Baldur never liked the 10th floor. In fact, he avoided it at all costs. He was, however, at a certain crossroads in his life now which put him here on this floor. If he wanted to proceed forward, he needed to complete more quests. This was one of the only floors with quests left that he had not already completed. He had been wandering the floor looking for quests and secrets when he came across the location of Tartarus. The area was infested with monsters, but thanks to his amulet he hadn't been
