  1. Greg sighs. "I'm not going to stop fighting to get everyone out of Aincrad, but I'm probably going to stay away from the Frontlines for a while after hearing something like that." He said, referencing Opal's defection, and the deaths of Zelrius and Ssendom. While Zelrius did not make the greatest first impression on him, He did respect the man's power, and, being who he is, Greg just couldn't muster up any ill will for him. As much as Zelrius annoyed him, he wouldn't have wished such a fate on him. As for Ssendom, Greg felt more sad about his death, despite Ssendom being a PKer, since he did assist Greg in leveling up and, in essence, was a man Greg deeply respected. "I'm gonna spend time away from the Front Lines leveling up." he explained, "And promptly bail as fast as I can if Opal shows up."

  2. Greg groaned. He'd fallen out of activity AGAIN! He really needed to stop doing that. Bringing his attention back to the situation at hand, he had arrived at the meeting that Mack had arranged and requested every member of the KoB to attend. "I'm here. Sorry I'm late." Greg said to the others. He just really hadn't been feeling up to it recently. He wasn't sure why. Maybe he just couldn't find anyone to party up with- and he didn't want to go it alone, because given his luck death was a highly probable outcome.

  3. "I had just asked you which floor you wanted to know about, as far as scenery goes. Only on floors 1 through 9, though. I've not been above floor 10. Not high enough levelled for that." Greg quips. Greg had also heard the offer to party up and hunt together that was extended to the man who just walked off. "If you need help with something, I'm also available." Greg says. "Despite the ramblings of the guy earlier, the level of players you party up with does not matter as long as they're trustworthy. In fact, power-levelling is a fairly common practice." Greg said. "At least, that's what I remember."

  4. Greg sighs. "I'm not one to be an attention-hog but is everyone seriously just ignoring me?" He mutters. Apparently everyone had forgotten that the KoB member was even there., and it annoyed him. Also, another player said not to trust people who are higher-levelled than them- which, in all honesty, made no sense to Greg. It would more be an issue of trust rather than level. Greg wouldn't party with someone who was untrustworthy, regardless of whether he was a higher or lower level.

  5. Greg sighs. "You open your menu using your right hand, like so-" he says, performing the motions to open his menu. "From there, it kinda acts like a touch screen. You touch the option you want to select." Greg explains. "Surely there should've been a manual for this. You DID remember to read it, right?" Greg questioned. 'Oh, who am I kidding? He probably didn't read it. That's why he doesn't know this basic information.' Greg thought to himself.

  6. A girl joined the conversation, who introduced herself as Delta. She asked about what the floors are like. "It depends. Which floor do you want to know about? I've visited floors 1 through 8." Greg responds to Delta, before introducing himself. "My name's Greg. I'm a member of the KoB." He then looks at the guy who asks for maps. "Here, I can share my map data if you want." Greg says, before sharing his data with Rain. "It should be an option in the menu to view your map. You do know how to open and navigate the menu, right?" Greg asks.

  7. Greg scratched his head, before shrugging. "Well, what are we waiting for? Shouldn't we be looking for a dungeon right around now?" Greg questioned. Surely they had waited long enough, hadn't they? "I, personally am eager to get started ASAP so I can begin levelling." He continued. "After all, if we take things too slowly, we'll die of old age before we reach the end of Aincrad." He finishes.

  8. Greg noticed someone had started talking to him. He begun to respond. "Yeah, I came from another floor." Greg responded. The person who talked to him then expressed interest in visiting the higher-up floors. "If you've not been past floor 1 yet, that would probably make you a low-level. At which case I'd HIGHLY recommend AGAINST going up to higher floors. Mobs get exponentially stronger so unless you're planning on avoiding combat they're very dangerous." He explains. The man then introduced himself as Khryasor. "Nice to meet you. My name's Greg. I'm a member of the KoB (Knights of the Blood Oath)."

  9. Greg had shown up on the scene and what he saw shocked him. Some man had just put two people to death for angering their guild. 'Laughing Coffin', they called it. Greg had heard rumors about the PK guild, but never thought it had actually been real. He approached an orange-haired man who had muttered something. He begun to speak. "Do you know what's going on with this 'Laughing Coffin'?" he asks, before introducing himself. "My name's Greg. I'm a member of the KoB." He didn't want the other player to feel uncomfortable and mistake him for a member of Laughing Coffin.

  10. (If it's okay with everybody, I'll be joining in. This is an OP after all.)

Greg had recently teleported to the first floor in hopes of helping newer players level up. As a junior member of the KoB,  It was pretty much his job to set a good example for the less experienced players. So, that's what he was going to do. After all, the more high-levelled players there are, the faster everyone can escape from Aincrad and go home. It also helps reduce the risk of PKers coming in and ruining everything. Greg hadn't heard any news from the Floor 15 Boss Fight, so he assumed everything was going as planned. Just to be sure, though, he would check the monument just to be sure, though later.

Greg looked around and only saw a few players. He was unsure on whether to approach, and it showed on his face.

  11. Greg greeted Magda as she greeted him. "Same here. I hope to enjoy working with you and the other knights." It was then that Greg heard Calrex say his level, and in all honesty? Greg's jaw almost dropped. "Jeez! I knew you were really strong, but DAMN! Sixty-one?! That's really, really high!" Greg exclaimed. Before he could praise Calrex for being such a high level, though, Opal explained the plan. "That sounds like a good idea. Even low-levelled mobs can be dangerous, and even if they aren't, you're absolutely correct in saying we should conserve energy for the boss."

  12. Greg nodded. "I've been wanting to level up and grow stronger, so I can fight on the frontlines to protect people. That's why I joined the KoB in the first place, isn't it?" It was then that Opal introduced him to Magda, Mack's twin sister. "Mack... I think I saw him at the Hot Springs party." Greg said, remembering the sheer chaotic nature of the party, and how he simply stayed out of it. After that, Calrex showed up.  He looked somewhat upset. Supposedly, as Opal had stated, due to the death of another player. Greg hadn't seen Calrex in a while, but didn't want to bother him if he was upset. He did, however, respond to Opal introducing him to Calrex. "We've already met." he said. "When I was lower level, he was one of the people who helped me level up." Greg explained, before wondering what she meant about the 'weird level gap'. "What are everyone's levels, anyway? I'm level 20 right now."

  13. Greg had been simply wandering around, since there wasn't really anything much to do at at the minute. He saw two people discussing something. A quest, he figured. He heard small amounts of it. 'Noob'. 'Materials'. 'Help'. All three were words he heard. From what he could gather, the one who was doing more talking was a noob as they put it, and wanted help gathering Materials. Greg thought to himself whether he should also help out.

  14. Greg had been in the general area of floor 7, wandering around, looking for means to increase his level. It was at this point that he discovered Opal, Vice Commander of his guild, the <Knights of the Blood Oath>, standing around waiting for someone, or so he assumed. He approaches the Vice Commander. "Oh, Vice Commander Opal!" He calls out as he approaches, saluting as a sign of respect once he reaches where she's standing. "What brings you here?" the boy asked. He was curious. What WAS Opal doing here? "Are you waiting for someone?" He asked.

  15. Greg took a look at all the silliness that was going on and just rolled his eyes. He was going to be the stoic one this time around, and simply not get involved. Or at the very least, try his hardest to not get involved. He was here to relax, and that's what he was going to do, darn it! He took a look around again. Mack had been threatening a man who was swimming off with a woman whom Mack called 'his twin'. People were getting drunk everywhere. "Hopefully things don't descend into madness." Greg muttered to himself before going back to relaxing.

  16. Greg had opted to go to the funeral for the man known as Azide. He hadn't known the player personally, but judging by his Guild's reactions to his death, Greg knew only one thing- this man was important, and Greg would be direspecting his guild if he weren't to go. So he decided to, despite the fact that he didn't know the person. All Greg could hope is that this man- Azide- didn't have too many regrets. He was wearing the KoB Uniform for the first time but it didn't feel right on such an occasion. The plan for this was simple- he would come, pay his respects to the man, who no doubt died fighting for what he believed in, and then leave.

  17. Greg had arrived on the scene. Why was he told to come here in the first place? It's not like he was going to be contributing much in the first place. He groaned, before looking for Mack to complain to him about Greg being here despite not being of any use. Was he just supposed to stand here as a sort of background object? He was one of the newest members of the KoB, and he didn't have any information on the boss at all. It just baffled him completely, and he would much rather be out levelling up rather than sitting here at a meeting he has no right to be at.

  18. Greg let out a sigh of relief as Dom promptly brung the boss down. Then Dom requested the materials, which Greg promptly threw towards Dom. Agreeing with Dom's statement to continue the power-levelling another day, Greg responds. "Yeah, I think I've had enough of almost dying for one day." he quips. "Right now, I just want to kick back and rest for a while." He continues. This was a loooong day. On the bright side, Greg did obtain an ABSURD amount of Col.

    ID: 52733

    Col reward LD Roll: 5.

    QUEST COMPLETE!

Greg gained 7 SP, Cerberus Soul and 4500 Col! Greg is now level 20!

Dom gained 8805 Col, 4 SP and 26 Mats!

  19. Greg grumbled as he was promptly splashed by someone jumping into the water. His grumbling wasn't anything one could consider proper English, it was just him muttering under his breath about being splashed in the face by hot water. He shot a short glare at the person who did that, before returning to trying to relax. He didn't exactly appreciate hot water being splashed on his face. He was used to the temperature by now so it didn't scald him, thankfully enough. If it did, there would've been one hell of a rant.

  20. Greg had managed to avoid the attack just barely, and Greg decided that he didn't want that thing attacking again in the event that Dom missed. Sadly, he didn't have enough energy to stun the stupid foe, so all he could do was continue dodging. "You got it! If it takes too long, I'll hit it with a stunning Sword Art! That should work, right?" Greg asked, unsure of how to act here. He knew that dodging at all costs was his best bet at survival. Thankfully, he had a piece of equipment which made him BUILT for dodging attacks.

    Greg: 72/72 HP, 2/18 EN.

  21. Greg took a look around. It seemed that more people had arrived since he had started relaxing. People of all kinds. Men, Women, hell, even people who weren't a part of the KoB were there. He recognised a few people, such as Ssendom the Berserker, and who WOULDN'T recognize Heathcliff? Other than that, though, he was completely in the blank about who these people were. With all that said, they didn't seem to mean him any harm so he relaxed a bit, and opted to just continue relaxing unless someone talked to him. That, and he simply couldn't be bothered talking to anyone who didn't talk to him, he was just too relaxed at the minute. He did, however, take the time to chuckle at the funny scene of the red-haired man (Mack was his name, right?) flat-out THROWING someone into the spring.

  22. "Believe me, I intend to raise my Accuracy at the first possible instance." Greg stated.  "Although given my Luck I'd still probably miss somewhat often." he said. "Did I tell you about this one time I missed Avalanche 9 times straight? That's how bad my luck is. I kid you not, it actually happened." Greg asked, trying to keep the mood light while still complaining about his terrible luck, as he followed Dom up the stairs. Looking towards the boss, Greg shrugged his shoulders. "I guess you do your thing right here?"
