[PP-F1] Hunting 101 (Shizua, Seul, Zandra, Emblem, Cygnus)

"Let's go!"

Shizua stepped outside the large gates of the beginning city, staring at the large, open fields of the first floor. Her mind immediately started hopping from question to question. Where should we go first? Is my sword enough to take on the monsters? What kind of monsters will there be? Should we stay close to the gates, or find a nice secluded space to wait for spawns? Of course, she had no answers, but with the way her mind worked, she didn't mind not having an answer quite yet; there was plenty of time to figure it out. Turning back around, she motioned for the three other people in her party, plus Seul, to join her.

Cygnus moved to Shizua as she gestured for them to do so. He sighed, reminiscing. It felt like forever since he had hunted mobs on this floor. As soon as he was able, he moved on to the others. Being here now, sure brought back memories. He laughed chuckled quietly, remembering how green he was back then. He looked around for a moment, looking for a specific spot. There, in the distance, was his old training spot: a small hill with a lone tree. He remembered how he would spend hours there just swinging his sword around. He knew now that those exercises were mostly futile, but they did well to build his confidence for actual combat. He looked back over at Shizua, thinking about the future. He hoped she stayed alive long enough to grow as he did. Cygnus frowned slightly, hoping he could stay alive long enough to see it. "Well," he said, finally speaking, "boars are pretty standard prey around here. No shortage of them either." He looked around. Indeed, there were many boars standing around grazing ahead.
