Inaba

Inaba walked through the town of beginnings along with his newest party member that went by the screen name of Eschaton. The two were on their way to the outer edges of the town looking for some materials for a someone named Zakariah. He had met Eschaton on their first day of being stuck within Aincrad. The brown haired man he knew little about however, Inaba had no real plans of searching for the person out and had only ran into him on a lucky accident. The two after some hellos and how do you dos had found that they shared a quest. Inaba had offered to group up and complete the quest at the same time since they were heading the same way anyways. "Shouldn't be too long before we reach the town's exit." Inaba said in an attempt to make some small talk to make their walk go faster.

Inaba watched curiously as the scare man had given a wave of hello and walked off to talk to another group of players."Disappointing." He muttered to himself. It was a player he wouldn't get information on. There were others at least to cure his curiosity. Such as Annabelle who had managed to introduce herself to every person in a similar way.

The red haired girl who must have stopped walking finally caught up. She had introduced herself as Airi and had given a curtsy which Inaba had to poke fun at. "Very formal aren't you?" He said playfully before turning his attention to some newcomers.

One of the new comers, introduced themselves as lee and mentioned something about scrambled eggs which he was unsure of if they even existed within the game. 'Something i'll have to find out at another time.' He told himself. "Well, we're not all eggs to begin with so that's something." Inaba didn't know if what he said had any meaning and said it just to see the responses.

The second new comer didn't give much of an introduction though his hair looked odd so that was enough for Inaba to give a greeting. "About as well as someone who was just told they weren't able to log out. So things are going really well." Inaba said seriously in return to the amusing question.

He gave a chuckle at the energetic Belle threatening promise of revenge on the person who had trapped them here.

Inaba saw another new person join up with the quickly growing group asking if he was late to the party. "Looks like it's still going and given the current situation will go on for awhile." Inaba gave another chuckle towards the situation. He was very amused and was looking forward to what else would happen.

I'm not the best at introduction posts so I'll just leave a simple hello and say that I'm excited to be roleplaying here!

A smile was unexpected when the red haired girl looked back to him. It caught him off guard as he thought most people should have been breaking down. Though he knew he shouldn't judge as it would have made him a hypocrite. So he had just offered his own smile back. "That's a shame." Inaba said with a disappointed tone after being told that the red haired girl hadn't been listening. It was some missing information, but he was sure that he wouldn't have to much trouble figuring it out. "Should be fun." He responded to the red haired when the girl had walked towards the group and followed as a sign of his agreement.

Apparently they had picked the right time to get closer. Inaba noticed that scar guy had stepped away from where he originally was. He had missed the earlier parts but whatever happened the brunette seemed a bit more cheerful. The pink haired girl had seem slightly more terrifying up close, but that could just have been the familiar laughter. He found the laughter to be more amusing than horrifying though and the amusement he had gotten from the pink haired girl had only increased. Inaba had to stifle a chuckle at the pink girl's words. He thought it was a shame he missed whatever had been said earlier but this would make up for it.

The pinked haired girl that was mentioned earlier had given a long hello, Inaba was not one to be shy from a greeting of a complete stranger. "Hellooooooo." With his normal smile he mimicked back to the pink haired girl. "My name is Inari Yuba, but please call me Inaba." He wasn't very fond of using his real name but if he was going to learn about the others it was the best bait to use.

Inaba had done like everyone else had and opened up his own inventory. Normally he would hate the repetition but he had wanted to see what the object was. A mirror was the last thing he would have expected, but he supposed that was a good thing. He looked into the rectangular mirror and saw only his character's face. It was an odd sensation not seeing his own face but he supposed enveloping light was more likely the cause of that. The light died down and he looked into the mirror with a bored look. He saw his own face which wasn't the most exciting, however the yelling everyone else had been doing was. "Well It's a decent trade off I suppose." Inaba said somehow with a mixture of interest and disinterest.

Unlike the other players, he had seem rather calm for someone who was just told they could die in the video game. Personally he didn't understand why others would care, they could die in real life so what was the problem? While dying would be a bit of a bummer. Inaba had an opportunity to explore the world of Aincrad without having to stop for pointless things like school. If he was supposed to feel trapped the hooded figure had done a poor job.

He spent a few moments watching eveyone's reactions, some were crying, other were just standing in silence, and he could have sworn he heard a laughter that seemed something out of horror film. After he felt like he had a good enough show he naturally had gotten bored and made his way from his current position. Honestly he had no exact direction to go so he supposed he might go towards the direction of the creepy horror giggling. What else could be more interesting than that?

Inaba after sifting through the crowd eventually came across a small group of people, they all looked a bit silly to him but he supposed they would quench his curiosity for the moment. They were an odd bunch, A brown haired guy with some sort of weird scar on his face seemed to be attempting to comfort a panicked looking brown haired girl with the help of a pink haired girl, while a red haired girl watched. He stood by the red haired girl and decided he'd watch what would unfold. "What did I miss?" He asked the red haired girl while he watched what the others would do.

About: History/personality

Before logging into Sword Art Online, Inari was just a normal person living in Japan.

Inari Yuba isn’t the heir to a throne, next in line to inherit a family business, kid of a mafia boss or anything special like that. He is just Inari Yuba, son of two hard working parents and oldest of three. He slept and woke up in the same bed, walked to and from the same school every day, and it had been rare to eat much else then some rice with whatever else he had around.

He paid little attention to his routine, he had never thought twice about it and had even enjoyed it. There wasn't anything wrong with this life style and he had been content with it. This all changed when he decided to make a faithful change into his routine. It wasn't even a major event, he had just taken a left instead of his normal right because of some small construction. That change? Was a month in the hospital after being hit by a car.

Inari entered the hospital content with his routinely life and exited with an obsession on breaking that routine in half.

It started with the smaller things, he slept on the floor, took different routes to school, figuring out what rice with milk tasted like and it only got bigger. He managed to switch his school multiple times and thought it hasn't been proven he started a few fires just to see what would happen. Eventually he got bored of doing those types of things and had began skipping classes just to find something else. He had honestly thought nothing would be able to clench the thirst of his obsessive curiosity. At least until he discovered the unending variety of entertainment known as videogames.

His obsession with videogames kept him from getting any more destructive and a lot of games were portable he had attended school even if his interest within it was lost.

Eventually his obsession took him towards the Nerve Gear and Sword Art Online.

Optimistic-, Inaba's source of endless optimism stems from his search for things that are interesting or entertaining.

looks at every situation with an optimistic approach as most situations vary and no two being the same. Because of his curiosity he takes every situation as it comes and loves to take a happy approach to those situations. It doesn't matter if it's a bad situation and it doesn't matter to how it will end. As long as he sees what happens he'll remain cheerful throughout the whole event.

Observant-, When Inaba gained the need to find something to break his daily routine he became more observant of his surroundings. He doesn't miss too much with his constant look for something entertaining and most of the time he can be helpful in finding things for his allies. When it comes to people it is rare for him to miss something about them as he is always gauging the reactions of those he talks too.

Direct: Inaba is a very direct individual with his feelings. If he's got an opinion, expect to hear it in full and in no sparring detail. This often causes conflict with members of leadership, but makes Inaba a competent fighter on an individual basis. This direct approach to every situation is also made evident in his reaction to combat engagements, where he wastes no time in taking immediate action to quickly and efficiently dispatch those who stand against him.

Flaws:

Curious-,  Impulsive would be a tamed way to define his curiosity Inaba has an impulsive curiosity towards really anything within the world, real or virtual. His dangerous curiosity gets rid of most of his cautious thoughts and generally Inaba lets it lead him through his life.

Noncommittal- Inaba isn't the kind of person to experience too little of what life has to offer. His daily routine often involves migrating from one activity to another, searching for that which might distract him from the hollowness of spirit that plagues him each day. From the videogames he plays to, choosing what's for lunch on a given day, Inaba is a dynamic young man...but this lack of commitment to a single cause leaves his allies wondering if he'll be an asset, or a liability
 

Cabin Fever-, Inuba can't sit still. He can't stand to be stuck in a rut, and if he is, his mood usually suffers greatly. If he isn't constantly exposed to new ideas and opportunities, he tends to become tired, irritable, and even outright hostile
