Neo could be of use in landing a strike where he had failed in doing so. 'Seriously is this just a thing that happens now? That i'll always just miss my first strike no matter the battle or situation. I swear the only time where i don't miss the creature is when i'm doing fights alongside pinball. Maybe he is like a good luck charm since the bad luck gets directed towards his silly mobs.' He thinks calmly to himself trying to just distract from the rather poor show of actual use of his blade as he glances towards the pink haired rapier user to get a strike in.

The two wasted no time in starting their fight once their prey was spotted. Mars wasn't able to get a hit in, but that was fine. Not everything was going to be able to connect. SLiding her weapon out of her parasol with barely any notice, Neo quickly got her sword art charging and attacking the lioness that was in front of them. It's health bar plummeted, though not as far as Neo was hoping it would. Still, the creature started to slump forward after her strike and had some small arcs of electricity coursing over its body. It seems her paralyze effect had taken place against the creature. For once that actually came in handy. Circling around to be in a flanking position when the lioness came to again, Neo nodded towards Mars to try and finish the creature off with an attack of his own. HOpefully this fight could be over just as fast as it had started.

Looking towards the nemeon lioness he tries once more to get a singular strike against the nemeon lioness but only instead ends up missing once more as he sighs in frustration once more as another attack misses as the trend continues once more for his luck. 'I really needed a accuracy buff for this since otherwise things will only end up horribly for the both myself and neo in fighting against these mobs.' He thinks to himself as he just keeps his calm during all of this as he just waits patiently for Neo to give a quick strike against the nemeon lioness unlike himself when it comes to hitting this thing. With his familiar at his side not bothering trying to help since he himself had missed the creature which he can guess is due to the nature of if Mars can't hit the creature why should the familiar do anything to aid its owner.

(OOC: go ahead and roll for the lioness)

Neo tried to find the opening to attack the lioness, but it had gotten back up to quickly. It was already trying to out-maneuver the two of them and Neo wanted to get what could very well be the final hit against it. But there was no chance, Neo lunged forward hoping to start a chain of attacks, but to no avail. The lioness was able to dance out of her reach and prevent the attack from going off. Hopefully Mars would have better luck, but he seemed to be having even more trouble than herself with the lioness. It would only be a matter of time before one of them got hit and would start to take a lot of damage for it. Neo had a feeling these creatures were not going to be giving out love taps. It was going to be a full on attack that could easily knock Neo down for the count.

Giving this another try he rushes forward to strike at the Nemeon Lioness only for his blade to go wide and miss the lioness entirely as he just stares at the creature as he just glares with all the hatred in the world that he has in his body. That this creature has managed to dodge out of all of his attacks during this fight thus far and is managing to make him look like a incompetent fool that couldn't hit the broadside of a barn. Just glaring at the large lioness he watches as the creature on top of everything just ignores him and tries to strike at the pinkette and manages to fail to do any damage on top of that as he just nods with a frustrated sigh. Once more he just waits for a opportunity that he could possibly get to try and strike at this thing to deal some kind of damage. The only solace he has is having landed one attack so far against it to at least to have contributed in some extent.
