  1. "Yes its a blade" Arthonnen said taking what he needed from the dead corpse of the planet monster as its body shattered into fragments. "Thanks for the help this thing was a lot.....harder....than I thought it would be. I suppose all the easy mobs that drops the item have already been snatched up." He would put away his blade walking over to the chest to collect his few col and materials passing a nod crusher way before he started to walk off himself back to town.

Eventually Arthonnen would make his way back to the quest giver handing over the medicine as his world slightly phased around him as he saw NPC's becoming healed stand up and thank him before they were fit enough to walk out by himself. Arthonnen would leave the little hut with a new sword, but slightly little satisfaction. Not like he was saving a real life, just NPC's who would respawn in time.

  2. Arthonnen spun his blade around diving to the side as a vine came crashing down at him. Second sweeping low as he leaped over it and saw the third heading right to him in mid air. He ducked his head to roll his body as soon as he hit the ground to avoid the blow. Spinning on his feet to stand back up kicking dirt into the air with the rough landing, but with so many vines flying left and right around him he could not move to the offensive spending all his time trying not to be hit.

  3. Arthonnen managed to get behind the large creature twirling his sword in his hand before he charged forward. The plant creature was still flailing about trying to attack the other men as it long vines made large sweeps in front of it a able to hit the whole party if they did not duck to the side or dodge. As Arthonnen drew closer he rolled ducking under one vines then the next he got close enough to the beast and made a violent swing at the creature making contact but failed do do any damage "The [censored]...." he would say before he noticed that he hit the monster with the dull side of his blade. With a sigh he flipped it around his hand hoping no one saw that.

  4. Arthonnen watched as his party charged at the large plant creature. He stood at the back slowly going for the hilt of his sword and drawing the the blade. Studying the creature intently he stepped the the side carefully to do his best not to draw attention to himself as he slowly circled to the beast. Feet just at the edge of the water as he started to move around to be able to flank it.

The creature let out a roar as crusher hit it with a devastating blow dropping aggro on Ourian to focus on the person that has been the greatest threat so far, but as it lashed out cracking its fines like whips it failed to do anything significant to the man as its vines just bounced off the mans armor.

  5. Arthonnen perked an eyebrow and softly shook his head. "No, my apologies. You just happened to [censored] my attention, but I can see this is a....private matter, but it sounds like it could be related to PTSD." He shrugged for a moment and started to head his own way not wanting to intrude.

If no one cared to stop them Arthonnen would indeed leave, taking the telaporter up to the second floor to continue his work grinding in the game up above.

If Lessa or Kazuya however cared to question the man at all on why he might think it was PTSD he turn around shrugging at them again, but taking a moment to elaborate. "This game can not damage you physically....well other than the kill switch, but you get what I mean. Taking a blow to the back of the head can't cause any type of memory loss. So if your friend does indeed suffer from memory loss it would have to be something mental. Most likely PTSD, some kind of traumatic event that he could not cope with so his brain wiped his memory. Odd though typically it will only take out a section of your memory....not all of it"

  6. ((Sorry everyone I had little to no access to my computer for the past couple of days))

Arthonnen stepped forward making his way through the short cave system listing to his party banter behind him. Choosing only select phrases when the spoke to make comments on. The when Ourian was addressing him. "Just because you see a man on the ground with a sword to his throat does not always make the wielder the bad-guy remember that. I have already seen player killers get away because wanted to play hero."

He stayed silent for a moment longer the short cave seemed to open up into a small grove. A found of grass in the middle surrounded by a circle of water on all sides, a waterfall tricking in on the backside of the rock walls. Standing in the middle of the grave was a plant like creature. Waving its vines around covered in large nasty thorns. "Well I wont complain about having backup....even if it is overkill"

"So who wants to piss the thing off first?"

  7. Arthonnen would spin on his heals gripping the hilt of his blade to tight you could hear his knuckles crack as someone else darted out of the woods to the group. Staring back at the new stranger ready for a fight if it come down to it. Soon through tension would start to lower and everyone could see the man relax some. Still keeping his hand on the hilt of his sword just in case. "Yes it seems everyone come running to work on this quest." He shrugs still really not thinking he would need this many people, but oh well he wont turn down the free help. Moving off through the woods to find what he looking for the group came across a small cave leading into the side of a wall.

  8. Arthonnen glances back now as Crusher was joining the group walking silent for the moment he pulled up his menu throwing each on of them an invite to his party. Thinking to himself this might be a bit of overkill for a simple gathering quest. Leading the group out it front through a small path in the forest. Most knew about this quest already, but they needed to find a rare mob. A variant type of little nepent, but with so many players having gone for this quest the pickings were slim and Arthonnen map showed a general idea of where the mob could spawn they had a lot of area to cover. Arthonnen suddenly dropped down to one knee moving behind a tree grabbing the hilt of his sword. Waving his hand behind him in hopes to get the group to get down and shut-up. "I think I hers something" He said in a low tone staring off into the woods. Then he herd it again, a crack of a branch and looked up to see Crozph fall from the tree. Next thing the man would see was Arthonnen standing over him with a sword at his throat, but Arthonnen would sigh "Oh its just you" he said putting his sword away.

  9. Arthonnen glanced back at fallen as he showed up next to him. Looking him down from head to toe before he started to speak. His tone was sharp and to the point, but beyond that had little emotion to it, the man seeming to have an ever present pokerface about him it was hard to get a real idea on this mans motivations. "Just clearing up whats left of this floor, before moving on. The medicine quest is all I have left to do." He said his head snapping behind him as he herd a new voice perking an eyebrow at Yuji. "Just working on a simple quest" He said as he suddenly veered off the path as the group started to make their way to the tree line of the floor ones forest.

  10. Arthonnen paused for a moment, glancing over at the performers perking an eyebrow at them. It seemed a bit strange to him looking around at all the grim look on everyone's face, but only to be greeted by a lovely melody to try and bring up the mood. He let out a sigh taking a seat for a moment glancing around as if inspecting his surroundings. Arthonnen had to wonder to himself just what his fate would be in the world. Members of the assault team here on the ninth floor looked so grim. Only one silver lining to be seen, as the music seemed to lift some moods.

  11. Arthonnen pulls his gaze away from Kazuya, leaving it up to him to deal with his own problems. He was ready to head up to the higher floors already and strolled pasted to make it to the teleporter. Still his gaze spotted Lessa giving the girl a soft smile that likely went unnoticed with the girls head hanging so low. Though she did manage to stop him dead in his tracks as the two passed feeling her brush up against him, perking an eyebrow he turned almost expecting her to say something, but nothing seemed to come from it as her gaze found Kazuya. Standing in the middle of the street Arthonnen paused suddenly curious to see how this was going to go.

  12. Arthonnen shook his head finishing his meal and gave Crozeph a hard slap on the back as he started to walk out. "Well seem me and...Tamara? Never got your real name are some damn good actors. Both of you enjoy yourself. I spent to much time here and I should be off, found a quest to obtain a new sword and I should do that before heading to the higher levels" With that Arthonnen paid for his meal and walked out. Heading off to do Secret Medicine of the Forest.

    ((Good Run guys))

  13. Arthonnen had been walking by. He had come a long way since the last couple of days, spending his time grinding out mobs and gathering gear. His starter armor already thrown to the side for some more favorable dark brown leather armor, a new sword at his hip as well. He suddenly stopped turning around to take in the sight of the starter city once more. He was ready to start climbing the castle and he was sure it would be a long time before he visited this city again. His ultimate goal was to catch up with the assault team push his way through and beat this game. His mind raced with all the opportunists he had in this world. So far since this death game began he stayed mostly a solo-player. Sure he had met some people, talked them and what not, but as he gave one last gaze around the town he came to realize the only person he knew was a man named Crusher, and he hardly knew the guy. Amazing he thought to himself, just how alone you can be in such a expansive MMO, still he started to move on his gaze catching Kazuya as he stumbled from the alleyway.

  14. Arthonnen stood under the archway to leave the city from the town of beginnings. He had made some fantastic progress over the next couple of day and he felt like it was time to leave the first floor and start climbing the towers to join up with the assault team. He had herd they were attempting to breach level 9 and Arthonnen had plans to catch them as soon as he could, but looking down at his gear he felt it would be better to obtain some kind of new weaponry before set off to the snow plains of floor to. Pulling up his quest log he saw Secrets Medicine of the Forest with a decent blade as the reward he nodded to himself. "That will do" With one glance back he started to set off.

  15. "Ohhh right....and then there is that" He snickered to himself taking a bite of his steak eyeing Crozeph with a perked eyebrow just to see how he would respond to that. Trying to hold back a snicker finding this whole situation pretty damn amusing. It could have gone better, but then again it could have gone far worse and at least this had been a entertaining day for him.

  16. Arthonnen glanced up holding up a finger to Crozeph to wait a moment for him to answer while he chews on part of his steak. Eventually he puts his fork and knife down simply just grinning back to the guy. "Man you are a paranoid individual." He said gazing back at the two as he chuckled leaning back to stretch "But if your so curious as to know why I am not bothered by this at all is simple, I already have someone, In the real world. Tamara here is just a newly met friend"

  17. Arthonnen would suddenly materialize onto the the 9th floor. Looking around the lava world he gave a long drawn out sigh as he stepped off the pedestal into the village. Scanning the area quickly taking not on the NPC's, quest givers, and players. Arthonnen was not ready to be here yet, he close to being able to take something on, but that would just be some normal mob. He herd one the lower floors that the assault was going after this boss soon. He had come to this level to try and gauge this floor, see if he spent the time trying to grind up today. If he would make it for the floor boss in time.

  18. Arthonnen could not help it snickering to himself starting to cough hitting his chest a few times and drinking some of his water. Laughing and eating steak at the same time is not a good Idea. Looking at Crozeph with a dumb-founded look. Stabbing a part of his steak with fork pulling it up and twirling the fork around in his fingers "I don't really feel it to like someone right now" he repeated back still with that bewildered look "You got game kid I'll give you that" he said back sarcastically taking a bite of his steak.

  19. Arthonnen smiles as the food was brought to them. He started to dig into his steak while the other two flirted back and forth. Well one flirted the other squirmed around hopelessly. "Ya know the thing I like about steak is you don't have to try. All steak is good all you need to do is eat" It was a bit stupid sentence even Arthonnen rolled his eyes at it but he glanced Crozeph why he he stared at him begging for help. "Sometimes just roll with the punches kid, and enjoy a good meal while it lasts"

  20. "Steak as well, and bloody as all hell" Arthonnen said glancing over to the waiter. Arthonnens eyes flickered back and forth between the two while he waited on his food. Leaning back comfortably in his chair he seemed to not be noticing Tamara's flirts toward Crozeph or at least not acknowledging them at all letting the two talk. He had no reason to speak up Tamara was doing fine on her own for the moment and he was simply here to play a bit of wingman when needed if it ever was.

  21. Arthonnen snickers and slaps Crozeph across the back as he walked by giving him a smirk as he saw how nervous he got around Tamara. Leading the two of them to a fairly decent restaurant on the first floor. At least they severed more than just bread here as Arthonnen sat down and ordered a water from the NPC waitress looking at the other two to order their drinks before he reached over to grab a menu and flip it open to see what they have.

  22. "Bodyguard....right." Arthonnen kept walking shaking his head as he looked back at Crozeph with a perked eyebrow. "You do know that no player can be hurt inside a town right? Like if I stabbed you right now, yeah you would feel it fly back a few feet but beyond that...health wont go down at all." With a sigh he stopped and turned around again "But on some other note, do you all want to get some lunch Tamara....and other guy? I am piratically starving at this point and could use some food."

  23. Hanna gave Arthonnen a big beaming smile and a hug once again. "Aww it nice to ya back dear I hope getting the pelts was not to much trouble for you. Let me just take those and I will have a new coat for you in no time." Arthonnen smiled and handed over the items to turn in the quest. Hanna left for a moment spending some time in the back room stitching all the leather together before she came back and handed Arthonnen his new armor. "There you go dear, its light weight and durable so you should have no problems with it. Tailored specifically for you dear"

Arthonnen took the armor and smiled back at Hanna "Why thank you Hanna you have been an amazing help, if you ever need help with anything else let me know. I must do something to pay for this coat"

"Oh nonsense I was happy to make it for you. If I need anything else Griswold dear can do it for me" Hanna said back as Arthonnen waved and stepped outside the shop.
