Jonah loves to do martial arts training. He enjoys the thrill of fighting and winning. He sometimes feels the need to be a brute. Although acting brutish, he feels the need to hide his strength until the last second when he needs it the most.

History

Jonah lives in the United States and is a childhood friend to Michael Lancer, known online as <>. Jonah loves to play video games all day and night. His life practically revolves around gaming so when he heard about SAO, he quickly got a job just so he can get the game. Although Jonah is lazy he loved to work with his friends from work so he put off playing SAO till after work. On the day SAO was launched, Jonah heard about players getting trapped in the game. He rushed up to his room and defiantly put on his helmet so he could enter SAO and help his friend Michael that he agreed to play the game with. With his final breath in the real world he held his head high and shouted in a loud voice "LINK START!"

» Virtues:

Old-fashioned gentleman: Being brought up homeschooled, Jonah was taught to treat others right and step in to help. He loves to go out of his way for others and help.

Friendly: Jonah is very good a making new friends. Even though he can be a brute at times he is a teddy bear inside.

Loyal: Jonah will fight to protect his friends even at the cost of his own life. His using the nerve gear even after finding out that the game was a trap is proof of his loyalty to others.

Witty: Despite being good and friendly, he is also a mischievous liar. He is able to come up with completely false stories right on the spot, sparing himself from trouble every now and then.

Curious: This goes hand in hand with his reckless nature. He has a passion for exploring and is easily caught up in things that interest him, which could be good or bad. He may do something others wouldn't consider by accident, and could have a positive or negative impact

Courageous: Because of his martial arts training Jonah is able to operate under pressure and still think clearly, and when any of his friends are in danger he does whatever he can to save them, even if it means putting himself in harms way to help them.

» Flaws:

Reckless: Due to looking younger than he is, Jonah acts younger so no one will know his true age. This usually means he is more likely to rush into things with no regard for his safety.

Fierce: From his long years in martial arts, Jonah hasn't yet learned to control his rage and anger. As a result he may enter an uncontrollable state and lash out on his enemies.

Fools Love: From a deep sense of loneliness Jonah falls for the first cute face he sees. This makes him loving of female players which blindingly distract him from his true goals.

Idiotic: Jonah acts younger so he acts more with out thinking. His stupid antics may sometimes cause others to belittle him and start name-calling.

Lazy: Even if it means completing a rather long or difficult quest, Jonah may become lazy and decide to leave the quest incomplete and find something else to do.
