Exiting her hit and run tactic, she walked slowly up, her eyes gazing up at Raidou. "Are you going to give this guy a chance at all? He's not even getting the chance to swing at you at this point. Step back." Her attack would be pretty easy to do with the opponent not moving. She began to spin rapidly and slashed her dagger on her opponents body. A white glowing tempest swirled around her opponent, englufing him in an endless cyclone of attacks. Finally, a white ethereal blade manifested at the rood of the cave before striking down. As the tempest cleared, the enemy was still there. However, slashes covered its body and its back remained charred. Its health dipped considerably. "How does that work?" she asked Raidou. It was a significant amount of increased damaged. "This is almost too easy. The beast began to rise to its feet with a choke and cough. "No that's the point, and with that..." Raidou saw the moniker of the applied toxin from the virus he had given the girl. Beginning to walk toward the behemoth as it stood, shaking its head and pounding its club to the ground in a fit of fury. He taps the crystal that pulses with a reddish light and begins to play a rather gruesome song in an echo from where it lands. "Try as you will, this was over the moment we stepped into this cave." Raidou tilts his head and drops the crystal in his grasp, as the ogre glares at him and begins to charge. Raidou shifts his feet and braces for the coming impact. It lifts its weapon and attempts to club from left to right horizontally, Raidou lifts the blade and it slams into it with a flash of light halting it dead. Raidou Activates Incarceration! He no chance of hitting them, or even defending himself against the onslaught of attacks. "Well at this point, its kind of just a waiting game to see how long his health lasts out." She drew back to her safe distance before continuing her constant slew of hit and runs. As she reached the enemy again, she slashed viciously, bringing its health down even further. He wouldn't be alive for much longer. She was amazed to see how much the buffs themselves increased her damage by so much. Even the venom itself was dealing a good amount of damage. It would make it much faster to kill this creature. Maybe she would be able to kill her opponent in the next turn? Raidou 1 Posted June 18, 2020 #24 Report Share Posted June 18, 2020 (edited) Drawing his blade up again, maintaining his undaunting defense he was still building upon but was becoming much stronger. It still seemed as though he had not a chance in hell of targeting the girl instead, wholeheartedly focused on him. This was going without a hitch, no turbulence, or room for error. "It won't be long now, given your output one more powerful hit should do it." he commented to the girl in the analysis as he shifted his stance, preparing his guard even more solid and taking away any chance it had. "This is what the goal always was, even back then." Raidou recalled the conversation they had within the city. He makes a choice and decides to take the next swing. It rampages at him full force, slamming against the swordsman repeatedly with its massive weapon. Raidou flourishes and redirects the force, slamming into its chest and tears a dulled sword into its torso. It throws it once again to the ground, this time with a large break in its chest that glowed red. Raidou activates Vengeful Riposte! It was annoying to thing, but it wasn't a bad idea. Playing it safe ensured that they annihilated the boss without any form of difficulty. "I suppose all that is left is for me to finish him off right?" She activated her eternal cyclone sword art and as a white vortex of fury and slammed into the opponent as as the blade struck him, the vortex engulfed him. As this was done, she would begin to walk away. "Let's go turn in this quest... our work here is done" As she sheathed her weapon, the phantasmal white sword pierced down into the target within the white storm. The light faded an Orgoth no longer was there. Raidou 1 Posted June 18, 2020 #26 Report Share Posted June 18, 2020 Adjusting his glasses onto his face that had shifted slightly from the previous impact, Raidou flourishes the black star to the side before twirling it and docking in the sheath behind his right shoulder. "A calculated end with rewards earned. Will you be able to receive the reward or do you need a hand?" Raidou asked as she had easily pulled her wait so it would be problematic for her to miss out on what was rightfully hers. Opening the small book and pulling a pen across the page, as to preserve what it said but mark it for completion as he traversed the pathing they had taken back toward the city. They had only been gone for a paltry amount of time, the sun was still high in the sky, and as such the lighting caused his vision to dilate upon exit. Toward the city of Underdark, his robe swaying slightly with a passing breeze in silence. There was little to be said... Link to post Share on other sites

"We coulda done it without your fancy smancy calculations and consumables. Of course, it made it quite a bit easier but that guy was hardly even a sweat. And I can take care of getting the rewards myself. You don't have to worry about everything. I am gonna head on out after getting the rewards. Perhaps I shall see you around sometime again. Good luck." Moving out, she would disband the party and then move to collect her reward. She was getting so close to the third tier that she could taste the extra strength already. "I wonder exactly what quest I should start on next. Just another should get me to the third tier correct?" HEr dagger wouldn't level with her which made her a bit sad.
