He had spent most of his time on the higher floors, risking himself a bit more, in exchange for faster progress and meeting more powerful people. It was exhilarating, but sometimes you just had to sit back and relax while you explore, which is what brought him back down here! His eyes looked around for any newer players, sure he could offer them some support if they wanted. She then smiled her lapis blue eyes sparkling as she saw him. "Hi there." She had said as she had ran into him. "I'm Chinka." She had said, not really wanting to offer him a smaller way to say her name. She had then awaited for his name, supposedly. Her long golden hair with small curly waves in it as she had smiled at him. He was tough enough not to get the air knocked out of him but it was still a surprise! "Oh, hello to you as well, Cinika!" He chuckled softly, happy to see such energy and bright looking eyes from someone in this game, it had turned too many people's eyes dark and sad. "My name is Zerva, I'm a stealth-type player." He says proudly, enjoying his role quite a bit. With the introductions done he asks "Would you like some help fighting and getting stronger? I don't mind just chatting of course!" She wielded it as she smiled at him. "So, where do we plan to fight?" She had asked him as she walked out of the crowded town and into the grassy plains of the first floor, smiling as she found him walking after her. He takes a moment to think before saying "Well, if you think you are up for it we could try going a bit further out into the fields to fight some wolves! You look a bit too strong for the poor boars I think." He winks to her, smiling to himself as he walks through the fields of the first floor, inhaling the scent of the air. Oh, and don't worry about the bumping into me thing, it was very cute." He drew his dagger from its sheathe and holds it at the ready for when they found something worthy of her. Her eyes bolded with fear of the higher level boars as she had seen them. She wielded her sword in a ready position beginning to bring her blade upon one of the wolfs head. This time she had missed bringing her sword to the ground as she tripped on a stick on the battlefield. She had then took the sword out of the ground as some how she was able to manage it. Zerva 0 Posted June 14, 2014 Author #7 Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 Zerva smiled happily, and with a nod sprints forward at the first wolf, dagger held forward as he ran past the newbie player, leaving a healing potion next to her to take just in case things got more dangerous than she liked! Unfortunately it seemed like he was not going to be the only one fumbling around. His pride as a stronger player washing away as he misses the wolf by a mile while it began to circle him with a predatory look. Trying to save some face he says "Uh, it wouldn't be any fun if I did all the work of course!" He had a bit of blush from his embarrassment happening despite his words. "Switch!" She sword in front of her as she ran forward, jumping as the last action hit her to think that was what she had to do. She smiled as she had hit the first wolf with a critical, doing 2 damage in total, smiling at her sword as she went back to the side Zerva was at, watching him move in front. "SWITCH!" Zerva 0 Posted June 14, 2014 Author #9 Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 Seeing the first blow of the fight be a critical boded well for all involved, and he held his dagger tightly as he charges at the same wolf she had targeted. No point in splitting up when two can kill twice as fast when they focus on one person! With focused eyes he finishes closing the gap between himself and the wolf, jabbing into its shoulder with his dagger before spinning around and slashing across its cheek! Her eyes closed as she opened them a bit awaiting for numbers or to see her fail and run into another tree. She had hit for one damage point, seeing the number fall to the ground, and a large red line across the beast's ribs. While he doubted he would be able to finish the beast unless he was very luck, he was sure he could give her the chance she needed to land the finishing blow! All it was going to take was one more attack, and so he lunges towards the wolf! It seemed he had let his guard down unfortunately, the wolf instead lunging at him and managing to bite onto his let arm, thankfully not his dagger hand. As usual, trying to play it off, he says "I have it distracted, give him another hit!" Despite this he was trying to shake the beast off as best he could! She smiled at her sword, closing her eyes slightly as she had done so. Her eyes slightly opening wondering if she had ran into more bark or she had hit the beast. She had missed, ran into a tree as she felt a nip at her leg. She growled at it as she looked at the beast, taking her sword away from the bark of the tree. Zerva 0 Posted June 14, 2014 Author #13 Report Share Posted June 14, 2014 Zerva hissed in frustration, finally shaking his arm free of the beast which had bitten it, ignoring the red marking on his arm he prepares to counter attack, not wanting this beast to cause them anymore troubles before dealing with its friend! With a smirk he jabbed forward, hitting the wolf in the forehead and making it yelp as he pulls back again before it could bite him, saying to Cinika "Just one more hit, you can do it!" She grins her eyes closed and her blade in front of her as at the last moment she swiped up. She missed and fell toward the ground, her sword swiping her wrist for a hit point. He smiles, letting her have the last hit and by result any reward the wolf dropped. She needed it far more than him! He focuses his attention on the unharmed wolf while leaving the nearly dead one in Cinika's care! He and the wolf dodged and tried to strike at each other, keeping the wolf distracted at the very least so it stayed away from her. She ran forward her sword in front as she started to hear a small howl. Not knowing if it was the fight or the fact that she had hit the beat. She opened her eyes seeing that the wolf had died, taking 2 damage as she smiled and gave Zerva a small thumbs up sign awaiting for his turn to strike the other wolf, so afterward she could strike the same wolf as he was now. Now that the wolf was outnumbered he tried for another attack, slashing forward with his dagger towards the wolf! The wolf had been watching him enough during their fight it seemed that its learning AI was able to dodge the strike, it would have bitten him if he hadn't pulled his arm back! Awaiting for any howls or screams of pain if she had hit the beast. No wonder there was no howl, the only howl there would've been was a laughter type howl. Smiling as she had finished suffering from what she had done, and taking her blade out of the tree once more. When the wolf leaped at him he ducked, stabbing upward while catching the wolf, impaling its belly on his blade before throwing it off and into the nearby tree. "Now you try!" Waiting for if she would run into the dirt again or hit points to fall off the wolf. This time she had hit for 2 damage smiling at the health of the wolf go down. "Switch!"
