Shiho is half Japanse and Korean, her father is Korean and her mother is Japanese. She lived in Korea for five years and left to Japan with her parents at the age of five. She adapted her mother's maiden name not to stand out and went to local school in Kyoto. A year later, her father went back to Korea working abroad as a doctor while her mother stayed with her grandparents and lived together. Two years later, her parents divorced and forced away from her mother's side to her father in Korea. Shiho's father remarried a year later to a Korean Kim Na Ri, a nurse from the same hospital he worked. She accepted Shiho as her own and so did her step-brother Sung Ju. They are nice people but that didn't stop her from calling her biological mother from time to time.

» Virtues:

Sharp mind. Shiho notices little details that normal people would ignore. She uses the little details to her advantage and tries to help others discreetly as possible although that rarely happens and gets caught doing so by many people.

Stubborn. Inherited from both of her parents, Shiho is more stubborn than a bull. Once she puts her mind to it, she will refuse to do anything else until her task is completed, ignoring the priorities that should be taken account. For example, she won't go to sleep late or early until she finishes reading a book that she likes.

Humane. Although she is socially awkward with many things, this is one thing she doesn't let her flaw get in the way. She tries to help on many occasions as she can, saving all life forms from cats and dogs to insects like like ants. The only exception to it is mosquito. She likes all sorts of animals and insects, often fascinated by them since young but doesn't trust herself to take care of them unless helping them for a short while.

Self-conscious. Since young Shiho is a self-conscious child, thinking too much of what others see in her because of that, she became a quiet child and aloof to people fearing of the consequences should she do something wrong in their eyes and be hated for it. She wants to and wishes in her heart to be friends with her classmates but is afraid making that step.

Socially Awkward. Shiho doesn't have many friends because of self-consciousness and through that, she is socially awkward when with people, espcially communicating. She tries not to spend her time with her classmates and avoids all sorts of interaction they offer. In groups, she feels uncomfortable and others feels that which makes things even more awkward. She tries her best and communicate when needed but at most times, it doesn't work.

Weak-willed. Shunned down by her two flaws, Shiho is weak-willed to many things. She lets people decide things for her and mostly she hates what people chooses for her thinking it is what she likes but can't speak up denying it except in her mind. She is self-conscious and fears if she speaks out or deny, she feels she is rejecting them and in fear of losing people who is closest to what she can say friends, she cannot.
