  1. Flints tried her best to recover herself and her pride. Picking herself up and dusting off she scoffed. “Stupid plant picked an odd place to grow. Though it’s very resilient, you would think me trampling it would have ruined it. It feels thick like a root.” Flints noticed Emerath’s eyes widen in what she assumed was disbelief. “What?!” She growled. “Can you use it or not?! Don’t tell me that my tripp- I mean me stepping on it ruined it for you. I can always find you another stinking plant!” Flints’ eyes searched Emerath’s but he didn’t respond. His surprises look made her heart drop, it looked like fear, it only took a split second but it finally clicked for her, and even Antillian whos mane was bristling as he growled deeply. “Emerath?!” Flints snapped at him but nothing. Quickly Antillian snapped at the plant and Flints realized his hand still had a hold on it, how terrifying, was he..paralyzed? Without putting too much thought into it Flints quickly ripped Emerath off the ground, and away from the plant he once held between his fingertips. Heaving the, oddly enough petite man from the ground and carrying him bride style wasn’t all that shocking. Flints was a small woman but surprisingly strong. Although honestly Emerath couldn’t have weighed more than 140 lbs soaking wet. That was well under what Flints could carry, though Aincrad had a way of making that not matter much. Running in the opposite direction, more into the darkness in her confusion had the Familiars a little confused, Antillians snarling and nudging didn’t stop and Mist seemed to cry out into the darkness, both seemed to warm the woman but her heart raced. What if he was stuck like this forever? What if she needed to become a dirty alchemist just to save her friend?! Running until her feet couldn’t anymore wasn’t her best idea, she settled in a clearing and pressed him tightly to her chest. Her eyes frantically searching the area only to have her heart stop once again.

Looking up from her bubble of panic she realized the Familars were a ways away. Then it set in why. She was surrounded by heavy red glows. The light that ebbed in the darkness wasn’t the light of day, it was the light of all the plants that froze Emerath in time, this wasn’t good.

  2. Flints glanced around the area, it was so dark but yet, not scary. As the floor opened up into a natural decend Flints couldn’t help but make her way further down, whilst talking to Emerath letting her curiosity get the better of her. “Well I don’t really think fighting anything right now would be a good idea, admittedly I haven’t been doing much of that.” She frowned, had she really changed? Even coming from her own mouth it sounded..wrong. “Surveying the land huh?” Flints’ occasional glance back at the man was more for her sanity than anything else. She wasn’t sure how to behave around another person anymore. Was it really that hard? Probably not. Unable to both keep track of the crimson haired man and her own steps Flints felt something catch beneath her footing, letting out a loud yelp she tripped over, and stared at her feet in disbelief, then up at Emerath, blushing and hoping he wouldn’t say anything about it. Before she could complain about it she realized what caused her to fall was glowing brightly beside her. Some strange plant, it seemed to pulse in the dark, and have a vaguely minty scent to it, “what in the world is that?!” She growled, the warmth in her face had yet to reside, though she had no one to blame but herself.

  3. Flints held her head high, taking deep breathes trying to process all this. Trying to process the life she threw away. It wasn’te much of a life to begin with, but it was a flame, strong and bright at first, full of life and passion. But as it went on the light slowly died out, the passion was gone, the familiarity was gone. And soon the love she had fell with it. How could you love someone who became a completely different person? It pained her to think the same thing happened with Endilix, or maybe she was just so caught up in whimsy she didn’t realize her mistake.

“I’m done hiding. I never made anything of myself, not that I was trying to, but some how I became a whisper, a murmur upon everyone’s lips. I wasn’t even relevant. My husband was. But that’s what made my name known. Times have changed, it’s time to be myself again...I’m done with children Emerath...” Flints growled. “I’m done with coddling these men like their fresh babes, if I’ve learned anything it’s that love isn’t something that should be chased in a place like this. If I’m going to live in Aincrad, I guess I should make myself useful. My relationship wasn’t a complete failure. I did gain some nice things from it.” Flints chuckled. Before walking further into the depths of the cavernous new-to-her-floor “Lets live then shall we?” She called back to him.

  4. remembering the past was far more dangerous than Flints had envisioned. For a second it seemed to open old wounds for Emerath too. She eyed him as he seemed to pulls his words from the darkness below them. The more he spoke the more she tried to make sense of it all but she knew this wasn’t something she could ignore anymore, something she could pretend to handle on her own. Married life had weighted her. Caring for someone who wasn’t mentally around was tiring. He tried. But it wasn’t enough to quell the wild from this woman. She left without a word one day, just like she did so long ago. A repeated action for yet another that couldn’t give her the attention she craved. They trusted her too much. Watching Emerath’s hands carefully Flints felt her heart drop.

there it was, a small soft cream colored invitation; Embezzled with a small shield shaped wax stamp in deep crimson. It’s print held an intricate lion, his mane spread like a sun over the shield and at his core a sleek lioness. How could such a small detail hurt so much? Flints couldn’t help but gasp. “Eru..” her voice broke at the realization. He kept it all along, the malice and anger she was met with when she presented the small envelope to the brothers was something she never forgot. It burned her skin to this day. But as he lit the match Flints didn’t Flinch, she watched the flame dance and tickle the paper, licking it softly as it began to change, from the warm cream color to a cold black.

“But how could I pretend it didn’t happen...how could I ever forget..” she choked. Reaching out at the paper and snatching it from his hands, but instead of saving it she watched it carefully, turning the blackened card in her fingertips, the then harden wax began to melt, the shield dissipated and the lions became a muddled stream that dripped down her fingertips and along her arm. This was it. The thin paper soon crumbled from its own changed form. And just like that it was no more. Walking to the edge, that darkness that emerath peered into Flints let fall the pieces she last held. Her eyes meeting Emerath’s without another word. She stepped closer to him, her stance fitting closely to his, like some strange puzzle piece no one asked to be found. She couldn’t come up with any words. With anything to tell the man she wronged so long ago. Brief flashes of the moments she spent fighting Emerath tooth and nail most of the way was all she could see. The slow build in friendship they had was all she had known. She shouldn’t have wronged him so long ago. But this was it. If anything she would try her best not to disappoint him this time around.

A deep howl echoed from behind her and into the darkness they stood so closely to, Flints quickly moved away from emerath and patted the wolf before speaking, her actions were loud and clear, Emerath wasnt as dense as his brother, maybe he didn’t need words for what had happened. “Well now, what should we do..?” Flints whispered, a little breathless from the sudden weight off her chest. It was like she had finally stopped running. Maybe that’s all she needed was to be told it was okay to let go.

  5. Flints bit at her lip and listened more intently to Emerath’s words than she probably intended to. At least he was well, her heart dropped at the idea that either of them could have been killed, it sort of haunted her daily, but what could she do? Sure she could have checked the monument, but it was so full of sadness, the whole area reeked of sorrow and pain for the players everyone loved and lost. And even more so the ones that didn’t have anyone. Their names hurt the most. They didn’t fair so well. No one would know. No one would care. That was a death no one deserved. Shaking her head Flints coughed to clear her throat of sorrow over something that she didn’t usually think of.

“Well now I have to know all about your adventures, made new friends then? I’m shocked at how much better at this you are than I..” Flints chuckled softly “well at least one of us is doing good. I can’t say I’m any better than before. Not that I really tried to be..I’ve made a lot of..mistakes Emerath. And not matter how much I want to believe that it’s okay. I feel like it never will be..” she wasn’t planning on throwing all of this at the man, for goodness sakes The was the first time they had seen each other in ages. And here she was. Opening up like an old wound. It was pitiful. But maybe it’s what she needed.

  6. Flints couldn’t help but tense up, sure she knew Emerath well and all but being alone for so long made it hard to fall back into understanding people, she was already admittedly bad at it to begin with. Watching Antillian greet Emerath as if nothing had ever changed was something Flints envied him for. Maybe she never visited or talked to Emerath to insure he was fine in life was because she was wracked with guilt. Making decisions on her own made her more wreckless than she wanted to admit but here they were, chatting as if nothing happened. If anything she still sort of hoped he held some resentment for her, something to teach her a lesson. Not this, she didn’t deserve this.

Recovering herself from her own mind she quickly fumbled to take the maps Emerath was proud of, she giggled softly, trying to cover up her own mental war as she looked at all his hard work. At least he had been keeping himself busy. Stealing glances at the man she realized he was in a better state than the last time they met. He certainly had purpose.  “Better for me I guess..I’ve been having a hard time coming to terms with a lot of things..guess this place has driven me a little mad after all. But certainly not in the way I expected. I don’t worry of danger, I worry more for humans, they are the most painful thing about this game..” she sighed. Maybe she could have put on a front and pretended she wasn’t tired from her own emotional turmoil that never ceased within her. “I’ve made too many wrong choices..you’d think by now someone would stop me..” Flints gave Emerath a small grin. “So this is all you’ve been up to? Not sure if I’m proud of you or not but who wouldn’t be proud of you. You found me without even trying, and here I thought I was good at this whole “hiding in plain sight” thing. But I’m glad you’re here..I’ve been lost in my thoughts for far too long.. H-How..how is your brother..?” Flints knew her curiosity would slip. But she couldn’t help herself.

  7. Flints’ eyes had only begun to adjust to the world below when soon she was hit with a bit of a shock, nearly jumping out of her skin she held herself defensively towards the voice that came from round the corner, “Are you daft?!” She growled, not sure how to react. Her heart nearly jumping out of her chest. It ached and skipped, it was as if her past was like a fully stretched rubberband that quickly came back to smack her on the wrist for pulling too hard. Trying her very best to calm herself Flints let out a soft sigh.

“It’s been ages..Eru..I hope I didn’t worry you..” she whispered. Her saucer like eyes locked onto his. She wasn’t quite she how long he had been tracking her, but she had to at least given him the benefit of the doubt that he was pretty damn good. Flints without warning waved her arm to Antillian who was impatiently shaking his rump with excitement. As soon as she released him from her side he bolted to the crimson haired man, leaping  into his arms and knocking him to the ground with a heavy thud. Whines escaped his muzzle as he groomed his long lost friend. “A part of me knew he had been missing you. It broke my heart but I thought it was for the better..”

  8. Flints eyed the hard stone outcroppings occasionally, her mind felt as if it was playing tricks on her again, but yet she persisted. If there was anything she was known for it was definitely her dedication to her stubbornness. Lately she lived alone with Antillian, wondering the floors in search of nothing but never feeling lost in anything more than the moment. Was this just a moment for her? A rough sneeze followed her thought as she glared at her wolf. “So you’d just blow my cover like that?” She hissed playfully as she continued her descending journey into yet another place she didn’t belong. Flints tried her best to keep from disturbing the floor, she was just here to explore, not here to gain or lose anything, it had been a long time since she engaged in combat, or tried to find treasure, a long time since she tried at all.

“These floors get more and more breathtaking in the strangest of ways. I can’t ever get over it, I’ll never get used to it. But maybe that’s why I keep on coming back for more..” she grinned to the wolf who stuck close beside her.

  9. Flints was tired of this constant struggle between the group and the poor brood. Whipping herself around Flints charged full force into the side of the hatching, feeling the edge of her spear pierce the armor like scales of the beast and not stop there, the blade went straight through, having Flints smack her shoulder into its hip as it wreathed in pain around the woman in a last attempt to scare her but alas the damage was done. Small pitiful cries came from it’s snout until it burst into a flurry or red pixels, bringing Flints back to reality, enough to part from the now empty crouch she held. Her Stare was a little blank but she was glad that this was over, at least for now. She really needed to work on her accuracy. Placing her weapon back into its place against her back she straightened out and brushed Antilian’s fur back, glad that their ordeal was over.

  10. Flints watched as the brothers once again seemed to sync up, even mist was working in harmony with the two, Flints felt like them being twins gave them an unnatural ability to sync up that she just couldn’t quite master, she was strong but her accuracy in this moment was lacking, or was the dragon just too fast for her? Maybe she still wasn’t really ready to be in a party. Sure she missed the brothers, one more than the other at this point but she felt like she was slowing them down, “we’ve got to be more precise” she nodded to Antilian who howled out into the sky but was met with an equally loud scream from the young dragon who had just taken a walloping from Endilix and wasn’t taking too keen on the attempted strike from Flints. “I just can’t seem to catch a break can I?” She hissed at the dragon.

  11. Flints gave a small gasp as she watched the dragon tear into Endilix, he could take it but still it was certainly a sight, it was getting stronger, Faster. Flints shouted angrily trying to gain its attention but to no avail, it had tunnel vision for Endilix. As she went to pierce it’s flank the beast simply wrapped its tail around her spear and pushed her out of its way, not bothering to attack but simply to deflect Flints, as if she want worthy of an actual attack. Flints called Antilian to her side to help her up before turning to Emerath, her face more panicked by the fact that she could no longer hit it. If this kept up they wouldn’t have a tank to defend them for much longer. Flints wanted to cheer on Endilix but it just didn’t feel appropriate. She wasn’t really sure what held her back, maybe it was their recent argument.

  12. Flints watched as the two brothers worked  in harmony, it was almost beautiful, but despite their fancy footwork they couldnt really get past the scales of the beast. Taking a chance Flints tried her best to spear the dragon, but as their battle went on the brood grew wiser, almost cocky. Quickly whipping it’s body away from the spear Rhaegal snapped at the spear head and roared loudly into the sky above, shreaking for help that probably would never come. Flints almost felt bad for it. She was trying her best to kill it quickly, if it was just Emerath and Endilix it would be basically tortured to death with the fury of 1000 cuts. “I can’t help end the suffering if you don’t let me hit you..” she growled out to it, as if it would understand her, or actually want her to put it out of its misery.

  13. Flints growled from the sound of Endilix banging on his shield like a barbarian. Typical tank loud and flashy. Shaking her head she snapped her fingers to send Antilian into his howl as she ran towards the beast, trying her best to ignore the fact that it had just started it’s life, only to be slaughtered by them. It didn’t matter, this was a game they had to win, or die trying, that was the point of it all, not to make friends or enemies. Quickly flints leaped into a barrage of quick stabs to its side, causing the hatchling to wail in pain, in response Flints jumped up and smacked the poor brood with her spears head before pulling away and panting, it was odd how thick the scales on the beast were, for being brand new to life it certainly was armed for battle. “Let’s end this quickly!” She hissed, satisfied with her attack.

  14. Flints eyes shifted between watching Endilix, and watching the forest around them, the warmth of the sun gleaming through the leaves and branches were a welcome feeling against Flints’ Skin, the air around the party was filled with an electricity Flints couldn’t quite place, it was uncomfortable.

Flints snapped from her thoughts when Endilix pointed out a clearing in the forest, where a large egg rested at its center, nestled in a burned clearing, the forest seemed to heal around the egg, burned and scarred trees made their way around the clearing, avoiding more injury from the beast that was no longer there. “Smash it?!” Flints growled, she understood that this was their mission, but what if it wasn’t? What if it was the parent they were after? They would have smashed an egg for nothing? Shaking her head she climbed into the nest, pressing her hand against the hard white shell that stuck out amongst the nest. Looking back at Emerath to gauge his reaction to his brothers words she signed. It was a game after all. “Alright then. Smash it.” She looked to Endilix after taking her hand off the egg and crossing her arms beneath her chest and waiting for whatever was to come next.

  15. Looking back to Emerath and his get up she relaxed a little, his gentle rubbing coaxed her into calming down and absentmindedly leaning Into his hand. Endilix’s words stung, he had changed. He wasn’t the little goofball with a big heart that she remembered. Sure, she had changed too, but it took her a long time to realize that what she had become wasn’t healthy for her. She had to learn to be herself again, it was all a pick and choose in the end. And from what she can see, Endilix’s wasn’t doing either. There was no mental compromise with himself, just the need to defend, it was as if he was on some strange autopilot. Regardless she gave a small nod and followed him. If anything she didn’t trust him as much. And from Antilian now walking between them instead of behind she could tell where his trust lies in the group. Flints gave a small sigh and couldn’t help but side with the wolf, at least she knew she was strong enough to hold her own if it came to that.

  16. Flints had gone limp on Endilix’s back after her growling in attempt to startle him, which she managed to do she realized soon after he ripped at her to get her off of him. She didn’t struggle or fight him, but her heart skipped a little when he went for his weapon, she knew better than to act this way with most players but she forgot just how dangerous this place was, blinking slowly and sliding off his back she couldn’t hide the sad frown that spread across her face, quickly turning away from Endilix but once she realized Emerath was still behind her she settled for looking away from them both to hide her emotions.

“I’m sorry..” she muttered as Antilian sauntered past her to snarl at Endilix only to turn back to Flints and lean his head on against her ribs, whining quietly in protest. “Well if we weren’t we wouldn’t be here would we?”  Flints spat. Maybe she had wished Endilix was more welcoming to her, even if she was basically attacking him, things are different now, she looked up to the sky and took a deep breath trying her best to convince herself that things were different, no matter how she felt.

  17. Flints gasped as the cold air hit her olive skin, a jolt ran through her as she huffed “how could Tristan even wear this? Ever?! It’s definitely meant for warmer floors” she hissed at the unexpected amount of skin that was exposed before turning to Emerath who made his way through the snow towards her. She felt her cheeks warm from knowing that Emerath was back by her side. “How did you sleep last night? I kind of wished you were a cuddler, I could have used the warmth!” She playfully prodded at the man as she lead the way to the teleport area, shouting out for the first floor. In the blink of an eye both appeared in the first floor, the large starting city that most players still hung out in despite the progress the frontlines had made. a place she was very familiar with. Staring intensely at her hub she zigged around, occasionally glancing back at the little group made up of Emerath, Mist, and Antilian. “Ah there’s your brother!” She shouted, more excitedly than she realized she had. Running up a small hill she pounced him, trying her best to catch him off guard. “Surrender everything you own to me!! Or your life is mine~ “ she growled hoping she had got the jump on the hopefully unsuspecting knight.

Flints rolled over from her slumber from the sound of her noifications pinging. groaning she swatted at the rest of the bed that she so happened to have stolen from Emerath. after their last meeting she admitted to him that she didnt want to go far from the brothers and promply followed him home, not that she wouldnt want to stay with Endilix, but she felt like it might have been a tad awkward for them both, thats if he even stayed home.  Looking up at her inbox she gave a sigh there wasnt really anything in the message other than coordanates. Before she could get comfy again Flints threw herself out of bed equipped her armor, a mix of the slick, tight anphibian suit and newly equipped Hephaestus Armour, taking the place of her wolf mother armor, being more gladiator like than anything she had seen in Aincrad. stretching out flints groaned again, and gently nudged Antilian from his slumber as she made her way out of the house and towards whatever strange adventure Endilix had in store for her.

  19. Flints shook her head as Endilix began to speak and move, the embrace made her go limp, his warmth and scent was something she couldn’t easily forget, a guilty pleasure for her, even now. Once the words “I’m sorry” escaped his lips they rang in her ears as high-pitched tinny sound that made her blood rush and more tears spill from her eyes. Squeezing the man tight she sobbed, and curled against him to the best of her ability as they stood still. The proud ding from their complete transaction stung. But it was for the best of everyone. A closing of a door despite Flints always wanting to wait at it, both with one foot in and another out, unsure of her stance in her own little world.

“I have other things.. but I’m not sure if you’d benefit from them...” she whimpered.  Not ready to let go. It had been a while since she felt the touch of another man, of another human.

  20. Flints couldn’t hold back the tears that rolled down her cheeks as the brothers began to search for a reason, a method to the woman’s madness. “Everything happened so fast. One minute I’m ontop of the world and the next..it’s like he forgot himself. Like he forgot me...when Zelrius died..Tristan died too. I guess Zelrius was really the only thing that kept him happy and grounded no matter what the world through at him. Slowly learning I couldn’t help him just let me know that I was nothing more than a trinket..to him at least..” now as she shook uncontrollably, she wasn’t sure what to do, this level of emotion was rare for her to show, but after being gone so long? This was a hot mess she thrusted into the brothers hands. “It started off with him going home and unequiping everything. Then we moved into the Azure Brigade hall. Our bedroom adorned with the weapon Zelrius gave us, for good luck of course. Then he just wondered around the hall endlessly. Never leaving it. Never speaking to me..he gave all his things to the hall except for the stuff I managed to cling to in hopes that someday he would come to his senses..then one night he decided to gift another front liner his skill, the thing that made him known to the world of Aincrad..I knew it was too late then. I had lost him. His eyes were constantly filled with sadness. I just..left. And spent all this time..alone..”

Antilian’s fur bristled as she spoke and he stood beside her, watching her jump off the countertop and make her way to the door, not really to leave, but suddenly she felt crowded. Like her words had filled the room like a thick fog, and she wanted nothing more than to leave and bottle it all back up again. Going through her inventory Flints Unequipped her hoyas necklace that Tristan had given her, there was no point in her holding onto the sentiment of it. then without warning she shed her armor. Leaving her in just a familiar old tunic, belonging to Endilix and the starter tight black jeans and plain black boots everyone was given. She had no use for her armor in the city anyways. And she had no need to shield herself from her closest friends.

  21. Flints found her way to Endilix’s bar and jumped up onto it, sitting neatly beside the bottles he placed, grabbing one as she spoke. “Is it a crime to miss you, Dael?” Her large saucer eyes looked into his in a begging manor, she topped it off with a slight pout of her lower lip, that usually earned her anything she wanted and more. placing the bottle neatly back down she cocked her head and folded her leg neatly over the other and clasped her hands together as she spoke. “I’m sorry I’ve been gone for so long. I didn’t mean it. I guess I had some soul searching to do..again. Things haven’t really been well for me, and I was in a bad place for a long time...” Flints eyes settled on Antilian who seemed content with curling up in the center of the bar, snoozing in the company he had probably missed. “Anyways, I worry about you two, I don’t really know what you have been up to, but not a day goes by without me thinking of you both...” she felt her cheeks start to warm up. “Just..shut up and take these..” she quickly pressed through her inventory and offered up gear to both brothers. Endilix received a notification for the infamous Twinfire Reflector and Emerath received one for The Burden of the Fallen. Flints’ eyes stayed glued to the ground as her body stiffened. If there was anyway to tell them how her life had shifted this would definitely give it away. She felt tears start to well up in the corners of her eyes but she stayed firm on her choices.

“Its not much..but I hope it will help..” her voice croaked.

  22. Flints relaxed from her pose after her eyes settled on the crimson haired man’s face. She gave a warm smile and giggled. “Well that wasn’t really the reaction I was lookin for but I’ll take it none the less.” She winked at the bewildered face of her favorite knight. Despite her showy entrance she was shaking both inside and out. “I come bearing gifts for you and the little one!” She nodded in Emerath’s direction behind her. But before that. How are you my dear~” she cooed. Her heart racing but she couldn’t help but speak as much as possible, it was probably all that was keeping her together.

Looking around the bar was pretty much the same, Endilix probably wasn’t much for decorating or updating it, it looked the same as her first night here all those years ago. She tried her best not to hold onto the past, maybe it was best if she laid those feelings to rest. No point in driving the man mad with confusion.

  23. Flints followed Emerath, gently tugging on his arm and lightly caressing it as he led the way, not really for his attention but because she missed him, testing Emerath’s boundaries was something Flints was known for at this point. “Well that’s something I feared for, for both of you. Armor can hinder a player sometimes..” she grinned at Emerath. “I’ve been considering it. Antilian and I have both spent the past year or so wondering around Aincrad, actually since my last couple of quests with Endilix right before the last time I saw you.. I haven’t really been around another player...” Flints’ couldn’t hide the flash of sadness that cross her eyes, or the pang in her chest. Her eyes met Emerath’s and she gave a weak smile before taking a deep breath and kicking at Endilix’s door after a quick turn of the knob. “Guess who’s home?!” Flints shouted into the quaint bar, grinning wide with her arms poised wide in a strange stance waiting for the red haired man to notice her.

  24. Flints cocked her head curious about Emerath’s words. “Frontlining?” She felt her throat tighten, making it hard to swallow. She hated when Tristan would leave to frontline. He was an important At the time to say the least. But she always feared his impregnable defense would fail. That he wouldn’t come home. The thought of both the brothers not coming home struck a nerve with her.

“If frontlining is something you two want to do, you’re both going to need better armor..better weapons..better everything..” She trailed off, not wanting the conversation to stay on the subject she loathed. “Ah so you’re telling me he is home for once?” She blushed, trying her best not to give away her interest in the man, their last couple of meetings were pretty charged with..something. They certainly were very touchy and close to say the least, Endilix had even managed to win a kiss despite Flints being very much engrossed with Tristan at the time, maybe it showed just how foolish she was for jumping into a relationship after not really getting over her first love. At this point Flints was a deep flush of red, clearing her throat she stood straight up and shook her head. “Well what are we waiting for? Let’s pay the dork a visit. I have gifts for you two and it’s better you open them together.”

  25. “really now?” Flints grinned and shook her head “I would have expected you two to be heart breakers, or at least a little daring in highschool~” she giggled and took yet another sip of the bitter tea, not because it was getting any better but more to calm her nerves. Thinking on Endilix’s shield she couldn’t help but chuckle, it certainly was ugly. But she wasn’t sure if she honestly had anything better for him. Maybe she did. She would have to go through the laundry list of equipment her and Tristan shared, maybe if she dumped the good stuff on Endilix she wouldn’t have to feel so guilty for holding on to it. “Well Tristan wasn’t much for style. So unfortunately I don’t think I have anything that isn’t..tacky.” Her bright green eyes settled on Emerath’s and she wondered if she had anything in her inventory for him. Not that he ever actually needed it, or would accept it. “Well at least he’s memorable with an ugly shield like that!” Flints joked.
