Yusuke was born and raised in a poor family, however they were still more than able to live, its just there money was extremely tight. This never really bothered him, all he ever asked from his parents was to be able to continue supporting him and keeping the roof over his head. When it came to his art, when he was in school, his art teacher had basically given him all the spare supplies she just wasn't using anymore which had given him a hobby to do when it was at home which had sparked his love and hobby in art. He loved to create art, from pencil sketches to his favorite oil paintings, he had loved every single bit of it. This as well had lead him to meet his friends, which had introduced him into gaming however with his poor way of living he simply just could not afford it.

He did really love video games however, he got to play them from time to time with his friends and he thought that they simply got him closer to people the same way art could. To his surprise one day, they had went out of their way to purchase him a NerveGear with the hottest new game that was with the release called "Sword Art Online" he at first wasn't too into the whole medieval mmorpg genre of games but his friends had convinced him otherwise by saying that he is in full control of his body and there are a lot of beautiful sights to see that could make art of. However little did he know, that strapping on that game system would be a grave mistake when entering the game.

Calm Minded - Yusuke has always had a cool mind when it comes to situations, while he can act silly or over-dramatic... truly most things just don't bother him. Whether its running from a sticky situation, or a rather uncomfortable conversation he just remains cool to the very end. However when it comes to his passion, he typically isn't all too calm at all.

Artistic - Yusuke has a passion for art, and has a eye for aesthetic. He loves to create paintings of all kinds and wishes to make his masterpiece someday. However sometimes, he could take his passion for art a little too far...

Methodical - While he may be thinking of one thing at a time, he likes to think things through to a T. When it comes to his art especially he loves to think everything through to the simplest things of what colors he is using that's not even a good amount. He finds joy in completed exactly what he thinks in his mind.

Over-Dramatic - Yusuke very much is over-dramatic when it comes to his reactions to certain situations, most of the time its for good fun, however sometimes it can be very hard to take him seriously. This mostly shows when it comes when it comes to his passion, when he wishes for a certain thing for his art he can act... basically not the way a normal human being should. 

Cold - Yusuke simply just says what is on his mind, and he's not afraid to say his mind. Whether that is simply calling someone out on a mistake, or being asked "what did I do wrong?" or "is everything okay?" While sometimes this isn't a bad thing, it can get some people rather angered at him.

One Track Mind - When it comes to his mind, when he's not occupied with art, simply he thinks of one thing and generally one thing only forgetting what he was originally doing sometimes. This has gotten him to get lost a few more times than he is willing to admit. While he has been trying to keep his mind on track, he simply just falls victim to new thoughts.
