Profile:» Username: Nemesis» Real name: Joshua» Age: 21» Gender: Male» Height: 6"3 » History: Joshua comes from a long background of rich businessmen, his father, his grand father and his great grand father who were all wealthy. Despite being next inline to inherent the family business, Joshua turned down the offer on his 18th birthday, the day he became an adult. He saw businessmen as arrogant; greedy pigs who cheat others to get what they want, especially his father. After turning down the offer his father was enraged and the two got in a heated argument. His father disowned him and left him with $100,000 to get out of his sight for good. Joshua really couldn't care less and was happy to no longer be connected to such filth. He got back on his feet by working in tech design, building robotics. The private education he received from his father for his whole pre-adult life moulded him into the genius in technology he is today. When he heard about sword art online he was intrigued greatly, not by the game but mostly by the nerve gears technology and so his journey begins. » Personality: Joshua is the type of man who wont take crap from anyone. He doesn't seek for approval and doesn't need input from anyone. He is a fountain of confidence and charisma, it is very rare for him to ever lose his focus. When someone is nice to him he often won't return the friendly gesture for the sake of it, he will genuinely find something good about the person to reply with and if he cant then he simply won't. He will very rarely say something he doesn't mean or won't back up. When something important to him is challenged or stepped on he will retaliate with an unyielding fire. He despises anyone who does wrong by another person. He places a very large value on a persons life; seeing it as a precious gift not to be wasted, if he sees a murderer he automatically sees that person as worthless, period. If a person is also the reason for their own death, he would have seen that person as worthless too. However when he makes a mistake, he often will blame himself constantly for it and at times he can destroy himself. He strives for perfection and if he doesn't reach it he lashes out at himself for it. » Virtues: Knowledge: Joshua is extremely intelligent in multiple subjects. His father made sure he was well organised and educated as a child and has only ever gone uphill. Even after leaving his home; Joshua has always strived to increase his pool of knowledge, almost as if he lived off the stuff. Specifically however, a lot of his focus went into robotics and technology, he has a good understand of the games mechanics and uses his common sense to exploit the system. At times it seems like he has a great amount of skill in combat when really he just has a good understanding of the systems software. Temperance: Joshua rarely ever sees the need to go overboard on indulgences and often shows great self restraint in other situations. Due to his temperance he will only ever go overboard on something if he can justify it. It is rare to ever see his impulses get out of hand. It is because of this temperance that bad things often don't happen to him, though he may think something negative, he'll just keep it to himself. His temperance is closer to Prudence, as he often will always take his future encounters into consideration. Righteousness: Joshua is righteous. He will always do things that are morally justified with himself. He will never do something that challenges his beliefs. He will always find reasons to the things that he does and will never take blatant, idiotic risks. However, this righteousness is specific to his own moral beliefs. It can often put him in horrible situations but they won't matter as that action will be justified to him and so the consequences, to him, do not exist. » Flaws:Stoic to emotion: Joshua is stoic, not just to his own pain but to the emotions of others. He often won't understand the reason to why people feel the way they do as he himself just puts up with everything, or rather never lets it effect him. Due to this, he often rubs off on people as cold or insensitive. Often his knowledge and logic play a big part in this stoic nature, if someone is complaining about not getting what they want he would simply ignore that want and continue with whatever they where talking about before. It has also been a problem with his love life, whenever a female shows interest in him he is completely oblivious to it. Wrath: Just because Joshua is stoic and tempered it does not mean he doesn't have emotion. He is capable of feeling, however when that feeling is anger, it goes beyond and turns into rage. Though his anger is true and rages with an unyielding fire it is never unjustified. Simply don't piss him off and you won't feel his wrath. Though, pissing him off is extremely difficult as he is stoic to emotion, righteous and tempered. It is normally when his convictions are challenged that his wrath is unleashed, it has to happen inside himself or it wont happen at all. In short Joshua doesn't get angry, he get furious. Perfectionist/Self destructive: Though Joshua will never complain about his problems and often endures them. When he's alone he will let his emotions run free. If he doesn't do something right, or does something he feels is a mistake he will tear himself apart because of it. He strives for perfection and if he doesn't reach it he lashes out at himself for it. Sometimes it can get so bad he goes on a downward spiral that can be tough to recover from.
