Always fishing with his younger brothers Jake would take them every day until one stormy morning they talked him into taking them down for some bigger fish in the storm. Gathering their gear and heading for the lake that was about a half a mile walk. When the were finally at the lake drenched with rain water all smiling they set out to fish for some dinner that night. When the storm picked up even more the lake began to turn violent and causing the waves to be bigger and bigger hitting them when Jake thought to pack up it was to late the wave was coming right before it hit Jake reached for one of his brothers hands feeling his small hand slip from his grasp, both of his little brothers drowned while Jake ran for help. Since then Jake still has delusions that his brothers are with him. After the incident calmed down Jake became a shut in from everyone. When VR came out he went out and bought it. Hearing SAO was going to be coming out he tried for the beta but didn't get in. He did however get one of the few copies sold in stores. Since then he has been locked in the game still feeling the same way. He does not hang around the other players to much.

. Improvises: When in a tough spot he can improvise anything he needs most of the time.

. Quick footed: When coming up against a sneak attack Guagges reacts quickly and swiftly

. Delusional: Even in the game world of SAO Guagges still sees his little brothers whenever he is alone or fishing.

. Distant: Guagges keeps to himself most of the time never talking to those he even parties with.

. Hesitant: When going up against stronger mobs Guagges usually hesitates to jump in and be the hero in fear of more deaths happening.
