Constantly criticized for his oddities and general lack of what most would call etiquette, Kenji lived his life governed not by rules or social guidelines but as he saw fit. This is not to say that he goes out of his way to break or bend any rules or laws the world is governed by, merely that if feels that they should or should not be followed he will do one or another. It is because of this mindset that many have ostracized him even at a very young age. That was when he developed a ideal which bordered an almost religion based on his social and political beliefs. Kenji was first introduced to gaming at a much older age then the norm. He happened to have an acquaintance that first introduced him into the world of MMORPG, that allowed him to explore a world as someone other than himself. Intrigued by the notion, or more so the experiment to have no history or preconceived conclusions drawn about him based on previous interaction or a friend of a friend he sought out a vessel to prove that he was as normal as anyone else. Though his ideas and beliefs different, that he was truly like anyone else…it was then he saw Sword Art Online… » Virtues: ambition- kenji looks at the world as one big obstacle to overcome, once he set's his mind towards a goal he strives to achieve it and will not allow anything to stand in his way, once that goal his achieved he envisions the next one even bigger and harder to accomplish. Truthfulness/Honesty: Honesty to Kenji is not just a guideline that should be followed, but it is a way of life for him. Having been robbed of honesty and the truth while in the real world he prides himself on providing a honest answer evey time a question is posed. This is a double edged sword as this also leads him to be Tactless. Sportsmanship: A avid believer of a fair contest Kenji will also be the person to step in if he believes the odds to not be fair or favors one side. He has been known to place himself in the middle of a situation that doesnt involve him just to even out the sides. » Flaws Tactless: Because of the fact that Kenji feels it necessary to provide honesty at all times regardless of the circumstances involved, he has been known to hurt a few feelings with his "Brutual" Honesty. Because of this he finds himself at the receiving end of glares now and again. Arrogant: Because of the fact that Kenji has lived the majority of his life in isolation because of what others viewed to be social flaws in his genetic makeup. He developed a self worth and importance ideal about himself, over exagerating his talents and abilities. Fierce: He is a fierce competitor as much as any aspect in his life including his beliefs. He does not know the meaning of the word middle ground. You are either first or you are last, and if your last you should of been first. It is because of this view that it cause him to be extremely forward and aggressive not only in battle but when he believes in something this often can put people on edge or cause them to become uneasy.
