  1. Dezi seemed to find her way to Lonan and Liliad. "Hello Lilliad, I'm Lona." Something was off, though. Those two had just defeated a bunch of wolves, but Lilliad seemed almost happy. Plus, Dezi hadn't shown any sort of pain or fear of any type. He almost smirked. If those two girls were stronger than him, mentally and physically, then he'd really have to step up his act.

  2. Lonan ran. He wasn't exactly sure from what, or if he was running from anything at all, but he was running. He was alone. There was no one. Where... He couldn't find anyone he knew. He couldn't even find Dezi. He was lost, and all alone. This wasn't anything like usual.

He slipped in the grass, the trees blocking most of the light from above. There wasn't much light anyway, so he guessed it was probably night or early morning. He could barely see where he was going. He scrambled back up, and backed up onto a tree. He slid down and tried to catch his breath. Everything was so quiet. There was no sound. No wind, to make the trees blow. No bird or insects. The only thing he could hear was his own breathing.

Until he heard the sound of a creature howling. His eyes widened, and his pupils dilated. He bolted up, and looked around. He was near tears from the fear. Her stood there, in fear, unable to move. He stood like that for nearly five minutes, before he heard a "HYA!" from somewhere to his left. Was it another player? Could it have been Dezi?

He ran, not really thinking too much of it, toward the voice. If it really was another player, Dezi or not, perhaps he could feel safe for the first time in this game. He ran, at this point tears running down his face, until he saw an opening in the dense forest. He ran into the grassland, to see one player drive two daggers into a wolf, and another player standing holding a curved sword by her side. As the wolf shattered into colors, both players seemed to lose their fighting spirit.

Lonan walked over slowly, not hearing anything of their short conversation. He was cautious, but not scared. If anything, he was a bit amazed. "Uh... Excuse me... I'm Lonan..." He stuttered. Unluckily, right as he said it, one of the players muttered something like Starting City, and disappeared. He wasn't crying anymore, but his cheeks were red so it was obvious he had been. He turned to the other player, and his eyes widened. "Dezi? Is that you?" He asked, his eyes widening and his mouth opening.

    About

    History :

Lonan was born into a middle class family in the big city. His mom, Mira, was a loving person who stayed at home to take care of him. His father, Jacob, was a kind-hearted man but he wasn't around very much as he made all the money for the entire family. In 6th grade, his first year in Middle School, he met up with a girl named Desiree. The two of them became friends, but Desiree was a bit of the dark type. But he became pretty much her only friend, and the two of them spent all of their time together.

He was very naive, and he didn't really know a lot about reality. He saw what others saw, and expected that was it. He followed the rules, and tried not to get in trouble. He was very smart, curriculum-wise, but he wasn't very... sure of reality.

At the age of 11, he began to take a fondness to cooking. It became one of the things he did on a regular. He loved it, and he found it was a way to put any stress form the day away. He made his own lunch, his own everything. He just loved to.

At 12, he got 2 awards from the Principal at his school for Best Attendance and Best Attitude. He was very happy about that.

One day, during the beginning of 7th grade, Desiree just stopped showing up to school. He was worried, but he thought that it was probably just some sickness and that she'd be fine soon enough. He had no clue about any of the horrible things that had been on with her family. He continued on with his life, hanging out with some of his other friends. By friends, he means people who adored him because he had gotten the award from the Principal for Best Attitude. But he didn't realize that was why.

After a few weeks, and she didn't return he got worried. His grades declined slightly because he was so focused on what might have happened to her. He got so afraid of what might of happened that he locked himself in his room, so that he could cry to himself. That was night that she came to his house. Desiree arrived at her door sometime around 8 o'clock at night. Her face was all bruised and she looked like a cat who got into a cat fight. She didn't look like she'd been eating very much lately. She came to his house, and explained to both him and his parents the terrible things that her dad had been doing to her and her mother before she had left. When her mother left, she had been forced to skip school because of her father. It scared Lonan, but he kept his cool. He didn't want to lose it in front of her. His parents, on the other hand, broke down and apologized to Desiree even though it hadn't been their fault. They called the Chlid Safety Department, to see if anything could be done about Desiree's aggressive father.

Desiree was supposed to be sent off to an orphanage, but Lonan's parents wouldn't have that. They went through the adoption process themselves, and made Desiree an official part of their family. From that point on, Desiree seemed to have a loyalty to Lonan and his family. Lonan didn't quite see it that way, but anyone who wasn't as naive as he could plainly see that she cared about them.

On Lonan's 13th birthday, Mira and Jacob bought both him and Desiree the new Headgear for the virtual reality game Sword Art Online. They were both really excited, though Desiree didn't show it. They both joined, and they then got stuck in the death game.

    Personality :

He's very trusting of others, sometimes sharing information that he probably shouldn't tell just anyone (such as his parents cell-phone number, the password to his computer, etc. etc.). He was smart, in academics that is. He was naive, but kind-hearted. He was respectful of almost all types of people. That's not to say that he got along well with all types of people, but he did respect them and got out of their hair if he couldn't stand them.

His family is amazing, so he has nothing to worry about at home. At school, though, he's sometimes bullied because he's a "nerd". He takes things way too personally sometimes, and he will sometimes go crazy over something like that.

    Virtues :

Kind - Hearted : He treats everyone with respect, no matter where they come from, what they look like, or how intellectual they are. Many people envy him for being so kind to everyone, and some may even call him fake, but he doesn't hear those comments. He has many friends, and he is constantly surrounded by people who enjoy his company. Sometimes, though, he'll find people who hate him for being so kind to others. The amount of people who think he's just lying to make them feel like they mean something is rather unsettlingly high.

Smart : He's really academic and smart. His elective at school is cooking, which he has a passion for. He plays the flute, but he's not very good at it (hence why he's in cooking class and not band.) He has A's in almost all his classes, excluding PE because of his lack of physical ability. He is a great student, and while having a thirst for learning is also very good at keeping on task during class. He mostly only talks when talked to or when he is actually having trouble on a problem (in class that is).

Loved : He is surrounded by people who love being around him, so he has no worries of ever feeling left behind or lost. He knows that there are many people out there who love him, and he is happy. Some people may call him blind behind his back, but such he does not concern himself with the words spoken behind him. He believes that if they are that important then they will be shared to his face. He can make himself better only by the words that which he hears.

    Flaws :

Gullible/Naive : He's not very perceptive, and falls into traps very easily. Even ones that weren't made for him to fall for. He is over-trusting of others, and he doesn't completely understand the idea of lying. He cannot see reality for what is is, believing that everyone is good and darkness comes from the sharing of hatred. He does not yet understand how darkness, anger, sadness, and other so called "bad feelings" can positively affect a person.

Loved : While, yes, this is a good thing in some regards, it's also a bad thing. He doesn't know how to cope with being alone, and he breaks down when he thinks that no one is there. He always believes that someone will be there to protect him or save him if something were to go to such extremes. He is not very afraid of many things, because he is so certain that someone will come there to protect him. He believes that like in the stories, someone will be there to save him in the nick of time. He has no grasp on the idea that someone might not be there to catch him if he fell as to speak.

Weak : His physical aptitude is really low, making him an easy target for many people (not just on SAO, but in real life too). He is good at every class but PE for this reason. He can barely do a push-up without collapsing. He has tried to improve his physical ability, but without much luck. Scratch that, without any luck. He cannot stand for very long in a fight, so if he ever gets into sticky situations he tries to buy time until someone else comes to get him out of it. He's never once come across a situation where nobody came to save him.

  4. O.O How could you say such a tragic thing!? Bow ties AND fezzes are cool! But fezzes are 20% cooler. (If you get that reference, you're going to think I'm crazy.).

I like a lot of animes... Let me name a "few". >:) XD

    • SAO (no duh)
    • RWBY
    • FullMetal Alchemist
    • Fairy Tail (I get bored a lot) (I ship Jerza)
    • Soul Eater (Death the Kid!!)
    • and I guess I'll add Noragami to be fair. lol

Yeah. And a whole bunch more. I'm not going to name them all though, because that would take up a lot of space... XD

  5. Ha! (I actually wrote that last post during my good night, so I was off anyways. XD ) Nairano. Makes perfect sense. XD Not like Sherlilliad was any better. XD

I really like Sherlock too. And Doctor Who. Fezzes are cool. In fact, your interests are a lot like mine. (Going off topic, XD ) What other animes (and by that I mean other than SAO ) do you enjoy?

  6. Hey, I'm a friend of Cyanidezi's. I'm new here, and I found this Introduction Topic, and I thought I may as well say hi! I'm trying to make a Sylph character for ALO roleplay, without much luck... ;-; I guess I'm not so good at this site yet. Well, other than that, I kinda just wanted to say hi! :D
