The moment the creature was pulled forward Freya hops off his shoulders with a slide next to her father. Aiming for his ankles again she dashes forward but his foot moves as he tries to get out of Griswold's grip causing her attack to miss ever so slightly. She scans the beast then the rest of the team. Her eyes meet Simmone's figure and she could feel her eyes begin to shift. A sinking feeling in her chest as she feels a sharp coldness down her spine... Shit not now...please... Her worried eyes shift to Gaius then to her father. She shuts her eyes and turns away from the group not sure if they could see her eyes shift from dilation then to normal. She fought with everything she had to keep him from coming out... Freya manages to keep control. Her green eyes shift to the beast thinking of her next attack now. She knew right then that she had to be more careful. The last thing she wanted was for her and the others mainly Gaius and her father to know the real pain she was dealing with... A pulse of energy can be heard throughout, the winds found throughout was undeniable in their presence. Simmone's hair was the most obvious, swaying on the breeze that began to scream through the whole place. Gaius was the nexus of it, almost buried beneath the eye of the storm. He rears back and draws a solid green blur through the shift, snaps, and crackles of the vacuum. His polearm had become almost pure energy, a huge amount of trickled resources forcing it into a state of overdrive. Pure raw and untriggered power, he was preparing to throw it all like a blast charge. In that final moment, he would expend it all with a chunk of his own, akin to throwing TNT at the end of an atom bomb. Untamed and wild, in an ordered way. With an extended left, she shifts it left and as a result the blonde's HP quickly climbs to full. "Just like that.." Simmone remarks as she feels the current rush through her tied up hair. An eye to the sky, Gaius was trapped in his own produced bubble. "This is the most I've ever seen..." She spoke beneath a mutter, not even during Val Halla had he charged this much. A glance back to Freya. There was still something lingering here. Why was Gaius so serious now of all times, when not even where things were at their worst did he wish to dump this much into his attacks. He truly was an enigma, and somehow that had something to do with Freya. She was the rogue element here. A smile finds Simmone's face. A spray of orange and a fist of iron, one solid punch with cardinal assistance. Ugzeke is knocked off kilter, sent off to the smiths left as he cracks the ogre across the head. Dazed and down, Ugzeke lets out a bellow in pain trying to reach for its face now prone. It was dazed, down and out. A spin of his hammer and a pop of his neck with a twist of his head. With a raise of his shield and a roll of his shoulders, The smith was clearly infuriated and was just taking it out on the culprit. A father with a bone to pick. He drops the hammer to which Vulcan grabs from the floor, pulling it into its mouth to keep it hot. For the next time the smith would need it. That very spot becomes cold... A sharp icy feeling edges down her spine. Freya turns her face from Simmone...Shit... as she knew very well what that was... Her eyes dilate fully, fury starts to build-up. Taking Freyd's advice, she thinks of her mother...Anger and sadness flow through her body as she remembers the hatred she had for her mother... Focusing on that she glances to Simmone meeting her eyes. "Don't hate me," she says in a small sorrowed voice as she focused on those thoughts alone. With that, she takes her anger out on the now knocked out creature. Dashing to its prone body as her Scythe carves deep within his stomach with an exploding impact. He cries out in pain but was still unable to move. Freya's chest feels heavy as the shards of cold streaks down her back. Glancing at Gaius or where he would be within the very large and still brewing storm she waits...The moment he hit she would help with the final blows to this creature. With her Scythe held out to the side of her she waits... Her eyes were still dilated but Freya at this point knew that she would have to do some explaining... Washed within an enveloped green sphere as it tore the ground asunder in its wake, Both Gaius and the boss vanish in the produced and creeping outward explosion. Blinding the whole place with the light produced, it fades and to visible was a boss who could no longer stand. A polearm drove clean through and clung there. "Still hanging on, but give it a second." Gaius barked peeling off its chest, it was clear that the much larger point had been punched into the stone below. There would be no way for the boss to drag itself completely off of the rod it was now impaled on. He seemed chipper, unfazed despite the power of the blow that had just ruined the cavern in its detonation. This was Gaius, The eye of the storm. A snap sends a sprinkle of gold dust out from them like stars. Renewing the link to Freya's pool forces another skip of the girls draining energy. "Well done." Simmone remarks to Gaius, Ugzeke was on his last legs as it tries to pull itself off of the pierced pole. It was too long, too much to aspire to with its already waning strength. Gaius had just left it there like a flag pole, the beast beneath it, leaving the weapon as a monument of the attack and the fact that it was finished. "Yeah, just let him gurgle out. He won't be doing too much more." Gaius goads, reaching for his pocket and pulling out a roll. A bite through it as he peels back white paper, he was proud of himself. Time bought and it was long past overdue, but even still the attack had done its job. A look to Freya "I made a mistake." Griswold offers her an attempt to apologize to the girl as he shifts to look to Simmone. Removal of his helmet and a subtle nod, he was thankful for the woman keeping her full during the confrontation. It was here he had realized that Simmone had yet to be made fully aware that Freyja was his daughter. But now was not the time to discuss family affairs. Griswold glances to Ugzeke, eyeing him up for any resistance. It was struggling and holding on to its last legs. There wouldn't be too much more of this before it was long gone, and then a quick turn in and back to work on the girl's weapon. Finding herself attached to the side of the wall, the cloud of impact fades as Freya jumps down off the wall landing next to the creature. The moment her feet hit the ground the large creature explodes into data. Freya smiles at this, her face shift to disturbed though as sharp freezing what would be a pain if it wasn't a game strikes down her spine. She feels her eyes pulse as her concentration skill activates, a blank oozing mist comes from both her and her weapon. Her chest begins to tighten as the icy feeling was becoming too much. "God not now...Please...Not in front of them..." A sinister chuckle echoes through her head as Freya glows a goldish color. Right then a burst of blinding light around her. A shadowed figure slides out of Freya and she backs the hell up pushing herself against the cavern wall. Freya sees the shadow shift into the blond male she saw months ago inside her head... Freya drags her back down the wall sitting on the ground now terrified trying to figure out what was going on right now. This had never happened before... Staring at the shadowed blond male, Freya has nothing but fear painted across her face... A flicker as the Gemini slides from her back, removing with it the skill she had been given by it. "I've watched you grow, and I am feeling pleased with what I've seen." The thing responds slinking out, taking a single step away from her as she fell onto her butt. "You would fear me? Why I have become you. My strength has been yours this whole time, little girl." It hissed with sharp laughter, a grim smile painted on its lips. Raking his hand through dark dirty blonde hair. It exhales sharply as if a burden had been dropped from its chest. Its attention fixated on Freya, when Simmone begins to speak. "Tuatha?" She choked it out, the name stung hotter than any knife. Her brother, one she'd all but forgotten. She mourned him, buried him, and pressed his memory down. The NPC projection stirs, a slink of its shoulders and a twist to peer over his right. The black lotus was none the wiser that it was not truly him, no it couldn't actually be. "Giselle, little mockingbird. So fleeting are we? Did you miss me?" It asks her as well, in a moniker she'd not heard for ages. Her voice was weak at first but gained ground as it continued. "Why are you here, Tuatha. What were you doing in that girl?" Listening to the conversation, Simmone seemed to know him... "Tuatha" she repeats the name. "Now I deserve your strength...This entire time, nothing, not a peep in my head from you, and now this..." Freya pushes herself off the wall forcing herself to move forward. He was right though. She has grown, he was part of her but the one thing she was wondering was what Simmone had asked... She didn't know anyone by that name and the fact that Simmone knew him made her that much more curious. "Why me and not her... You obviously know her, so I ask you this...Who are you really Tuatha?" This Gemini of sorts knew everything about her, that made her nervous but she knew that all the memories that she unlocked were because he forced them through the piece of brain that she couldn't access. He was her... but how. Freya walks closer to the figure. Giving her a glance as he gives off a sinister chuckle. Freya's concentration skill activates again as the black mist sets in from Freya's body and weapon. With that, the shadow vanishes within the black mist. Another cackled chuckle within Freya's head now, one that only she could hear. The black mist disappears. Freya could not find the words to say to Simmone... She just looks to meets her eyes as Freya's eyes shift back to normal from dilation.
