Emblem 0 Posted July 3, 2016 #21 Report Share Posted July 3, 2016 Emblem watched as Cygnus tried out a sword art only to miss the monster by inches. However he looked at his sword. He seemed amazed at how the system worked. Not exactly the time Cygnus! Emblem ran towards the mob and tried to bring his sword down onto it to at least distract the mob but decided instead that he would try and kill it with a sword art so that they could head back to town quicker because they were starting to lose daylight. He jumped into the air and brought his gleaming sword down onto the rock golem taking it's HP down to zero. He put his sword back in it's sheathe then looked at Cygnus. We should probably head back to the town it's getting dark it'll be harder for us to see. Cygnus 0 Posted July 3, 2016 Author #22 Report Share Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) Cygnus snapped back to reality when Emblem called him to get his attention. He got back into a battle stance. However, in the end he didn't need to. Executing a Sword Art, Emblem struck the golem down with ease. "Nice job!" He gave the boy a thumbs up and a smile. He sheathed his own sword and approached Emblem. "Man, that Sword Art stuff. Unreal." He looked down at his hands. "Anyway, you're right. We don't want to be caught out in the middle of a bunch of mobs late at night. We would be wise to head back." He faced the direction of town. "Well, off we go." Emblem 0 Posted July 4, 2016 #23 Report Share Posted July 4, 2016 Emblem laughed as he talked about how the sword art he had used amazed him. yeah before I used them I was a lot weaker than I am today. it would have taken twice as long to kill one of the monsters we had taken out in a matter of minutes. Emblem walked back to the town with Cygnus away from the mobs. it had felt good to fight a bit and work out a bit. He didn't know why but even though his body in the real world was probably malnourished and he'd have to so a lot to get back to normal when he got back. He felt like he had to take care of his body in this world. He said goodbye to his friend then head off to an inn for the night. Quote Report Link to post Share on other sites
