Skylar 0 Posted March 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2015 It was a great day as any to get some practice in. Skylar loved a good fight but it was time he tested out his new shield. He had to get the hang of fighting before he entered any dangerous boss battles. Boars are always a good start one or two would not be able to take him down so easily. It moved as if attacking Skylar was the most natural thing to do. It must have a death with. The boar ran right into Rose Quartz knocking him back a little. The new weight of the shield really threw off his balance. He missed the boar by 4 inches before falling flat on his but. The boar looked as if it was confused. Luckily Skylar was a bit too fast for that. He did a backwards flip allowing the boar to crash into the spot he was just sitting in. "Stupid pig!" He laughed at the boar taunting it into a rage. The balancing was still a bit off and his kick passed as if it was not even aiming for the boar. Fighting was always the most irritating when you could not actually hit the target. That is right I called you a girl pig and fat." Skylar may not be much of a trash talker but it worked for the boar. It came at him full force. Skylar was ready, so he went for it. He lifted his leg up too perform a side kick. His foot started to move above the boars head, so he changed the angle to have it come crashing down as a heel drop. The look of rage on it's snout was actually very impressive. The game creators put good work into the graphics. Skylar often had a hard time remembering this place was not real. The boar that was running towards him was data. Even if the boar could kill him. He brought his shield up to take the brunt of his attacks. Skylar took that opportunity to jump on the boars back and smash it's face into the shield. The boar took some damage at the onslaught of the martial artist. He would win this fight against this stupid animal. Skylar promised himself not to die until he at least found a boyfriend. At the very least someone he could trust to watch his back besides Rutta. It was woozy as it is and Skylar doubted it could take another hit. His battle healing kicked in bringing him back up to full health. The boar snorted and tried to end him. The boar was not that smart because running into that shield is what did it in. As the boar felt the horrible recoil it burst into data. "Well Rose I say you did a wonderful job at keeping me alive." Skylar picked up the cole and got ready for his next battle. He put on his Garnet Gloves and waited for the next boar. Boar HP: 0 (-2 thorn damage) Skylar HP: 16/17 (healed one damage and took one from the boar) Gained 60 Col Equipped Garnet +1 Mat Link to post Share on other sites

The next boar he noticed was bigger "Alright Garnet let's one hit ko this thing." Why was he talking to himself? Who knew but he felt powerful. Since the first time he started playing SAO he felt strong, independent, and fearless. He could very well die in this battle but he really doubted it. He knew he would win. He ran towards the boar and jumped above it. He brought his hands down as if it were a mallet. Hitting the boar in the skull. The boar's health bar dropped to just a little above the half mark. He moved towards the board and grabbed the snout with his hands. He brought his knee up to get a good hit into the snout, hardly avoiding the tusks. The boar wanted revenge it lowered it snout and pointed the tusks in Skylar's direction. The tusk managed to pierce Skylar before he was able to get out the way. He slowly walked up to the unmoving boar and punched it in the snout to finish it of. He looked around for loot. It was a dud and no loot dropped. 16581 6 12 1 1 Heals one damage and the boar dies. The chances of walking out of this will be difficult all by itself. Skylar slowly sneaked up on the boar king before leaping to bring the heel down on it's neck. It wasn't as nimble as the others and Skylar was able to leap to the side, avoiding the pole like tusks. Skylar allowed it to get closer before flipping backwards and bringing his legs straight up to kick the king in the throat. Apparently it was a sore spot as the boar staggered as the health bar dropped. 16598 10 6 16 1 Skylar gets a super critical hit on the king. When he first started he was weak and alone, now he feels so much more stronger with his items. The boar was more ready as it charged full force. Skylar was able to raise Rose and dug his feet into the ground. Stopping the boar in it's tracks. The Shock hit Skylar to cause a bit of damage but Rose damaged the boar just as well. 16599 2 3 10 6 Skylar got hit and lost one HP The thorns hit the boar and cause two HP lost Skylar HP: 13/17 Boar King: 16/30 Link to post Share on other sites

He moved to punch the Boar King and managed to hit the tusk instead. No damage was done but he rolled to avoid a quick swipe to his head. His battle healing kicked in and he recovered some HP. 16600 3 11 18 4 No Damage was exchanged Skylar healed due too battle healing Skylar HP: 14/17 Boar King: 16/30 Link to post Share on other sites
