  1. KI had gotten up to follow the dark skinned girl. "H-hey! Wait for me!" She yelled out towards her as shs stumbled to catch up. Moments after she had caught up, she walked along side the girl with a smile kn her face. She didn't talk to people much. But the feeling of hanging out with someone felt better then being alone. Even if it's only been a few moments, she felt like she had made a strkng bond with someome already. It was almost like a best friends against the world feeling. The smile acorss KI's face grew more and more by the moment the more she thought about it.

  2. As the sword exited the PKer's chest. Ares looked down and panted in exhaustion. Her body wasen't used to sudden action, even if it was a virtual world. The fact that she lost her mind and lost control haunted her. She could have killed someone, and that didn't sit well on her shoulders. Just the though of it made her swell up inside. A tear escaped her eyes as she tried to hold herself together. Shaking slightly in the thought.

She recovers moments later and sheathes her sword. Her breaths being slow and shooken. But she remained silent and tried to battle herself on the inside. It was clearly noticable that Ares was having a rough time coping with the thought of murder.

  3. Ares held herself up on one knee. Trying to release her mind while trying to uphild herself from collapsing. She heard footsteps. Loud ones heading towards her. One pair from in front of her and and another pair to her right. She glaced up to see the axe wielding player was charging towards her. Her visions flashed of her dying a cowerdly death. But she refused. She made a break for her sword and dodged the first swing form the axe trying to behead her. She picked up her sword and interlocked the next swing with her sword. Leaving them both in a defensive stance. "I.... won't.... lose... to you!"

Her voice roared as she let go of the locked position, leaving the PKer exposed. Ares hit the man in the nose with the hilt of her sword, leaving them stunned as she took her sword and made an attempt to puncture the mans chest. She successfully did so with rage in her face. The sword staying in the mans chest until his health was already red not before long.

  4. After seeing the other two become easily overwhelmed by Johnathan, Ares lunges forward to the PKer she had stunned. Without thought, she charged into the player with a low slash. Leaving her slightly exposed. She managed to hit the player, sending them backwards with little health missing. But she fell down in doing so from the inexperience she holds. Dropping her sword and leaving her exposed. Thoughts rushed in her head on how hopless she truly is. The fact that she lives is an abomination even to herself. A tear fell from her face as she tried to stand up and get a grip of herself.

  5. Ares heard the voices of the other players. She had slightly panicked at the sudden engagement of combat. And to other players as well. She immediately stood up and had looked back at Johnathan in terror. She unsheathed her sword with the little confidence she held. But not until they started to attack Johnathon. Her hands shook in fear. She finally got a grip and tried to go for a faint block against the axe wielder with a <<Slant>> against the axe being swung towards them. Deflecting one of the attackers.

  6. She had continued to droop over. She was hit in the softest part of her well being. Her emotions towards others.  She has always had that self generated hate towards herself for her life. She didn't care if she had lived. She only wanted others to be happy. But seeing the face of other people scolding her was terrifying.

Ares stayed silent. The weak, and frail structure looked like it was about to collapse under her. Her body shook in self-hate. Then a small lone tear fell from her face. Just one tear is all it took to send her into an emotional break down. "I'm so useless.... and weak...." She said shakly and low. She kneeled onto the ground and started to weep.

  7. When Ares heard the word 'Partner' her heart sunk. It was clearly visible that she went into a depressive state once again. She never had many friends or partners to call her own. Everyone hated her for some reason. Regardless of how hard she tried. No matter the cost it was. She was always alone. Solo. Everytime she had tried to help someone and it seemed she was making a good friend, she was shoved aside. But she didn't say anything. Just a dragged out expression of a wounded puppy layed out across her face.

  8. Ares panted slightly at the rush she had felt during the small fight. It was obvious she had never really felt the feeling often. It took her a while to recover from the shakiness that grasped her. She looked up at Johnathan, with a weak yet happy smile. She felt the embaressment and oddness it was to be so weak and show it to others. But still felt proud all the same. With her spine holding her up awkwardly. "I could really use improvement though..." She inserted with a hard sigh and a scratch on her head.

  9. As the boar began to charge Johnathan, Ares turned over to the boar. She readied herself for the boar to get close enough. The look it gave off frightened her. But she brushed it off and trucked on to face the boar. As the boar got close enough, Ares activated <<Slant>> with her swing of the sword. Landing a successful hit on the boar. Shattering it into digital dust. "Did I.... do it?" She wondered as she looked around, not seeing it. She continued to look around but didn't see anything. She had never really once activated a sword skill. She did it almost on accident.

  10. Ares nods her head in excitement. The combat aspect was going to be a tough thing for her to get used to. "I'll do whatever it takes.  Anything needed to help everyone...." She says in strong determination in her voice. She had dreamed of a moment where she could have the chance to build her strength to help as many people as she could. Her will burned like a sun now. Her face lit up with excitement.

Deep in the back of her mind, she hid her fears  so she could finally mentally progress as well.

  11. Ares looked up. Gave a warm smile to the man. The inspiration felt inviting. Needing. Refreshing. She nods with a hop. "I'll do that... I'll fight for everyone else. I want everyone to be happy... I don't want anyone to cry..." She had finally set her goal. Enough to finally go on. For enough fire to settle in her soul to get started.

No longer will she cower behind someone. As long as she had people to fight for, she'd fight over and over. Whenever you will be needed.

  12. She never had anything she had actually liked to do in the real world. Never had anything of importance. Her only goal in life was to help as many people as she could before she met her demise. The only response she had given was a head shake saying No.

The gap she had felt in her was ever so bigger then anyone else's. Ares then spoke. "I only want to be stronger for everyone.... I want to help others...." Her words spoke in a shaky pattern. The description was basic but no where close to vague or unfinished. She had no goal in life. So there wasn't much to explain.

  13. Ares looked up at the man. The feeling for someone? She had none... Never really had.... She stayed silent. The fact that he had asked that made her numb on the inside. The lesser feeling of being unloved and unwanted.

Ares looked lost. She knew she did. And she admitted it to the man with no words. Her expression stayed there for a while. Even after she thought it in her head. Over and over again. It's started to drive her nuts. She had always wanted someone to care for. But she wanted to care for someone. At least for a while. But the ringing kept her from keeping that train of thought processing.

  14. (OOC- Sorry I was in a hurry to post it cause I was about to get yelled at lol)

KI was determined to do whatever it took to increase her strength. The amount of work was irrelevant to her as she'd do anything to be able to assist other people in more ways then one. Her soul burned true. She needed get better. No other option but to get stronger. As she sat back up in the grass with her muscle pushing at full strength, she rocketed up rather quickly. She looks over at the dark skinned player.

"I need to get stronger. I'll do whatever it takes for me to get better." Her voice filled with fire, she rumbles the air with her semi-high pitched voice. Her body hardened by determination and will power.

  15. Ares felt bad already. It hadn't been but moments before she had made a fool of herself. She gets up and picks up her sword. "I know... I'm terrible... but... I'm sorry!.... I never had the confidence....!" Ares felt terrible for having the male player carry her to her first fight. The fact that she fell over was humiliating in itself alone.

She had let head head hang low in shame as if she had dishonored an entire mafia. "I will get better... I have to!" Already on the verge of crying and it's only been moments into teaching her basic combat. The will in her burned strong but slowly going out.

  16. Ares was already mortified by the fact she was being charged at. She clinched her sword for her dear life and held it in front of her. She had no idea how sword skills worked or even most of skills worked. But once the board got close enough, she had tried to attack it with basic swings. Ending up with a miss. Punished by a push back from the boar.

"Kuu!" The noise of recoil came from Ares as her body met the ground. Leaving her in disarray.

  17. The neck massage left her absent minded. The relaxation left her speechless for a moment. But then the words spoke from the other player, and rumbled her awake.

"Uhm... I'm not sure... what is there?" KI spoke to the woman with a wincy eyed look. She had never really looked into what there could be to do. She always loved to help people. No matter the cost.

  18. The girl felt slight comfort in the sudden feeling her hair being brushed. It came naturally from her stepmother. But then it hit her. The moment she said it wasn't real, she felt as if the virtual world has gotten to her even deeper into Esper before she even knows. "Esper.... I never... changed my hair when I came into SAO.... Not once..." She responds with a guilty sigh in her breath.

She really liked the name. ""Esper... Esper.... Esper..." She thought in her head over and over. The name was like a warm fire flowing in the air in front of her. Or like the softness of a kittens fur. She loved the name. It suited the other girl.

  19. Ares felt strange as the boy held her hand as she had stood up. It felt so much warmer then hers. The touch felt very strange. But that's because she never early was touched by other hands other then her stepmothers hands. But as she heard the 'Fight' and the 'Boars' part of the sentence, she started to feel sort of cowardly. She didn't enjoy fighting often. She was more of a peaceful soul. But she needed to be stronger. "Y-yeah.... I think I can learn.... fighting.... boars...." She said kind of scared in the gut a slight bit.

Her stance was sort of shaken. But there was a small hint of determination in her soul to become stronger. Not only for herself, but for everyone.

  20. The sentence she had listened hum into her ears was quite reassuring. She wanted to put herself on the line for others. But she was to scared to at the same time. The fear of losing her life didn't scare her, it was the feeling others would get after she had died. "I want to be just like them one day.... I want to meet them.... All of them." She said boldly.

"By the way... I don't think we properly introduced ourselves... You can call me... Uh..." She stuttered for a moment. "Agony.... Yeah... Agony. Or you can call me KI..." She still had no idea how the virtual world worked. If she would tell her username or her actual name. It wasn't to clear for her.

  21. Ares had looked up finally after she heard his name. The name was fairly common but she hasn't heard it as much as anyone else. "M-my name is Ares.... Nice to meet you." She was still fairly shy but she looked up at the man and let loose a long heart warming smile. She's not very good with a retaliation approach. But that was her best.

  22. A voice crackled in the air for a moment as Ares had felt somewhat sleepy while day dreaming. The voice became more subtle as she arose from her somewhat cryogenic state. She sees a male player, standing before her. "You want to help me? I... actually could use the help..." Ares had felt somewhat embaressed, not even making eye contact with the stranger because she felt kind of shy against males mostly. It almost never goes well. But in her eyes, or... mind, he seemed rather nice.

"I haven't made any progress since I've been here.... I've had lots of trouble..." She continued on until she felt that the need for more words was inadequate for the standing conversation.

  23. The grass they had sat on was never felt by Ares. Grass wasn't a thing she had ever sat in, touched or even really seen much of in the real world. She never looked outside her windows. She was never aloud outside. The grass tickled her skin. But relaxed her. It felt like it had touched her soul as it caressed her. It felt inviting. She soon lays back in the grass and let's aan enjoying sigh out with a smile across her face. Even if it was fake grass, it still felt real to her. She had tried not to let out to much emotion, due to the fact that she didn't want to scare off the other player. Or worse to weird them out.

She stopped and looked at the sky for a moment, wondering how long will she last in the virtual world. The image in her head of others dying was still there. She wanted to be stronger for the other players. She wanted to be someone. She couldn't recall the title for the fiction she has seen on television. "Hero...." She had hummed to herself. She had stared at the sky long enough to see herself flying. She smiled. That's who she wanted to become. A heroine. Someone for people to count on. As sissy as it sounded to her, she wanted to become one. For everyone. For their sake.

  24. The fact that someone was actually showing Ares around was quite refreshing to her. Not once has someone came and offered help to her. She has always been the one wanting to help others, and putting herself at stake to make them happy. Whether it was being more emotionally Impaired, Banned in a video game, or she would go as far as to sacrifice herself to have another person live. The thought of death just mortified her. But this 'Death Game', she would have to be stronger. She will see other die. And she still hasn't fully accepted that fate.

While touring the town, the feelings the town gave off where somewhat odd. To Ares, certain parts of the town felt haunted. Like people actually died here already. The though made her want to regurgitate. But the game wouldn't let her for some reason. But the noise she had made while trying to her hard to go unnoticed. She had let out a cough afterwards. "S-sorry..... I just don't feel good..." She let's out an awkward chuckle trying to hide her embaressment for the kind player. Her face slowly built up a red glow as she chuckled. But it was obvious she couldn't hold much of her own stomach due to her small and nimble structure.

  25. Ares was always hanging around the town square is she wasn't out buying or collecting goodies. The prices for most of the weapons she had bought were complete blasphemy. Overpriced and underwhelming power riddled weapons. She had never been able to get her hands on a fairly decent weapon. She had always been stuck with the starting gear ever since she has arrived in the database of a virtual world.

Only once time she had partied with another player, but it didn't work out so well. She was never the less useless in the the duo.

"How am I ever going to reach the top..." She thought to herself as she let out a long and desperate sigh. The breathe she had let go felt like a sandstorm just left her body. But the storm still raged within her bosom. All but the while waiting for somthing to pop up in her head to fill her schedule for the day.
