About: Growing up the normal childhood, Guiles moved out into the world on his own. After getting an apartment in a large city he decided to celebrate his new home. He chose to celebrate this by buying his first VR game. S.A.O. He had seen that they were launching it soon, and he wanted to get in on the action. So after luckily snagging one of the 10,000 Nerve gear helmets. Guiles had always played video games, he was more of a average person in highschool. Never was very exceptional at anything. The idea of SAO made him feel that he could escape from mediocrity. His would usually play Fighter type characters, one handed weapons able to be used with two hands. 

 

Virtues: 

Honest: Guiles is a very honest person, in a friendly way. He isnt very blunt (To people that he doesn't want to hurt). He will always tell you the truth. Just gently. 

 

Honorable: His mindset is a very honorable one. He will never use dirty tricks in a fight, and will only lie to benefit others , in a very serious way. Such as to save some ones life, or protect their secrets and such. He will never cheat or deceive an honest person. He is always clear in his intentions. 

 

Patience: He is a very patient person when it comes to things that require patience. He often day dreams while he waits. Alot of the times he will lose track of time and since he is occupied, he is more than happy to patiently wait on someone or on something to happen.

Absentminded: Guiles has a habit for being very absent minded, there have been many days where he day dreams about anything other than real life. He is always day dreaming about history and fictional abilities. Making it hard to some times focus on the task at hand. 

 

Stubborn: Once guile's gets a notion in his head, that he is going to do something. He will do it, this has gotten him into trouble more than one time. He is the type of person, to do something just to prove you wrong. This is constantly endangering him and irritating others. 

 

Hard: Due to his past, deep down. After somthing has triggered his old state of mind. Guiles becomes very distant and very harsh. He is very hard hearted when he gets like this. Guiles will argue with every thing you say, and do it his own way. He becomes very cold and calculating. (Typically what triggers this is a traumatic event)
