Guest Posted December 2, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2014 "Deep in the fields on Floor two lies a mob called the Wind Wasp. These creatures are strong when grouped up but weak when separated. However there was one mob giving the players some trouble. This mob would only spawn at random times though, but rumor has it that if you kill enough weaker wasp, A queen wasp would appear and get revenge. Today Rei was going to kill that wasp. Guest Posted December 2, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Rei Ran into the field scanning the area. There where wasp hives everywhere and they looked vicious. She knew she could not take them all on but if she could lore away from the others... She picked up a rock and toss it in the middle of the group. One was flew into her direction. Rei had just tried to pierce it with her Glaive. Despite how much planning she preformed the bug was ready for her as if it had eyes at the side of its head. Well it did have eyes at the side of its head. Either way Rei missed and the wasp was now able to attack freely. Link to post Share on other sites

It thrust its tail at the girl rapidly but she managed to sidestep every hit. Venom spread everywhere though as the tail became thirsty for her blood. Sensing the danger, The wasp flew out of reach again at the slightest twitch of her Glaive. Rei made a sweeping motion ready to swat it down but the bug was just too fast for her. The wasp tried to sting her in mid air but the girl's Glaive was already over her head. Purple light flashed as the weapon carved through its exo skeletion, carving its hp in halve and then some. The wasp flew down to weak to keep its altitude any more. Rei landed on her feet smiling. The fight was almost over. 3/9 19/19 Link to post Share on other sites

When the bee was within range she struck piercing it in the back, or so she thought. The bee appeared behind her and stung her multiple times in the back. Rei screamed as the venom coursed through her veins before falling down. She picked up her glaive and started walking to the weaken wasp. The wasp's wings buzzed louder as it tried to escape, slightly increasing its speed. Rei's walk evovled into a jog. She lifted the weapon as if it was a lance. Then she switched to a full sprint. This bug would regret its choice of attacks for as Rei pierced its body, she spun tearing the bug to data shreds. Guest Posted December 2, 2014 #8 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Rei put her weapon back on her back proud to have easily destroyed the wasp. She looked around but the queen did not spawn yet. This was not surprising as normally on quest like these, one has to kill 3 to 5 of these creatures, maybe even more. It all depended on your drop rate and how much stronger you are to the mobs. She then jumped up gaining extra height and smashed the bug into the ground. The bug squirmed as it hit the ground, unable to move from the shear shock of the attack. Rei Stood over the wasp pulling her Glaive from its body and inspecting the Body. After dodging death the creature tackled Rei to the ground and proceeded to stabber her with its stinger multiple times Rei screamed as each shot pumped painful venom into her system. The wasp finally flew off of her and tried to fly back to its hive. Rei placed her hand over her wound which was pulsing with pain. Link to post Share on other sites

As she came down the wasp dodged her and and spun around. It armed its stinger and jerked at Rei. Fearing the pain again, she flinched preparing to get stung again, however nothing happened. When she looked up she saw that the wasp was already a few feet ahead of her trying to escape. She kind of felt stupid for falling for that trick. Link to post Share on other sites

She Charged at it screaming and sliced it in halve. The wasp's halves slided before vaporizing into data pieces that offered loot to the killer and the killers party. Poaching at its best when you are loot jesus. Rei had a shortness of breath because of all the energy she stuffed into killing that bug. Link to post Share on other sites
Guest Posted December 2, 2014 #13 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Rei sat down to calm herself. These mobs did not hit hard, so she did not fear death... but god dang it did they not hurt. The pain was real to her. She felt like every sting was going to kill her even though it did so little damage. her next fights, she would have to be careful because there was no telling how long these quest were going to last. Guest Posted December 2, 2014 #14 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Rei slapped her self a few times so she could sike up. She Watched the wasp for any stragglers. They where getting more alert and group together since the few she killed already. The mission was getting tougher too. Although she could, she did not want to fight multiple wasp. She liked her 1v1s. Finally one wasp left the group to search for materials. The time has come for one wasp to die. Link to post Share on other sites

The wasp saw her mid way through her run and rushed her knocking her down. However Rei managed not to get stung only suffering small damage from the tackle. The wasp flew up as it was freed dodging the attack and tried to strike down on the Rei. Rei dove back trying her hardest to avoid that stinger. She Slammed her weapon on the ground and catapulted herself into the air. as the wasp tried to follow her, she slammed down on it sending it flying straight into the ground then she landed slaming her weapon again into the creature crushing it to data dust. she her mastery with spears leveled up after this kill granting her 1 bonus damage. Why did wasp drink water... this was an easy question to answer. Was drink water so that they could make a big splash when it was crushed by Rei's glaive. It was too heavy to just fly away so it had to fight her with its weaken body. As she jumped at it, the wasp flew back, causing Rei to fall into the water. Rei debated how to get it now that she was stuck in the water, then she got an idea. She shoved her Glaiver into the wasped tail and hanged on tightly as the wasp dragged her onto land.
