Alec found himself walking the forest of the Third Floor one day with nothing to do. He'd recently been questing and levelling on the Fifth Floor but despised that floor with utter vehemence. The Fifth Floor was a vast open arid desert. It was ungodly hot there reaching into the low hundreds every day. Not to mention the blowing wind and all the freaking sand it was a desert so of course there was sand but it was everywhere and it got everywhere and it was just the worst Alec thought to himself as he calmly strolled through this lush verdant cool forest. It was no where near as nice as the Fourth Floor and its constant snow and cold temperatures. Now there was a floor Alec could enjoy some time on but unfortunately he'd exhausted the limited number of quests there so he had to venture out and find other floors to travel hence how he'd found himself here.

As Alec casually made his way through the calm cool expanse of forest with his faithful friend and companion Humphrey as the pair enjoyed a moment of peace and quiet from the cascade of quests and monsters and levelling that had been the last few months of Alec's life these days. He was on a speed course to claiming a spot on the Front Lines as a Tank fighting Bosses and clearing Floors to help beat this death game and free everyone from their virtual prison they were currently ensconced in. Alec had an ulterior motive for being on this floor and walking through this forest more so than simply enjoying the surroundings. He had heard rumors and murmurings of turmoil on this floor between the elves and treants that inhabited this floor. Supposedly they had gone to war because the elves had moved in and stolen the treant's home below s monstrous tree here within this very forest.

As Alec and Humphrey made there way through the expansive forest there was a subtle shifting of motion to Alec's left from one of the trees. As Alec stopped to inspect the movement the tree itself shifted again and suddenly a pair of eyes opened in the tree and it began to speak. "Please good sir." the tree began in a creaking voice that sounded like tree limbs flexing and bending. "Please help my people. Our beloved and sacred home had been stolen by the elves. Our sacred tree just further in the forest had been captured. We need you to fight your way to the King of the Elves and defeat him so that we may reclaim out ancestral home from these foul Invaders. Fear not young warrior you shall not fight this battle alone. We Treant's are a fierce people and will fight alongside you if you'll help us." the Treant finished as he looked to Alec for a decision.

Alec listened to the Treant make his plea for Alec's assistance in their war against the Elves and their claiming of the Treant's sacred homeland. Alec began nodding to the Treant. "Yes Sir I'll help you." Alec stated in his deep baritone rumble. "No one deserves to have their home take from them." Alec continued his voice again strength and becoming fueled by anger as he continued. "I'll swing my axe for your cause." Alec continued gaining steam and momentum as he continued. "Come then brothers! Let's cleanse this forest of these invading Elves and wash your home clean of their PRESENCE!" Alec ended with a mighty roar as he thrust his viscously serrated axe into the air with a mighty roar. As he finished the Treant began moving and Alec noticed a crown of thorns and moss atop his head as he began to speak, his voice sounding like limbs creaking in the wind. "Come my people." the Treant began. "This man will aid us in driving the Elves from our forest and help us to reclaim our homeland!" With that Aleve was suddenly away if hundreds of what he had thought we trees suddenly shifting and moving as he realized he was standing amidst hundreds of Treant's.

Alec's expression morphed at the discovery of his current state of affairs. He was ready to fight for these Treants to clear their homeland from the Elven invasion only to now discover instead he was fighting with these Treants to liberate their homeland from the Elven incursion. Alec nodded to the crowned Treant assuming he was speaking to the leader of their people. "Well Sire. I'm ready when you are." Alec offered on his deep rumbling baritone as he hefted his axe and raised his shield. The Treant King raised his tree limb of an arm into the air and pinwheeled in a large forward circle as he began stepping off at a brisk pace. Alec took several long strides to catch up as the progressed deeper into the forest. As Alec and Treant army moved forward their pace quickened from a brisk walk into a jog and finally into an all out sprint as they broke through the treeline and descended on the Elven army like a crazed horde of woodland berserkers hooting and howling as they charged.

As the screaming horde of Treant's led by Alec at the front of the pack burst through the trees and into a more cleared out space of the forest dominated by the most humongous tree Alec had ever seen. A good sized building could fit in the gap between the ground and where the trunk started suspended in the air by a phenomenal root system unlike any Alec had ever witnessed before. The charging mass of Treants burst into the ragged grouping of Elves situated near the massive tree. Before the Elves knew what had happened the Treants led by Alec burst into their ranks and began slaying the Elves where they stood. Alec himself burst into a group of three Elves and began hewing into them as if he splitting cord wood. As Alec burst into their midsts he brought his shield up before him and raised his Ace prepared to play the Invaders to the Treants home.

Alec launched himself into the grouping of three Elves he first came to bellowing and growling like a maddened man, some sort of berserker out of the legends as he swung his viscously serrated axe head down at the first of the three Elves he encountered. As his axe blade fell the Elf easily danced out of the way of his wild uncontrolled swing but Alec didn't care if he hit or not all he wanted to do was get their attention so they focused on him and that they did. The first of the Elves swung his sword at Alec as he raised his shield to defend. The sword blade glanced off Alec's shield and left the tiniest of scratches on his arm but as the Elf followed through Alec's saw blade like shield but into the Elf tearing a Savage gash into its body. As the second Elf followed the first stabbing at Alec he casually shifted his shield around and knocked the sword wide and diverting it harmlessly away. The third Elf trailed in stabbing at Aleve as well as he shifted his shield again but a moment too late as the blade sparked off his shield and sliced a paper thin cut in his side but not before his shield tore into the Elf leaving a nasty series of cuts on the Elf's body in payment for the hit. As the Elves danced away Alec grinned savagely as he raised his Shield and brought his axe up ready to swing again.

As the Battle continued to rage around him Alec focused his attention on the three goes he faced the Treants would have to fight their own fights while he fought his own. Alec swung his viscously serrated Battle Axe down at the leading Elf his axe head chopped into the Elf and tore a ragged chunk out as Alec pulled his axe away from the Elf. The first Elf stabbed in at Alec slipping past his shield to open a tiny scratch on Alec's side as he missed blocking the strike. As the second Elf swing his blade down Alec easily lifted his shield to block the strike as he knocked the Elf's sword harmlessly away and to the side. The third Elf trailed in and used the mass of confusion to strike at Alec as he too opened a paper cut sized scratch in Alec's side. Alec gritted his teeth and let out a growl at the trio of Elves as he again raised his shield to defend and brought his Axe of Rending up over his shoulder and prepared to swing again.

The battle continued to rage as Alec fought his own small fight in the midst of it all. He fought like a ferocious beast against the three Elves before him. As the Elves advanced again Alec swung his battle axe down at the leading Elf. The swung was solid but the Elf's armor negated a majority of the damage and Alec's axe left only a minor cut in the Elf's body. The strike caused the Elf to stumble and fall missing terribly as he swung his sword at Alec. The second Elf used the leading Elf's failure as a disguise for his own attack slipping in and delivering a tiny cut to Alec's ribs that would have been much worse except for Alec's exceptional armor which negated most of the Elf's damage. The third Elf slid in and swung his sword down at, but Alec responded by bringing his shield around and deflecting the strike to the side and away from himself easily. Alec took a deep calming breath as he brought his shield back up in front of him to defend himself and raised his serrated axe back up over his shoulder and readied it to swing at the Elves again.

The battle continued to rage as Alec fought his own small group of Elven combatants. As the leading Elf dashed forward again Alec swung down with his battle axe but the Elf twisted at the last second causing Alec to miss and swing through dead air that had recently held the body of his target Elf. The Elf lunged in with his sword extended as Alec shifted his shield to intercept causing the Elf's sword to strike his shield as it skidded across it to final cut a thin line in Alec's side as Alec's saw bladed shield tore into the Elf cutting him to ribbons and causing him to explode in a shower of red pixels. The second Elf dove forward and managed to score a hit dragging his sword along Alec's side opening another tiny cut there but doing no serious damage. The last Elf charged in but tripped over his own feet in his haste causing him to stumble and flail past Alec harmlessly as Alec readjusted his shield position to defend and raised his battle axe up over his shoulder as he squared off with the remaining two Elves.

The battle contiued to rage ad Alec fought on against the now two Elves he had charged into. As he stood shield raised and serrated axe poised the new leading Elf darted in. As the Elf pulled his sword back to strike Alec saw his opportunity and swung down with a savage swing that cut I to the Elf  leaving a gaping ragged wound in the Elf's body that gushed red pixels. The Elf thrust forward with his sword as Alec shifted his shield deflecting most of the Elf's strike so as to only receive a tiny scratch while his shield tore into the Elf ravaging his arm. The second Elf slashed at Alec as he again shifted his shield to divert most of the damage away from himself as again the saw bladed shield tore into another Elf causing his body yto shake and contort before exploding into a cloud of red pixels. Alec shifted his whole attention to the lone remaining Elf as he raised his shield and hefted his axe as he stared down his last combatant.

Alec focused his entire attention on the sole remaining Elf he was fighting. He raised his shield in front of him as he raised his battle axe up over his shoulder waiting for the lone Elf to attack. As the Elf charged forward Alec brought his serrated axe head down in an over hand swing that  chopped open a ragged wound that vented red pixels into the air. As the Elf's sword dove forward Alec brought his shield up to block the blade as it skidded and slid across his shield opening a tiny nick in his side as his saw bladed shield tore into the Elf riping the Elf open and causing him to begin shaking and convulsing till he exploded in a shower of red pixels that rained for and disappeared. Alec contiued his charge through the masses of Elves as he neared the back of their formation he surged forward encountering the Elvish Commander and three more of his Soldiers.

The battle raged on reaching its peak. Some Treants had fallen but many still stood and the tide of the Battle seemed to slowly be edging in their favor. The Elven Commander led his three personal bodyguards into the fight against Alec. Alec swung his Axe of Rending out and though the Commander's armor absorbed most if Alec's initial strike his axe tore into the Eleven Commander's side and tore a viscous wound there as he pulled the axe head free. The Commander swung his sword at Alec but Alec deftly raised his shield and knocked the blade aside casually. Three Elven Soldiers swing their blades at Alec as he slid his shield around blocking their blades. Two of the strikes managed to get inside if Alex's shield to open tiny slashes on his body but not before his shield tore into two of the three Soldiers. The last Soldier began to shake and contort before finally exploding in a cloud of red pixels. And then there were three Alec thought to himself.

As the battle continued to rage it was most definitely drawing down towards a close many Elves still remained but there were far fewer than the number of Treant's this battle was reaching more of a mopping up phase as Alec squared off against the Elven Commander and his two remaining Soldiers. As the Elven Commander moved forward Alec swung down at the Elven Commander who's armor absorbed most of Alec's strike but as Alec pulled his axe from the tiny cut the serrated edge tore a massive gash as it freed itself from his skin. The Elven Commander swung his sword around but Alec shifted his shield and knocked the sword to the side harmlessly. The two remaining Soldiers followed suit and Alec shifted his shield knocking the first Soldier's blade to the side as well while the trailing Soldier managed to slip his blade just under the shield leaving a tiny cut as Alec slammed his shield into the Elf leaving a huge laceration in the Elven Soldiers chest as a result. Alec brought his shield back before him and readied his axe again to continue this fight.

Alec continued his personal battle against the Elven Commander and his now two remaining Elven Soldiers. This battle was winding down and Alec saw its end coming. Slowly the Treants were overcoming the Elves and had taken the upper hand in the battle versus the Elves and it was only a matter of time before the battle had ended. Alec stood with his Shield held before him and his serrated axe held aloft ready to strike. As the Elven Commander moved in Alec swung his axe down but the Elven Commander dodged to the side causing Alec to miss with his swing. The Elven Commander stabbed at Alec but Alec shifted his shield and deflected the strike to the side away from himself. The two Elven Soldiers followed their Commander in stabbing at the large man as well. Alec deftly blocked away the first strike but the second glanced off his shield and left a tiny hole in its wake as Alec drug his Shield across the Elf tearing into him and and cutting him to ribbons.

Alec continued his own personal battle amongst the sea of combatants. He held his shield before him to defend against the greater number of Elves he faced as he raised his one handed battle axe up over his shoulder ready to swing at the Elven Commander. As the Elven Commander moved in Alec swung at the Elven Commander but as he swung his footing slipped and he ended up stumbling and nearly falling over in the process. As Alec stumbled and fought the maintain his footing the Commander of the Elves stabbed at Alec but missed as Alec was staggering trying to keep his footing. Alec continued his fight as the the battle contiued on around him. The Treants had taken a decided advantage over the Elves and it was only a matter of time before they had completely won the battle there were handfuls of Elves left creating minor pockets of resistance but they meant nothing in the long run this fight was closing down. Alec stood poised with his shield held before him and his axe raised ready to strike the Elven Commander as soon as he stepped close enough. Then the moment Alec was waiting for occurred the Elven Commander stepped forward and Alec swung his battle axe in a downward swing connecting with the Commander of the Elves. Again the Commander's mighty armor absorbed most of Alec's strike but as he pulled his serrated bladed axe free of the tiny cut it again tore viscously into the Elf's skin creating a large ragged rent where it had struck. Alec contiued his battle against the Commander of the Elves and the two remaining Soldiers in his retinue. As the the Elven Commander moved in to strike Alec swung down with an over hand swing from above his shoulder striking the Commander in the shoulder where his armor absorbed all but tiniest amount of the damage delivered from Alec's swing. Fortunately Alec's last seeing had torn open a ragged wound that continued to vent red pixels into the air. As the Commander continued forward he stumbled and nearly fell as he tried to maintain his footing in the now blood soaked mud they found themselves fighting in. The Commander's two remaining Soldiers followed their Commander in stabbing and slashing at Alec. The first Soldier scored a hit in Alec's side that opened a tiny cut there. Alec raised his shield and Axe again preparing himself for the end of this fight.

Alec stood facing off versus the Commander if the Elven army and the last of his personal Soldiers. Alec raised his shield to ready his defenses as he brought his battle axe up over his shoulder ready to strike down the Elven Commander when he let an opening arise. Alec swung down at the Commander of the Elves but at the last moment the Elf shifted to the side causing Alec's swing to miss. As the Elf Commander drew his sword back to swing at Alec the gaping wound caused my Alec's serrated axe head continued to jettison red pixels till the Commander's health bar sank down to zero causing the Elf to begin shaking and shuddering till he finally exploded in a shower of red pixels that flew into the air and rained down before disappearing into nothing. The lone remaining Elf Soldier used the distraction of his Commander's death to slide his blade in under Alec's shield opening a tiny cut in his arm that was hardly worse than a paper cut.
