{PP-F3} The Flower, and the Flame -Esther and Domarus-

Recommended Posts

Domarus stood on a cliff on the third floor.  Keres was waiting back in the town since players couldn't die in there, and he desired some time to think.  Keres of course wanted to come with since she wanted more time with him but she understood and respected him as she always did.  So there was a compromise.  She could stay in the town keeping an eye out for players while he was out there by himself.  Keres sat on a bench by the warp panel as she waited, Porvós, her flaming snake, wrapped around her torso as usual.  Ever since the game changed where they could not feel pain no matter what they did, Keres had...  Well spiraled down into despair, struggling with withdrawal symptoms, severe ones too.  Soon enough she had got out of it, and with it she had no choice but to find something to keep her mind off of it.  And what she decided was...  Well she hadn't really decided yet.  Given her position she couldn't do much mischievous deeds since she needed to protect Domarus' reputation.  The hard part was finding a way to satisfy her devious needs to see others emotions flare up, whether by embarrassment or anger she didn't care.  Something to distract herself from not being able to feel pain of any sort.

In the meantime Domarus stood staring out at the floor.  It wasn't a relatively huge floor, but it did have some quiet places left.  Lately there hadn't been many players interested in joining him, even with his reputation.  He needed to start the guild soon but lacked the players to do so.  Kotone was already on board of course, as was Hidden.  However Hidden wasn't exactly consistent, and Kotone while definitely dedicated wasn't nearly prepared for what he had in stored.  Embers would be a slow process at best, but once she did join his side she would be a powerful ally to be certain.  Rhozarth sat on a nearby boulder, scanning the area for any players that may approach.  With his familiar as his watchful eye, Domarus would be able to ignore any need of facade, his face dark, his eyes blazing with a cruel and determined fire.  He didn't care about those who opposed them as they would be obliterated.  His enemies crushed and those loyal joining his side.  Nothing would stop him if it was the last thing he did.
