Asen barely caught sight of the sixth wasp as it too almost caught him with it's stinger. He had to twist his body just in time as part of his reflexes kicked in to barely evade the stinger. Simultaneously he pierces the wasp through it's lower body with his sword that dealt some heavy damage at the wasp too. His eyes winced on how close these wasps were starting to get on hitting him after each time he dodges. Still he gives it a push with a flick of his wrist to forcefully push the wasp back a few paces while wrenching his blade free from the wasp's body. He has to stay on his toes more than ever now as it seems these things are getting very close to hitting him upon each attempt. However, he knows that under normal damage they can't hurt him. But under the rule of being critically injured is something he still has to be careful about.

Asen's crimson red eyes were scanning from one wasp to the next watching their moves carefully while using his hearing to his advantage in case anything tries to sneak up on him. One of the wasps had already tried to flank him earlier, and failed in the process at the risk of having one of its wings chopped off. The fifth accelerates towards him at a dangerous pace that probably should've struck Asen. However like most of the time, Asen evades the attack by having him actually jump high enough where the stinger would miss under his feet. As he starts to come down he flips his blade pointing downwards, and ending up piercing the wasp right through its body. It dealt heavy damage to it as Asen quickly wrench the sword free while kicking it away from him. Of course he can't do any damage with his unarmed strikes. Probably a good reason too.

The fourth wasp goes to his left flank in an attempt to get on his blindside. While he can't see it, he is still able to hear the buzzing coming from his flank. So he doesn't waste any time to turn around quickly while slashing out with his sword. He winds up slicing one of it's wings halfway off causing it to lose balance of its flying. The wasp lands hard besides Asen buzzing its insect wings, waiting for the red mark to go away which won't be long as Asen knows this. But the damage was still done, though this is only drawing out the inevitable.

Like magic, Asen's tactic seems to hit its mark majority of the time. The third wasp flies at him in a zigzag pattern hoping to throw his stance off. However his crimson red eyes were following exactly where the wasp was going. The proof of this is clearly shown when Asen twisted his body at the right moment as the stinger barely misses him while getting a full mouth of his sword since he rams the sword right into its face. With a flick of his wrist, the wasp gets flung off the sword and winds up catching itself from flying out of control.

Asen had winced when the wasp had stung him as it damaged him more than he liked to admit. Still he quickly jumps back a few paces to get some distance between him and those wasps. One of them actually tried to sting him but he had already jumped back before it's stinger could connect. He didn't make any careless moves at least not that he's aware of as he holds his sword before him waiting for the chance to counter just as he always has been.

Once he got to the Second Floor, he decided to scavenge around for any Materials that he could use for his Forge later on. It took him a while and yes it did caused him to stop running so that he could take his time on finding with a thorough search of the area. Thankfully he manages to find a single Sylph Ore, why it was called that when it was completely green that it blended with the grass is beyond him. But he's not complaining. Unfortunately he may have found something extra along the way as he winds up hearing the sound like something was buzzing. At first he thought there was a bee or something nearby. Nope, when he turned towards the direction it was coming from he meets exactly six Wind Wasps coming straight for him. One of the wasps actually snuck up on him and stung him right on the chest pretty badly as he actually took damage from this wasp. Biting back his words, he quickly drew out his sword while slashing at the wasp out of retaliation.

  7. Asen leaned against one of the walls as he silently listened to the group discuss their plans. Each has their valid tactics in mind and were all improving one idea to the next. His crimson red eyes wandered from one person to the next as they laid out their plans. Least to say that they were all on the same page, and it was like all of them shared a synced mind with each other. Though the only one who probably sticks out like a sore thumb was Asen himself as he's been perhaps too quiet now since he came to the meeting. Mainly because he was listening to what everyone's ideas were so that he could work with them better.

It was when Shark mentioned about lighting the room up with something. The first thing Asen thought of was a torch, but he quickly dismissed that idea as the torch's lighting can only go so far and won't light the entire room. Maybe one eighth depending on the size of the room. If this boss was a huge hydra pretty much after hearing the amount of heads that it has the room would have to be considerably larger than the beast itself. This caused Asen to place his two fingers of his index and middle onto the side of his temple while closing his eyes. He's not sure if this idea would even become an insurance, but it was a suggestion that forms inside his mind. He just doubts that the boss's room would include something to brighten up the place, and just in case it doesn't or if it does then this is one of the options they could have.

"Let me ask this, is there perhaps any way to get our hands on some Oil of any kind that's flammable?" Asen called out as he opens his eyes and lowers his hand. Crossing his arms over his chest as he remained where he was. "Maybe if we can get our hands on enough oil, one or two of us can do a run around the chamber while pouring the oil behind us. Forming a connection of the flammable liquid with a torch or something you can have like a temporary ring of fire that could light the place up for a certain amount of time. It would at least drown out the darkness a bit for a while so that we can see everything that's going on." It was a suggestion of course, though he currently sees one flaw in it. And that's on who would be crazy enough to run around the Boss when it can easily just chomp you up to pieces? Now that he thought about it he might as well throw this in as well. "Don't worry, i'll be the one doing the running since i'm kind of hard to hit to begin with without any Accuracy buffs. The boss would more likely try to kill the one that's going around it, so i'll be pretty much the bait and meanwhile you guys can hack away at it with caution. That way less people are going to get hurt."

  8. This guy was just complete bizarre to Asen as Skylar reaches over to touch his hair, which was kind of fine with him. He has tolerance of such things only to an extent though, and he was watching this guy like a hawk. When Skylar goes to touch his eyes, Asen let his instincts kick in as he quickly snatched Skylar's wrist to stop him from touching his eyes. His hand flew up to the man's wrist pretty fast too as for a moment at this close of a range it was a brief blurring motion. Asen has a rather firm grip too, though he doesn't mean to but he does put a decent amount of pressure to Skylar's wrist to support of him not being able to go any further. "You won't get any experience from that then. It's better to do it yourself rather than hiding behind somebody's shadow. In this world you're going to have to stick up for yourself even when you draw your weapon. From my prospective though, if you draw your weapon at me then you'd best be ready to kill me." He's pretty much making this game sound like a life and death situation, which he wasn't wrong really. However he wasn't right to an extent as there might come a time where you can't just kill someone.

  9. I just checked for myself and yes you are correct that it is a Perfect Item to get a +1 CD. I'll edit to where i'm looking a Perfect Item then. Also if you do make it and turn it in before anyone else does then the money would go to the one who turns it in first. Which at this point might be just you Cidney

  10. Asen nods in agreement towards Mari when she asked if he could craft some gear. "I'll do my best, and will probably go on Material Hunts myself occasionally. However I do have to admit that I haven't practiced my blacksmithing in a long time so i'm not sure if i'm going to be able to pull off an incredibly rare item right off the bat just yet." He informed her as he's still considered to be a Beginner Blacksmith since he never went back to his blacksmithing career after he turned orange. However that wasn't going to stop him from trying to pull his weight around. "Though in case of Boss related battles, i'm not saying that no one is suitable, but my strongest aspect around here would be fighting stuff especially Floor Bosses."

  11. Standing in the midst of the cavern's corridors with his sword gripped in his hand was a silvery white haired man with red marks upon his face. Adorned almost in complete black as he has his hood down revealing his hair and even has his mask pulled down just under his chin. To his crimson red eyes, everything seems a bit hazy on this floor. Perhaps it was the cause of this darkness that shrouds the corridors, which he wouldn't doubt by a long shot. Due to this Asen can never be too sure on whether its actually safe for him to put his sword away or not as these monsters seem to spawn near him.

The young man let's out a sigh as he closed his eyes briefly before opening them up again. "I suppose I should hurry up... I'm already late for the meeting." With that being said he dropped all of his caution as he sprinted down the corridor now. He could've done this sooner but well he was actually on a few Floors lower when he got called up by Mari. Even though he told her that he would be there ASAP, which he really was trying to get there as soon as possible, he had to climb from floor to floor to get up here since he can't use teleportation platforms. Plus last he had heard of the Yomi village was inhabited by the undead and was guarded by two dragons one of each on the front and back gates. He's not sure if they have been dealt with already or that everyone attending the meeting had actually slipped past all of them.

Still within minutes, roughly of five at most, he arrives at the Yomi settlement where he slows to a walking pace now. He quickly toggled on his Hiding skill so that if the dragon was here like it should he can only hope that it wouldn't detect him. At first he just saw the occasional figures of the undead wondering around the worn out Japanese architecture. Since he couldn't really find anyone, particularly Mari, he decides to get a eagle's point of view by running up to a personal well of an estate of some kind. With a soft tap on the circle of stones, he leaped up while twisting his body to angle himself to where when he landed on top of the estate's roof he wouldn't have slipped and fall to the ground. Again he lands on the roof with a soft thud as the roof tiles felt like they would just slip out right under his feet if he were to move recklessly. However he didn't as he pretty much safely crawled up to the highest point the estate had to offer to get a good look around the settlement.

It took him a minute of searching, but he sees quite a few green cursors and even orange cursors grouped up at one spot amongst the settlement and it seemed that the undead are less concentrated over there as well. Though he had a feeling that was where he was supposed to be, he couldn't help but having his instincts practically warning him that it could be a trap of some sort. But he shook his head in dismissal as even though he usually listen to his instincts he decides to place faith onto Mari even though he already has plenty of faith in her in the first place. Still he eventually gets to have fun somewhat to slide down on the roof which was angled a bit upward. Since he was sliding on his feet the angled part of the roof kind of sent him a little more than just above ground. Luckily though instead of plunging straight for the ground like he would've if he hadn't known better, he had his hands out to grab hold of the ledge of a building that was pretty much across the street from where he slid off at. Pulling himself up to his feet, he eventually gets down to the floor level to reach the meeting point coming from behind Mari.

"Sorry that i'm a little late, sort of had to go through traffic on my way here." He announced mainly to Mari as he couldn't excuse on how late he is, but he was a bit surprised to see a familiar face that belonged to none other than Shark himself. Asen hadn't seen Shark since they cleared the Fifth Floor together. But that was a long time ago. Still the silvery white haired man nods towards Shark as his way of silently saying greetings. "Long time no see Shark." His voice was as casual as ever, not really raising his voice much mainly changing from just a whisper to what is considered a standard volume in one's voice.

  12. He closed his eyes for a moment as if acknowledging her order silently without really nodding. Then he turned on his heel as his smile faded back to his usual blank face. "Well NPC or not, having a familiar is like having your own pet in some sense. Tell me, have you ever had a cat or dog as a pet? Or even a bird perhaps?" He asked her occasionally glancing over his shoulder at her with his crimson red eyes before he looks forward again. His feet softly sinking into the snowy ground as well as hardly making any noise, only a faint crunch of snow under his feet that sounded as soft as the frequent icy cold wind that tugs at his clothing.

  13. He nods in acknowledgement to when she said that she came from town, which he can confirm that somewhat as from the direction she came from was indeed the Snowfrost Town. It was probably the last place he actually visited that was a safe zone where he knew that he couldn't die in by sleeping before he turned orange. He kind of stared off a bit after he listened to what Rebekah had said. It wasn't that he didn't find her presence interesting, in fact it wasn't that at all. His scarred mind was simply reminded painfully on the reason why he's like this in the first place. "I don't see why not, since we seem to have the same goals it just might be safer to be in groups rather than taking it on by ourselves. That way at least one can keep an eye on our surroundings while the other searches for Mats and then switch after a while. Sound good with you?"

  14. The young man nods in agreement upon Rebekah's question. "Yeah, i'm kind of running a bit low in the forge. So i'm basically just restocking as many as I can. Hopefully i'll be able to find some around in this area since it's hardly touched or so I've heard anyways." Asen admits quite carelessly about his plans, though he's not worried since it isn't really secret or wrong in any way. If there was then it would've been the first that he's heard in his ears. Though he only gets rumors from an old friend of his and most of it are just sightings of special types of monsters that spawn in certain areas or rumors of rare item drops. So he wouldn't really know much of the latest gossip nor know exactly what's going on in towns or safe zones for that matter.

Asen for his first attempt of the day sets his ingot down that he got from the First Floor. It might seem that he's been doing a lot of crafting of late but what can you expect when he's trying to make good pieces when all he's really getting are bad ones? Sure he forged one Good Item, and only because he got lucky on that one though the dagger he made looked rather nice actually. Anyways, he picks up his hammer just as he always does before he starts to hammer away at the ingot. Unfortunately on the third strike the ingot simply shatters into pieces that made him frown as that has been happening to him quite often as well. If anything at least he's getting the experience out of this even if it's a small price to pay.

  16. The young man turns his head to the player as he sheathed his sword. His crimson red eyes examining the player up and down for a bit and sees that this guy has the equipment of a beginner as he recognizes the beginner's/basic sword anywhere. He can remember on how his beginner's sword broke on him. "Either you've been around my kind before or you are one of the few that doesn't know about my kind." Asen muttered to the player as his crimson red eyes met the player's eyes. "Plus you might want to be a little quieter as there might be some PKers out there that might be around. Not to mention that loud noises usually attracts monsters."

Just when his luck was starting to look up when he made that dagger, he only hammered his second and last attempt for the day only once before the ingot just shattered into pieces. Asen frowned a bit when that happened, though he supposed he couldn't be made anyways. "It did come from the First Floor afterall, so I suppose its no surprise." With that being said to himself, he puts down the hammer for the day onto the anvil before he goes to the counter doing nothing but waiting.

CD: 8 (Good Item, +2 EXP)

Asen was kind of wondering when the day would come when he's not making such crappy gear as he sets a pearl white ingot down on the anvil as he picks up his hammer just as he always does. "Well if anything at least i'm getting experience out of this." He tries to cheer himself up that at least he's getting something out of this. He raised his hammer to strike the ingot eight times before the ingot finally took shape into a dagger. It certainly was decorative when it was done and the best part of it all was that it wasn't even a bad item. As he reads the quality of it, a smile spreads across his face when he sees that it says Good Item on it. He puts the dagger into the storage bin where the rest of the equipment goes, but now he felt like his confidence has been renewed as that was the first time since he opened his shop that he actually made something else aside from epic fail to bad items.

  20. His crimson eyes weren't just focused on the wolf, he was focused on everything around him as he would occasionally turn his head with his eyes scanning every aspect that he was able to see in a quick glance. His crimson red eyes laid upon the male player that seemed to be watching the battle. Well, if one can call this a battle as the wolf circles around him trying to get behind him where it thinks he can't see it. Unfortunately for it he doesn't rely on his sight, he also uses his hearing to his advantage as he quickly spins around just when the wolf lunged at him only to bite into steel as Asen had rammed his sword right into its jaw all the way till one can see the point of his neon orange keen edge seen from the lower spine of the wolf where it sticks out. The wolf shatters into data fragments showing his sword for all to see that it is unscathed from blood which meant that there really wasn't any blood on this game.

  21. He nods as an acknowledgement to her introduction as he closed his eyes for a moment. His shoulders relaxed a bit as he removed his hand from the hilt of his sword. With his eyes opened up again to meet Rebekah's eyes, there was a sense of deep sadness in his eyes. "Well Rebekah it is certainly a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I do have to apologize for not showing myself in a proper manner but I had to make sure you weren't... someone else that I seem to be attracting like moths to a flame." He was certainly polite or at least he was trying to be anyways. "My name is Asen, what brings you out here I wonder?"

  22. Asen's crimson red eyes grew wide for a second as he sees the Golem raising its fist in an attempt to strike the female player. He may have only known somewhat of her intentions, but his protective instincts kicks in as he uses his speed to the fullest by running towards the player. At first it might seem to the girl that Asen is attacking her, however at the last second he jumps over the female player. He raised his hand at the Golem's fist while the man swings his sword in an upward vertical slash. The Golem's attack landed what sounded pretty heavily as their was a loud thud between the fist and the player's hand. However despite that he pretty much just took the hit, there was no damage that was dealt to Asen as his health bar never budged an inch. The Golem afterwards shatters into pieces as Asen blows through the spot where the Golem originally was to land on the snow of his feet. He let's out a sigh as he sheathes his sword since the battle concluded while turning around as his hood was brought down in the middle of the fight revealing his silvery white hair. His crimson red eyes meets the female's eyes as most of his face is covered with a black cloth revealing on the sides of his temple and his eyes to his hair now. "You're not hurt too badly I hope?" He asked rather bluntly but he was trying to show concern at least.

One of the wolves goes to try to lunge for Asen's shin while the other goes around to try to get on his flank. Well that didn't happen as Asen flipped his blade and stabbed straight down onto the skull of the wolf before its canines could snap onto his leg. The other wolf comes charging from behind trying to bite at Asen's hand. However the dead wolf shattered into pieces as it freed his sword, which before doing so Asen begins to turn. When his blade was free from the dead corpse, Asen quickly spun around and slammed the wolf right under its jaw to send it rolling a few times away from him. It seemed that Asen was playing the old bait and switch tactic as he draws them into thinking that they're going to hit him only to be dead wrong. Quite literally as that second wolf had proven that theory already.

  24. He closed his eyes as he lets the water splashed his face as he still has a grin on his face. He shakes his face a bit to shake off the water before he opened his crimson red eyes again. "Well you haven't really asked anything about me other than my name. So you can pretty much ask me and i'll answer as long as you do the same." He made it sound like a exchange really, like if I tell you this then you tell me this type of deal. "Granted some of my past is rather unpleasant, but not all of it is bad. So you have a little sister as well? Huh, good to know that i'm not the only one who is the eldest of my two siblings." He adds somewhat of a wink as he holds one eye close as there was nothing wrong with it but it was just for a change of expression.

  25. Asen glancing to the corner of his eye to see that the female player had decided to attack the first Golem that he has been kind of ignoring for a while now. He only gives a small smile on his face as the Golem that was standing before him raised its arm to crush Asen right then and there. Unfortunately that doesn't happen as Asen actually jumps over Ice Golem only actually throw his sword at the Golem the female player was fighting as the scimitar rams its spinning blade right into its heart while Asen spins his body to kick the golem behind him on the face only to smack his palm onto it driving it down to the ground making Asen tumble forward a bit. The first Golem shatters as his sword falls to sink into the snow which Asen jumps to flip backwards to land off the golem and jumps back again to pick his sword out of the snow.
