Kazyto opened his eyes from a deep slumber, probably from wandering about the day prior. "Yawn! Well, guess it's time to level up, I suppose. Wonder what deserves to die to my dagger!" From the distance he hears a pack of wolves. From the adventure he had had yesterday he knew hat the Field of Crossroads was over there. But instead decides to lay down under a tree, and take another nap. Wondering, why he chose a tree and not a rock or walk towards one of he various villages around the floor. "To much of a hassle at night, moonlight is not as great as the sun, so I should wait for a partner." Also grabs a bite right before he sleeps.

Klick was coming back from a late night of exploring the deep lands of floor 1. He had battled tooth and nail in a attempt to survive and conquer the evil demon mobs which transvered these corrupted lands. Cutting up mobs and destroying their very souls. Or at least all of that happened in his head. In reality... virtual reality he just got lost in the forest chasing a light like a moth to a flame and finally made it out. As he was walking he saw something moving in a tree.
(Japanese) "I... Know... Something's there... Come out"
He quickly equipped his shield and made a fist behind it. Worried about getting ambushed, he figured he would call them out in hopes of deterring at attack.

[Zeri 0]

Zeri was walking around the Field of Crossroads in the middle of the night as he is just taking in the sights. "Why does the most beautiful things have to be so deadly?" He said that as he equipped his weapon, 'Claymore of Amarok', and his armor, 'Curiass of Immortality', just in case something comes out and tries to ambush him.

Then after a little more walking, Zeri had heard someone yelling at someone or something and wonder what it was. So Zeri had walked towards the noise and soon found another player. He walked up to the player and said, "Hey there, nice to meet you!" Then Zeri looked around and then asked him a question, "So...is there anything in particular you're looking for?"

Kazyto then woke up just in time to here somebody say "So is there anything in particular your looking for?" Still a little drowsy he turns to look at said player. Above his head it says 'Zeri'. "Cool name, also he seems nice enough to talk to." he thought to himself. "Uhh, yeah you up for killing some wolves, I heard a pack of them nearby. All though they probably left a while ago. We could always go hunting."

Klick saw movement of another player walking towards a tree. Klick immediatly Dashed to the area holding his shield up. When he arrived he saw to lower players, one level 1, and the other level 5. They did not look dangerous (which he was really happy about) and he put away his shield and scratched his head. He felt alittle embarras to be scared of 2 people on the newbie spectrum of the game like he was. (japanese) " Oh... only people... Uh... Greetings... I'm Klick..." She said struggling to get his words out his mouth. He hoped the other players would understand him and his Perfect Japanese.

[Zeri 0]

"Hmm some wolves, that seems alright." The player had said to him. Not too long after he saw another player approached them with his shield up. He wondered why he did that but didn't ask. Then he struggled to introduce himself to us. He chuckled at Klick and said,"Something tells me you haven't been in Japan for a while. But not everybody in this game is from Japan so I think you should take that into account next time you meet a player, but I do understand where you coming from. I'm Zeri by the way. This is person over here is...a person who wanted to kill some wolves. So, do you want to join us Klick?"

Klick's brain nearly fried as he attempted to understand the huge paragraph of words Zeri was saying. Klick did not fully comprehend everything he said, but it sounded like he was being looked down upon for his horrible japanese skills. There was a greeting thrown in there and then he was asked something about wolves. He let out a sigh of disappointment. He failed again to understand everything what was spoken, however he did managed to pick up the important parts, at least he beleived he did. Not wanting to brunt another long paragraph of words, he took out a pen and paper and scribled what he wanted to say next and showed Zeri the paper. -written in perfectly Japanese-

 

I apologized for the inconvenient produced from my weak Japanese speaking skill. I do understand the language; however, I still have trouble with comprehending the different dialect and speaking the words.

 

He thought about the last statement about the wolves and figured he was asking to help kill them. He did not mind after all he was a tank.

"Do not... mind... Killing wolves"

It was clear that Klick didn't understood what Zeri said, which made him blush real bad due to the fact that Klick might had a real hard time understanding all that he had just said. Then Klick handed him a piece of paper which he had written on.

Zeri had read what it had said and covered his mouth with his hand and said, "Maybe I should take this a little bit at a time." Then he thought about something for a moment and said, " Maybe we should hang out some other time after this." Then he said about going ahead and killing wolves and Zeri said, "Should we go ahead or wait for the other player."

As Kazyto was getting ready to open his mouth to speak to the new arrival, four wolves had jumped out of the nearby gathering of trees, foaming at the mouth.

"Ahh!" He said while spasms were happening all over his arm. He reached for his dagger and dropped it. As he bent over to pick it up the wolves got closer and closer.

"Damn moonlight." He exlcaimed looking for his dagger, rustling through the dirt, getting more and more frustrated as he went on. He grabbed it and jumped back. "I can use a little help!" He shouted to the players he just met.

Klick watched as four wolfs surrounded Kazyto. Klick gritted his teeth and backed up a bit. He was not sure if he could take on the wolfs alone and the boy barely had the hp to survive the fight had they all strike at once. Klick turned to Zeri wondering what he was going to do. Klick took a stance though and waited for one of the two people to take action. His heart was beating rampit and sweat was running down his face as he tried to think of a way to get the boy out of the danger. The only idea he could think of was each person taking on a wolf, but who would get the 4 one. Time was ticking away as the boy dropped his dagger. Klick felt even more scared as now the boy was an open target and probably had no experice. Was his life going to end now?

Ourian was wandering around in the woods for something to pass the time when he heard someone shouting. Wasting no time he rushed over to the source of the voice and finds a player surrounded by 4 wolves.

"Gotta act fast..." he says to himself, drawing his sword and rushing at the nearest wolf.

Positioning himself next to the player, he prepares to fight.

"We'll save the introductions for later. Let's kill these bastards."

(I am determining the HP based off of what I am seeing in this thread. From what I can tell, Kazyto was Lv1, Klick and Zeri were both Lv5. Correct me if I am wrong)

"Thanks!" He yelled to the other player, whose name seemed to be Ourian. He scrambled to his feet and grabbed his dagger in his hand and prepared to attack the second beast.

Kazyto swung his dagger blindly, and missed as most would expect, while leaving himself open for a counter attack. The wolf took the offer and tried to scratch Kazyto but also missed. "That was a close one i could have died for a second there. Or worse." Kazyto got back up and positioned himself next to Ourian waiting for the next attack from either group.

"Alright then lets go." Zeri said as he approached the wolves. "Everyone pick one off before you gang up on the wolves ok." The second wolf came up and slashed him with its claw. "Woah! Good thing I got my armor on, or that would've really hurt!" Then Zeri noticed Ourian and said to him, "Hey there."

Thinking quickly, Ourian kicks the wolf he was currently engaged in combat with and made a beeline for the one that attacked Kazyto.

Slashing at the wolf, it jumps back to avoid the slash, the jumps at Ourian only to jump over him and get kicked in the rear and away from the two of them. Getting back up, Ourian positions himself back to back with Kazyto.

"Keep calm... focus... and breathe... I'll do everything within my power to protect you. This I promise." Ourian said reassuringly, hoping that Kazyto could overcome his fear enough to survive.

Back to back with Ourian, Kazyto stares at the wolves around him. He decides to attack the one he tried to hit before, trying his

luck,hoping to have more luck on this try. Focusing on whst Ourian said to him he swings again.

Hit! Kazyto feels his blade go through the wolf and a limb, as he looks down he sees a removed paw from its owner. The crippled'wolf attacked but missed yet again. Kazyto moves back to Ourian, and gestures to Zeri to come over towards him.

"Not good..." Ourian thought. Kazyto struck a rather nasty blow on the wolf, making it more likely that that wolf in particular will go after him. I gotta get its attention off of him! He thought, springing into action and attacking the wolf with everything he had.

As he rushed at the wolf, however, he had forgotten that Kazyto was right next to him and tripped over him. Scrambling to get back up, Ourian feels something bite hard into his right shoulder.

 

"GAAGH!" He screamed as the wolf sank its teeth into his collarbone.

Klick watched as Zeri went in. Since there was now four players, Klick felt the treat levels were reduce enough to were he could successfully get everyone out alive. Seeing how everyone was dodging there own wolf, Klick ran up to the last wolf. The wolf was jumping at the newbie but klick was not allowing that to go any further

The wolf ended up biting Klicks arm, however klick procceded to put the old dog in the head forcing it to release him. Klick then kicked the wolf a few feet away and looked at his arm. It was not damaged badly thanks to his armor but it was a really good hit never the least. He would have to be careful for now on

"Little bastard!" Ourian groaned, trying to make the wolf release him. Finally having enough, Ourian flipped his sword around, wielding it back-handed, and attempted to stab the wolf that was latched on to him.

Stabbing it right in the eye, Ourian twists the blade, gouging its eye out and causing it bite down harder in pain, further injuring Ourian, before letting go and yelping. 

 

As soon as the wolf backed off, it howled, causing all four to surround the players.

 

"Oh great... THIS can't be good..." Ourian sighed, readying his sword while massaging his wounded shoulder.

 

(OOC: I figured that we oughta give the wolves a turn of their own, each one getting their own dice roll.)

Without warning, each wolf sprung into action.

Jumping at Ourian, it lands right in front of him as Ourian slashed at it, then jumped up at him, knocking him prone, and biting down on his sword arm.

Weakened from many attacks, the wolf lays down.

Rushing up to Zeri, it latches on to his leg and clamps its jaws down hard.

"I'll finish him off!" yelled Kazyto as he rushed towards the wolf he originally attacked, hoping to get the kill. Kazyto thought of all the troubles he went through just to kill one wolf, thinking he might die to the rest.
