Though she had decided to take some time away from questing, given her experience with Calming the Soul, here she was back maybe a little too early for her own liking. There was only a limited amount of time before they finished the game even if it could take years. As sad as it sounds she's not sure she's ready to go back yet, not until she has her fill of the sights.

Sam waited at the the guild hall for Acanthus to be ready. Today they were just investigating a rumor related to the next boss fight that could give them a hint to what they might face. Given that these fights are fight or die, it could be invaluable for everyone in the frontlines. She paced around aimlessly with her cat following around her legs trying to calm her anxiety down but it clearly wasn't working well at all.
