He nodded as he took her away to the the couch. While it was something new to their lives, the comfort of the place where they couldn't be seen by others made it a bit more comforting to him. He sat her down and sat beside her. Arm wrapped around her as he dimmed the lights. It wasn't late but he didn't want to go out by himself and tackling a dungeon or a floor. This was where he wanted to be the most. Without another word, he touched her face and whispered. "We will do all we can to figure out where everything and piece it together." He wiped her teary eyes and stared into them. Everything was out of a fantasy brought to life again. He had nothing left to be afraid of so long as he was with her. He leaned in closely and kissed her lips. They had been battling the entire time with this angst but being taught how to be a gentleman, he knew that being close left no errors. He pulled away slightly and offered a smile."I won't go away. Promise." He wouldn't leave her unless she willed it. Link to post Share on other sites

For a moment, looking into his eyes, she felt like everything would be okay. They would set out tomorrow and try to find answers about her siblings. She had to have hope, she couldn't let herself think the worst without knowing the other half of the story. For now, she didn't want to think about it anymore. Kiluia was here for her and his craved his comfort, he knew just what to say to ease her nerves. She felt a warmth in her heart when he wiped away her tears. "Yeah, I guess we will," she replied. She was caught off guard when the other swept in, seizing her lips for a kiss. Her eyes widened as his lips pressed against hers. They were soft and warm against hers, she practically melted in his arms. Her cheeks flushed a pink tinge, her eyes softening. She stayed frozen in shock, her heart racing frantically. She believed he would be there for her. In one way or another, he was always there when she needed him. They spent the rest of the day in each other's company. She was grateful for their time together, it provided her reprieve from all the things that troubled her.
