He was, much to his own surprise, back on the metaphorical saddle. There was no telling how long he would remain consistent, if even such a period of time was to be remarkable enough to not be considered a simple blip in his string of inactivity, but the train was moving and he would let it go wherever it pleased.

This time, it had taken him to the twenty-fourth floor, one that he was beginning to frequent in his adventures. There were a plethora of quests here that he hadn't touched and the prospect of new, difficult challenges had left him thirsting for adventure once more. Green eyes scanned the board, one of such present on most floors that held various assignments and quests that were not assigned to an NPC. These were the types that he preferred in recent times, the ones that didn't make him jump through obnoxious, scripted hoops that posed shallow temptations and tests against one's morality. Upon the board, a myriad of tasks had caught his eye, but the closest of them took place in the nearby colosseum, which was only a short walk away.

"Whaddya say bud, how 'bout we give this one a go?" His gaze trailed sidelong to the red, wingless, bipedal dragon that stood a mere foot or so tall on his shoulder, peering at the requests over Takao's head. Its guttural clicking of a noise of affirmation was all the more he needed, and the green-haired player bobbed his head in a nod.

"Alright then," Takao said, lifting a loose fist to his shoulder-mounted familiar, whose scaled fist bumped with his. "Let's give 'er a go." Takao turned and just as he did, he felt his body slam unceremoniously into another, coaxing a throaty grunt of surprise from his chest.

"Oh, [censored]... Sorry."

Current Outfit~ Let me copy you Takao :P [Minus the shoes, she's barefoot]

The value of doing things the same way as they were done in the real world. An experience that a certain blonde held tight to. She planned to never allow herself to get lost towards the formalities and the hard work of the real world. Aincrad was a simpler place, but she refused to let go of the feeling of getting things done with your own two hands. Sure, she could just as easily make a few taps, clean up after herself.. But the feat of accomplishment that she felt when she took time to actually do things with her own hands rather than the system filled her with delight. That very delight fueled her to continue to do things the old way, the non digital tappity tap that everyone else was inclined to. The dishes could easily be washed with a few systematical taps, but Kityuisa stood at the sink, using her own hands to cleanse them of their sauce and crumbs. She had just eaten a sandwich, she had just brewed coffee. Doing everything, by hand.

The estate that she called her home was nestled perfectly on floor twenty-four. Along the outskirts of a beach. Kityuisa was located inside, finishing up her housework before she would set out. At long last, she had finished. I do need some groceries for dinner tonight.. I might as well go into town and buy some.. With that, Kityuisa made sure she had everything in her inventory, before heading out. She locked the door on her way out, Tanine Willowflame padding behind her. She always walked and went everywhere with Kityuisa. Their near death, still vibrating in her ears. She would never give up her black cat that she adored so much. The black cat that was her best friend.

Upon entering town and looking around for a bit, a body slammed straight into her. He had obviously not been looking where he had been going. Kityuisa fell down, not having expected it at all. Meanwhile, Tanine Willowflame let out a hiss of hostility. Kityuisa simply placed her hand on her cat's back, petting her lightly until her fur calmed down and her spirit lightened towards the man that had just caused Kityuisa to fall backwards. "No need to be sorry, stuff happens." She stood to her feet, dusting her body off and gathering herself.

The impesque, wingless dragon perched upon Takao's shoulder like an animated gargoyle perked up when his green-haired partner knocked Kityuisa down-- interested not so much because there was another player, but rather because of the other familiar whose hissing he heard. Scuttling down Takao's leg with all the grace of a blind cat devoid of equilibrium, Otoko came to a bumbling halt in front of the black cat, lurching forward to curiously sniff the feline. Meanwhile, Takao offered his hand out to Kityuisa following his unceremonious bump that sent her to the ground. If she took it, he would help her up, and if she didn't it would return to his side.

"I think this is a fair situation to apologize for." He said in response, even-toned without much shift in facial expression. "It's not my preferred way to break the ice, but I guess it works just as well."

His hands fell into his pockets and he briefly cast his gaze sidelong to the pair of familiars, namely his own, to observe the expectantly excited behaviour of the creature. It was more like an energetic puppy than a dragon, bounding in a half-circle in front of the feline, ducking its head down each time it came to a brief and fleeting halt, all in an attempt to spur the fellow monster into playing. When Takao was done watching his familiar harass the other, his emerald pools settled back onto Kityuisa.

"I'm Takao. You are?"

The appearance of the wingless dragon, Tanine Willowflame flicked her tail in greeting. Seeing another familiar, calming her body down even more than Kityuisa was able, especially one as friendly as this one. The familiar sniffed at Willow, and she sniffed back. Her nose flaring lightly as she tried to discern what the animal was and if it wanted to play. As it began to bound about in circles, Willow let out a meow. As it ducked its head down after coming around again in a full circle, Willow decided to play. Her body jerking in fluid and graceful movements as she leaped over the familiar, pawing at the creature's back. Her claws sheathed, not wanting to cause any damage to his skin.

Now onto the owner of the black "cat". Kityuisa listened to everything that Takao spoke to her. Her ear hole opening as she listened intently. Once he introduced himself, Kityuisa nodded. "Breaking the ice in such a way can be something nice to look back on." Kityuisa grinned, not taking anything that had happened seriously. "Anyone else, and you might have a raging player on your hands, you're lucky i'm nice." Kityuisa laughed at her own small joke and retort before introducing herself. "My name is Kityuisa." She held out her hand, her golden locks swaying in the wind along with the movements that her body took. He was also lucky that Kityuisa was in a good mood today.
