Randal’s Snack Cart is inspired by real life food trucks but unfortunately the game doesn’t recognise trucks, so Randal managed to find a little shop house in the Town of Horunka. And by shophouse he means a window in hole in the wall that he managed to get the license too when he completed his Profession quest to become a cook and by window, he meant the window that looks like the window of a food truck but is actually a window of a house.
