I was too eager and should have thought this out a little better attacking from a different angle. The boar's tusk came swinging into my chest and I was thrown backward. " Come on you got this. It's just a boar." I stood up quickly and created a little distance between me and the large pair of tusks that just hit me. My blade formed a long red gash as it connected with the boar. Focusing too much on my attack I failed to protect myself and the boar hit me in the side with its tusk once more not making me feel too well. This battle was almost over and I was going to come out on top for sure. I can't let this boar get the best of me. I put some distance between us once more setting up a defensive stance. I tasted pretty good. It was a mixture of fruit punch and coffee. A strange combination but I was thankful as I saw my hp bar climb back up to the green and become full again. I discarded the empty bottle and as it hit the ground it burst into pixels and faded away. The boar came at me again and I was able to dodge its attack and I began to ready myself for another. I ripped out my blade kicking the boar with my foot. As my blade dislodged itself the boar burst into pices and faded away in the air. " ha there we go that is more like it." I saw a small tusk on the ground and added it to my inventory. Along side the tusk was also a small bag containing col. "Okay now we go and find another boar." I told myself. Before I engaged in battle I took the moment of being out of the boars line of sight to take a deep breath and I ran at the boar with a swerving motion to get some good momentum to kill the beast. I caught the boar off guard and as my blade flung down on the back of the boar it connected and split the boar in two. With a sharp squeal from the boar it turned into a cloud of pixels and I began to laugh. " that was a great attack" I found another tusk where its body once stood and I added it to my inventory. As I closed the distance between us It turned its head looking at me and began running at me. I barely had enough time to dodge out of the way and I fell into a front roll. As I summersaulted I came back to my feet facing the boar once more. " Okay I see how it is you swine. Lets dance then" I Readied my blade again as the boar ran at me once more. The boar stopped its advance once it passed me and I readied myself for another attempt at stopping the boar's attack. I stood my ground and took a deep breath. Centering myself I looked at the boar headfirst and smiled as it started to run at me. this time I was determined on killing this boar. Right when the boar's tusk was going to hit me I swung my blade in an arc knocking it backward. My blade connecting with the boar's tusks did no damage but throwing it back a distance game me the chance to move to upper ground for a better angle for attacking. The boar got back up and snorted. Looking up at me I realized it looked enraged and was set on trying to kill me. "Okay this is gonna be fun." I held my sword back readying myself to gut the boar when it gets closer. The boar didn't have time to dodge my blade as I lashed down in a sideways arc and hit it in the back leaving a large cut. "First hit. Now lets finish this little dance." I said as I held my blade up getting ready for another attack. The boar got up and obviously hurt, started to turn around to come at me once more. I took a breath and started to smile. My blade making a full upward spiral found the boar's neck and slit it like a warm knife through butter. The boar grunted and the poor beast burst into dust leaving behind a tusk that I walked over and added to my inventory. " That was fun. I'm sorry it had to end so soon" I said to the cloud of pixels as the boar faded away into the wind. Now having all the materials the trainer wanted I began my way back to the crafting hall. " Hey I got the materials that you were wanting. See I am devoted in being an alchemist." I pulled the three tusks from my inventory and showed him. " Ah so you did. I see that you are able to do the grunt work. I just hope that you have luck in the future when crafting. " He pulled from his apron a slip of paper. " Here you go. It's your title as a Beginning Alchemist." I took the slip and a window appeared in front of me. It said 'Are you sure you want to be an alchemist? Once you choose you cannot have another profession.' I tapped the accept button and the window went away. The man looked at me and said "Congratulations. You can come back here to the crafting hall anytime you wish. Good luck" He turned away and went back to work. I left the crafting hall and made my way back to the Inn I've been staying at.
