Jaye Hummel, or 'Eulalia' as she's known online - her middle name to be exact - has always had a fascination with games, but was never introcuced to the online world until the age of fifteen.  She used to play mostly girly games - romance, rhythm and puzzle are only a few - before moving onto some games aimed more towards male audiences, like RPGs and racing games.  Her life could well and truly have been considered as normal; normal parents and a normal younger sister who all supported her, relatively normal friends (she prefers to call them weird) and a normal school life.  She wasn't anything special... Until she discovered first person shooters and online RPGs.  Her mind began to evolve and become highly tactical, able to analyse situations and succeed in dealing with them, much like a military strategist.  She began to form large squads and parties of players online and command them, leading them to victory.  This tactical mindset she also used in the real world; she became the coach of two different sporting teams, a hockey team at the age of seventeen and a basketball team at nineteen...

But she left that all behind when she discovered SAO.  She spent her time building up her tactics within her gaming world, preparing to become a leader within the revolutionary MMO.  She left her basketball team without a second thought and devoted herself to becoming the best... but little did she realise how hard it would be to become 'the best' in a Death Game.
Virtues:

Romantic: Jaye has had a fascination with love and romance her entire life, but her shy personality around males is her only barrier.  Only once has she experienced love, but for a very diminutive amount of time... But that only caused her to lust for romance more.

Bubbly: You would be a very unlucky person to see Jaye upset or mad. She's always bright and has a beaming grin on her lips, no matter the hardships she's faced with.

Logical: Jaye likes to think things through in a logical manner, taking her time to make decisions and not rushing in like a blind woman.  This would prove her to be quite the tactician on the battlefield.

Flaws:
Gender-based Personality: The most major social problem Jaye has; her personality changes depending on the gender she is around.  Around females she's bright and very open, almost coming across as hyperactive.  However, around males she becomes shy and begins to trip over her own words.

Wild Imagination: Although this may be handy in some situations, this could be a large downfall.  This trait causes her to drift off into her own world oftentimes and seems to give her sleeping problems.

Stubborn: When Jaye has her heart set on something she will not change her mind.  This means many could be pushed away from her, causing her to seem somewhat antisocial.

Likes: Meat, mangoes, spicy food, romance, attractive males, slow dancing, music, singing, strategising, sport, orange (colour), green, Kalesh.

Dislikes: Sour food, risks, people who don't pay attention to her.
