Gritting his teeth, a image of horror jolts into his mind and staining his thoughts making him even more focused on the unbelievably fact that he is stuck here. Snake pulls out his cutlass sword and gazes over the sharp curved blade, moving it around reflecting light off its surface and reaches his eyes. (This is going to be tough having to clear all 100 levels, he lets out a small sigh, but it is the only way i can feel like i'm doing something.) He slides the sword in his sheath that dangles from his waist, he takes a deep breath and takes his first steps out of the city. (this is actually supposed to be a [PP] topic sorry for the mistake.) Casting a red tint over the land making the water in the distance turn reddish-orange along with the sky. Looking past the view, snake spots a mutant. He glances at the mutant to study it nd figure out how to kill it the easiest way. (with its long legs and short axe he could probably slide under him and impaled it, then slam into the ground using it weight. Okay.) Taking his cutless from its sheath, snake sprints towards the target. Snake slides for a foot and lifts up planting the sword into the monster's back and slams it to the ground. The mutant turns it's head and launches its foot into snake's abdomen and throws him a good foot away. Flying through the air snake thinks of how fast he could die in this world, a loud thud pounded his ears and his breath out. In an instant, which seemed like eternity, snake takes his sword and slips it into the monster's spine. Running it along its spine the creature lets out a screech, but was muted after it bursts into pixels. Heart racing with adrenaline, snake sees a wolf in the grass. Stalking its prey. He crouch and starts in the wolf's direction, the tall grass brushed against his face along with a few flowers that are good for dye. Snake is a few meters away when things got out of hand. Stepping to the lone wolf, snake readys his cutless for a clean swipe to the neck, but the wolf that walked off is now behind him. He takes a deep breath and in an instant snake turns around with a swing of his blade attempting to plant it into the Mutt, but the wolf ducks and lounges at him with its claws out and mouth gaping open. Snake dodge rolls to the right and out of the wolf's path. (This thing is pretty fast witted, so let's see who is smarter.) Thinking fast he shifts his weight to the left and drops to the ground, dodging the creatures careless attack. Taking his sword and handing it sideways like a knife he taunts the wolf to make a move. Showing its teeth without growling it lows its head and ready its back legs for a pounce, seeing This he takes caution and gets into a stance. (God, I hope this works.) The wolf jumps back and stares at him with a low growl and bare teeth, but something broke the stare after something had jumped onto snake's back and bites his arm. Failing to get it off snake manages to grab it and throw it away, looking at the two wolves, snake hands the sword properly and gets ready to parry against the monsters' attacks. The wolves are like they are in sync. Because they're both growling and lowing their heads at the same time. (Let's hope they don't attack all at once.) Although he was able to put one down on the ground he just wasn't fast enough to take the second one. The wolf bites at his neck and snake feels the pain surging through his body, in a quick jolt, he hits the wolf on the side making it let go of his neck. Snake backs away from them to put a little distance and so he can think a little more before they get to him. The wolves start walking slowly towards him, snake gets ready to dodge their attack. Snake sees them both on the ground and comes down with his cutless, but the wolves roll out of the path of the sword. (Is this going to be the end? if so then I'm going down with a fight.) His eyes narrows on the wolves with their teeth showing and a deep growl, their feral eyes show restlessness and hatred. Taking in a deep breath snake readys himself to parry, sweat beads off his forehead and pixelates into the air. His though are rushing past like shooting stars in the sky, (maybe if I attack first?) The wolf latches onto him and begins to claw at his chest, snake grabs it and rips the beast off of him. snake glances at his health bar, his eyes widen and his heart beat increases. Adrenaline begins its course and he starts to become shaky, the sudden rush makes him blackout, but he is still conscious. griping the handle with enough force that could break he looks at the wolves in front of him fixing to attack. One of the wolves takes the first go and snake side steps then tries to slash that the wolf, the blade passes by the wolf an inch away and slices nothing but air. having a little feral sense snake backs three steps and takes position again ready for one of them to attack again, but for one second snake remembers some of his past... before this game. A flash back of him looking into the mirror and asking why did everything have to die? although he still hadn't found the answer he still searches for it, maybe he will find it later on in life or maybe now. The wolf in front takes off at snake, taking caution snake evades and slashes at the other wolf that was watching, but it evades as well. the wolves regroup and back up still ready to attack as snake slowly walks up to them. one of the wolves stumbles when hitting a rock bulging out of the ground, folding its legs and stumbles to to ground. The wolf other wolf looks at snake with savage eyes and a heavy snarl trying to intimidate snake, smiling, "come and take your revenge for your fallen comrade." Snake starts towards the lone wolf and beckons the animal to come fourth, taking steps towards each other they both start into a dead sprint towards each other. Shielding his face snake dodge rolls and evades its attack, snake rolls back to his feet and gets ready to attack. Eventhough the odds of him winning was pretty high, he knew not to let his guard down because that would cost him. The wolf's hair is standing a little higher than before, but that only ment he was missing off the wolf even more. Smiling snake looks back into the wolf's and sees nothing but rage and hate. Falling to the ground the wolf gets up and leaps away from him, taking cautious steps the wolf circles around snake. Watching his every move the wolf stops circling and just stares at him with its deep white eyes Taking his cutless and flips it to its proper position, he looks at the feral animal. shadowsnake1001 0 Posted February 22, 2015 Author #15 Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 snake jolts to a sprint towards the animal with his arms behind him and cutlass in hand, he gets within a foot and brings the sword up and down with a fierce swing. plummeting down at the wolf it tries to get out of the way, but is pinned down by the blade when it slices through it and it bursts into pixels. breathing heavily snake stands up up straight and starts to the gate before anything else can attack him; stumbling while he walks to the gate he thinks of how lucky he was to survive the gruesome battle. Although that little skirmish was nothing compared to beyond the 1st floor and he knew this, to choke out the thoughts he looks down at the grass waving in the wind. so frail and weak. Plopping his butt down onto the bench he takes out a piece of bread and some water, taking slow bites and he looks up the building and people around him. the though of staying hear was a bad idea and that would get him no where, (i wonder if i can be able to lead a few raids on the floor bosses?) he snaps back to reality and starts to smile, he bites the last of the bread and drinks the last of his water and stands up. snake looks towards the gate's entrance and then to his sword, he takes a deep breath and exhales while he walks back out of the gate. -1 bread 9 bread -1 water 14 water Quote Report Link to post Share on other sites
