Description: A simple, one-handed straight sword given out as a reward for completing a certain quest. It doesn't provide much in terms of damage but will occasionally paralyze foes making it bit more useful than a basic one-handed sword.

Not exactly sure how to do this because it's not a loot drop or a craft, but I want to use my Essence of Steel to upgrade my light armor piece, Regret.
