It was almost as though her mind was clear -- that the next attack would put an end to Crow, that the blow would most definitely connect. All that was needed to be done was for her to close that gap. Purple eyes watched him with an earnest, dwelling anger. She'd barely registered the rush of wind past her form before the buzzer sounded for her victory, sword plastered to the man's torso. Had she feinted? She might've -- how else was she to have gotten past his katana's blade? But the fire in her optics seemed to die out at the system's distraction of a message. The player pulled her edge away from her friend. She let out a breath she hadn't realized she was holding. "I can only hope," NIGHT dryly returned, fingers sliding over a section of her new trim. A wave loosened reality's hold over her sword and shut away the tiny window of white that was in her way, before she took a step backwards, pulling open her inventory instead. No use holding onto the desserts. She'd planned to have gotten rid of them regardless of the outcome, anyway. The glance towards Crow was to make sure he was prepared to catch it, noticing his health was still dangerously in the orange. "Oi."
