  1. Hey I just recently picked this up and outside of no one having an english mod for it it's freaken awesome.. Since there is no english translation for the game I'm currently working on modding the game with english over the Japanese that is there.

    Just in case anyone was looking at picking it up, etc. And was not doing so due to the language barrier.

  2. TING TING TING - The sound continued to flow out from what would have been an excruciatingly hot area in the real world. The fires raged hot in the forge, feasting on the coal that was digitized under neath as a fuel to keep the flames burning. TING TING TING the sound continued to emanate. A smith at work it would seem.

    Slivurr busied himself looking through the shops. He wasn't sure what he was looking for - A new weapon maybe? Some armor? It wasn't really clear though he had the urge to just kinda browse. His training was coming along swiftly, he was proud of the advancement he had made in such a short time and with a bit of Col filling his inventory he figured a small treat wouldn't be beyond his means.

    TING TING TING - The sounds of the smithy hammer pounding into some oddly shaped metals caught his attention as he glanced over seeing an average enough person pounding away at work on his anvil. Slivurr moved a bit closer, his attention drawing in on the man with some less than subtle stares. He watched intently as the smith, complete in his concentration continued to pound the metal before it brightened shifting from the hunt of raw material into the weapon he had chosen to make. In this regard it looked like a decent enough axe, though he didn't use axes himself he could certainly see the appeal. "Must have decent enough damage out of that... with size and all.." he muttered to himself.

    The smith up til now had not noticed Slivurr standing there watching him. He gave a little bit of a curious glance in the young swordsman's direction before turning, placing the Axe on a stand before busying himself with some minor work about his stand. Slivurr couldn't help himself he moved in closer, eyeing the weapons curiously before greeting the Smith, "Fascinating work! Is that the Blacksmith skill by any chance?"

  3. The lizard exploded with that final attack blowing it apart - it's health dropped to nothing as the digital polygons shimmered before fading away into nothingness. He gave a little off, falling to his bottom as he shook his head, rubbing his free hand through his hair. "Well! That was a handful.." He peered over to Ruri, a mischievous grin teasing over his lips, speaking to her. "Don'tcha think you went a little over board there at the end? I mean it looked like we had it pretty much under wrap." He couldn't help but poke a tease at her, even as he raised his hand up, letting the sword slide into it's sheathe.

  4. He took a moment to catch his breath as Ruri darted back in. The idea of circling around the beast would have been a good one if the tail hadn't been there and all. Personally he'd have never tried that. Attacking the side? Sure.. Head on? More than likely, but the reach on the tail was the real threat. It bared it's teeth in Ruri's direction as her swipe of blade missed the Lizard. He gave a little growl, stepping forward once twice, three times as his sword lunged at the massive reptile.

    The scaled tail whipped in smacking against the flat edge of his blade nearly wrenching it from his grip. He stumbled forward a bit, clearly taken off guard by such an unconventional parry though with the Lizards attention mostly on Ruri he was able to side step a second slash from it's tail, preventing any harm done to himself

    ((Yup, that is how it should be. ))

  5. He was hyper sensitive to the movements of the Lizard now. He had watched enough, endured enough that he felt fairly confident that he would be alright in the long run. He stepped back, weaving out of Ruri's way as she darted ahead. He could see the emotions written upon her face, anger, rage... His steely gray blue eyes softened a bit, almost to the point of where he was frowning. "Emotions cloud Judgement, Ruri.." He whispered to her as she stepped back, suffering no wound but not inflicting any upon the Lizard either.

    There was a sweep of his blade in an upper direction, the sword art activating as it slashed through the air swiftly, brutally even. The hit landed, cutting up into the torso of the Giant lizard, knocking it back even as it attempted to lash out with it's tail. The appendage whipped through the air, inches in front of his face as he narrowly escaped harm.

    Ruri Hp = 31/33

    Slivurr = 9/9

    Lizard = 5/11

  6. While I am relatively new here to this particular forum and role playing game I was extremely happy to find a somewhat stable community of Role Players for one of my all time favorite Manga's. So I signed up, character created and dove straight in. I've done a bit of writing, had fun even through the simplicity of it all. (I'm used to far more elaborate rp.) While that's not a bad thing it's just a observation.

    What really I find problematic is some of this actions that are allowed to happen. While I have no understanding of the past some of these characters have I read nearly everything. I enjoy reading RP - short.. long.. elaborate.. or even simple. There was an instance where Godmodding was taken place, even outright additions to another writer in the effort to kill off a player character and when asked about it the topic got locked and ignored.

    That is pretty damned sad. As an adult and knowing the moderators of the site being adults we can understand how some issues are going to arise but to tell the victim of this here that he is in the wrong? Sorry. That doesn't fly. The people who went out of their way in an attempt to cause player death in this game and made a general ass of themselves are. Please don't take this as me being overly critical to the game and your rp. Think of this as a check. There are some serious people here who look for a fun and play driven environment and when you are allowing this to happen without so much as a slap on the wrist you are going to drive Roleplaying veterans away when they do join.

    As of this point I'm not sure I'm going to continue playing here unless something is done to alleviate my concerns. I don't want to invest time and energy into a great story line only to have it shot down by people who are just over looked in terms of fairness and proper game management.

    Sincerely

    - A very disappointed David.

    If you need to know what I'm talking about Erron. You have me on Skype. Feel free to see me there.

  7. He watched the attack Ruri landed with a little grin which quickly turned to worry as the counter attack launched by the Lizard in the cool down wake of her sword skill left her vulnerable. His movements were swift, and strong as he attempted to get between her and the rocky outcropping in which she was headed for though was just a hair of a moment to late as she went slamming into the rock.

    Fire wreathed into his visage as he turned back to the lizard once more, shifting his stance into something more aggressive, more feral in nature as he launched himself at the overgrown reptile. Movements between the Lizard and Slivurr blurred slightly as his thrusts and slashes were shifted and dodged aside by the lizard. Counter attacks from the reptile were equally as useless as he used the flat of his blade and his agility to keep himself from taking any hits as they sparred off giving, Ruri time to recover from the blow she had suffered.

  8. He watched in amazement as her sword cut through the air with the sureness that came only from experience. The edge glowed brightly in the affect of sword art as it cut through the air and flashed rightly on the firm impact against the Lizard. He couldn't help but grin mischievously as he tightened down his knuckles around the heavy new blade that was just bestowed upon him before he called out "Switch!"

    With Blue in hand he felt the skill activate as it shined brightly, the energy wavering on the edge of the blade as he slipped in beside Ruri as he slashed towards the Lizard bravely. Unfortunately luck, or perhaps it was skill or lack there of that came into power as the Lizard ducked under the sweep of his attack. He roared fiercely lashing out with it's tail which he just barely was able to deflect with the flat of his blade before be got his feet back under him, shoving off the hard ground as he flung himself back from the Lizard opening the field back to Ruri.

    [1-5] Miss

    [6-8] Hit, -1 Hp

    [9-10] Critical, -2 Hp

    Ruri Hp = 33/33

    Slivurr = 9/9

    Lizard = 9/11

  9. Glancing behind him he stepped off towards a rather large monitor lizard. "Boy he sure does look friendly doesn't he?" he remarks as he reached back drawing his new sword. He balanced it once in his grip as he moved in closer, drawing the distance between him and the Lizard smaller even though it was a few levels higher than him though figured this was childs play for Ruri.

    The Lizard stretched out, long tail swished through the air a moment before the claws clicked over the rocky ground. The monster icon popped into view over it's head followed by the health bar of the Lizard. Teeth gleamed in the sunlight as it stretched it's head in his direction, ambling off towards him.

  10. "It's an idea, though I don't know if I am strong enough to handle these out here.. This is quite a few floors higher than my level and I really don't feel like dying." He gave a little wink in Ruri's direction as he crossed his arms over his chest. Shoulders rolled in a little shrug as he stepped down through the rocky terrain. "Eh... why not, care to back me up, Ruri? I figure with you around and your higher level you can keep me safe.." There was a teasing grin towards her as he pulled up the menu sending the party invite over to Ruri.

  11. He let his eyes glance over the blade in his hands before drawing the starter blade off his back. He gave a brief balance between the two blades before giving a little nod. He juggled them in one hand as he pulled up his menu equipping the old blade before equipping the new one. He sheathed it back into is baldric before sharing a big grin, "Yeah! thank you so much, I was planning on going shopping to see if I could find a new sword.. this certainly beats me to that particular job."

    He eyed the familiar curiously before returning his gaze to Ruri, "Anyways.. this is the old front lines right? It's rather beautiful I'm glad I could see it though I doubt I'd be able to handle myself around here for some time eh?" The steel blue gaze glanced around taking a curious look as he spotted a few monsters roaming around quite a bit away from them with a thoughtful expression taking over once he noticed them.

  12. "...That place is on Floor Seven.." he muttered to himself. They had just cleared that floor which means it was still likely extremely dangerous. He had fought a few battles and was somewhat confident in his ability to stay alive be it run from the fight or assess his enemy with the hopes of victory. He never the less pressed forward. Stepping into the teleporter the soft glow swirled and captured him in it's efflorescence before sending him flying up through the floors.

    He was popped out on floor seven which he stepped out into the town center. There were plenty of people around gearing up to take on the new floor and those who apparently were already out battling the monsters outside of the safe zone. He stopped by a vendor grabbing a few things of bread and water relatively cheap that was before he started out the north gate, heading out towards the mountains where she said to meet her.

    He made swift work as he dodged through various monsters and animals and kept his goal completely on the meet up with Ruri. His foot steps were certain as he ran forward, keeping careful notice of all around him even as the landscape changed into the mountain terrain. "Need to take up tracking..." he mutters, shaking his head a bit even as he found her standing around waiting for him. "Sorry for being late!" he cried out most bashfully.

  13. They were off in the distance a bit but he could see the two boars grazing. Tusks gleamed in the artificial light of the world though he wore a little grin over his lips. He rushed forward, drawing his sword as he held it out and slightly behind him advancing swiftly. They raised their heads, glancing upon him just as the blue energy coursed over his blade as that first attack was drawn, pulling them and himself into combat.

    His footing was off. Much to his dismay as he rushed forward he slipped as the cut that was aimed to the boar flew wide up and over it. Stumbling he gave an "OOoFf!" as he rushed past, putting some distance between him and the monsters. He put his blade up between his body and the boars as they rushed foward. Fortunately they were unable to attack him together, he put his blade in against the tusks of the rushing boar, shoving it back before kicking it away.

  14. I'd like to point out that Aincrad blew up upon completion of the game when Kirito defeated Heathcliff. Then it was remade with the World Seed after he freed Asuna from ElfOnline. I don't think timeline is the major thought here but more the path to where we are going. The story line shouldn't be dedicated to what is at the end, the ending should be able to be somewhat fluid and able to be shifted in accordance to where we the players take it. Or at the very least what we influence to happen through the GM etc.

    Just my .02 cents.

  15. "The wings? That just doesn't seem very fair.. nor nice.." he mumbles though does as he is told. His hand drew back as he launched a barrage of snow in Keith's direction and that of his familiar. He alternated back and forth, two for the flying dragon of death, and then one or two for Keith deciding if he was popping his head out and making it easy for him.

  16. The first snow ball got him in the chest, followed by the powerfully thrown one from Keith that caught him in the face. "WAHHH!!" He flailed around as the battle of the Snow began. He reached down grabbing a handful of fresh snow before balling it, throwing it at the target that wasn't taken cover behind a nifty fort. The snow ball went flying as he reached down, stumbling in the snow as he tucked down grabbing another handful before packing it down flinging it towards Keith. "YEAH TAKE THAT!"

    It was just a hunch but he ducked in behind Ruri's fort cause why not. The premade snowballs were used to good effect as the beginning pelt of hardened snow towards Keith could only be helping to break down the snow fort so that their attacks would have some minor affect on him, even if it was all in a manner of enjoyment. There was a grin of mischievousness on his lips as snow ball after snow ball filled the air.

  17. The invite to party with the two of them popped up on his screen. His finger touched the accept button before their name and health bar popped into his vision. "There we go.. Keith and Ruri." There was a brief movement as he reached back, pulling his sword from it's sheathe as he scanned over the starter blade a moment before giving an approving nod, replacing it. "As ready as I'll ever be I think. I'm certainly looking forward too all this exploring.."

    LEVEL 2

    Popped on screen though he gave a little grin nodding in Ruri's direction, YEAHH!! See? Already getting stronger. Next thing we know it i'll be a front liner killing bosses and being generally awesome.

  18. Yay I like you... You will be mine, and you shall be my silvurr...

    Welcome to the site, and I do hope you enjoy yer stay. :)

    Uhhmm... o.o

    Awkward ? <3...

    Anyways. Thank you so much for the warm welcomes. ^.^ I have been having a super fun time.

  19. His eyes widened a bit as they explained the reasons for the color change. It was a good reason in his mind though he just couldn't pull his mind around the whole concept of killing someone. Especially in this hell that the game turned into where death here was the real thing. Completely ceasing to exist in both worlds. "So... you only go after the ones that would target weaker people like me? That's good to know." He gave a little grin, shaking off his former thoughts before glancing to the both of them, "Pretty sure I'm not a Maverick.. Just getting that out there just in case there were any suspicions."

    He smiled as he fell in line, "I'm looking forward to all the exploring we are gonna be doing. Not to mention there is nothing like growing stronger and more adept with the monsters around here. Been killing some boars since I'm still pretty new to all this fighting business but so far so good. Got a few down unscathed."

  20. "It's all new to me." He replied with a chuckle. He let his eyes drift between the two a moment before letting his gaze drift a touch higher. While he knew his icon was sparkly green and all that loveliness theirs showed a orange. Which really only told him one minor thing. "Uhhm... Don't take this the wrong way but... Should I be a bit concerned with the orange?" He pointed over their heads a moment to their player icon before back to his before a sheepish grin touched over his lips.

  21. His eyes glanced up a moment at the floors way above him before glancing around through the floor. He had never been to this particular floor before. Well truth be said he had not ever left the first floor until this particular day. It was interesting to glance around and see how the floors differ before he saw the two run across and show the affections. A little smile touched his lips a moment, must be the two he had been here to meet up with.

    A hand raised as he gave a wave in their direction before he glanced between the two before following up behind Ruri. His thumb slid under the strap of his sword as he gave a little nod to the both of them, "Hello there. How is everything for you guys today?" there was a little smile on his face, showing general good nature. Head tilted a moment as to the plans and where they were headed off too.

  22. Index and thumb drew up the menu screen showing the message come in as he quickly thumbed over it taking a curious glance over his face reading it.. "Ahh.. a little meet up?" He murmurs to himself as he saved the message letting it fall back into his inbox before he tightened the straps of his baldric, adjusting the placement of his sword as he pulled his coat down tight and firm around him.

    He moved out through beginner city off to the teleporter since the indicated location was a few floors up. Now he was fairly new but figured where ever they were heading he'd be safe enough. Why else would he be invited after all. There was a brief flash of light after declaring the city location he was teleporting to before he was deconstructed and sent flying up to the fourth floor. He stepped off the platform glancing around curiously from left to right as he looked for some indication of who he was looking for.

  23. The after battle high they called it. That feeling of euphoria that came from victory. It was minor really, a simple boar but he himself was stoked over the growth he was making and going to make. He flopped to the ground, pulling up his menu before clicking in some simple bread and water that he had picked up from an NPC vendor.

    There was a light wind blowing against him as he pulled the stopper from the bottle taking it to his lips as he drew in a mouthful before swallowing it down. Likewise it was replaced, and sat aside before the bread was pulled apart, teeth hungrily biting down into the thick chewy bread as he glanced to the level above him. "I'm going to make it.." he mumbles to himself, replacing the items into his menu before setting off.

    There was almost a bounce in his step, his first battle drawing him out of it unscathed before he ran into a small group of boars. There was two this time and there was a good chance this time some damage would be taken though he felt up to it. The surge of energy sent him dashing off in their direction, hand reaching back to grab the leather wrapped hilt blade readying to draw it when he got closer.
