  1. Iskandar made his way through the forest and to the location marked on his map. He looked around, scratching his head slightly. "That young maiden must've marked the map wrong. There is nothing to conquer in this area. Once I claim this forest, such issues shall never happen!" He turned to walk away and continue his search, but then heard a strange rustling nearby. Something was here, and Iskandar was going to be prepared for whatever was lying in wait. He drew his sword and turned back around, getting into an offensive stance. Out from behind a tree came a creature the likes of which Iskandar had never seen. He looked upon it in disbelief, not sure what to make of the strange creature before him.

A white flower-like creature with spots stood before Iskandar. it was a large white body with roots for feet, thin vines extending from its body to leaves for hands. It didn't seem to have any eyes, though it had a gigantic drooling mouth with disturbingly big lips and white teeth. The top of it's head had a red blooming flower. It stood a good meter and a half tall, which was unusually big for a flower. To Iskandar, however, the size didn't even faze him. He was still plenty taller than the flora that challenged him. "Is this the only creature brave enough to stand against the mighty Iskandar?! SO BE IT! COME BOLD FLOWER AND SHOW ME YOUR MIGHT! I, ISKANDAR, SHALL TEST YOUR STRENGTH! You shall feel the power of conquest when I crush you into dust!" Iskandar grinned with a determined glare, ready to slice the monster into bits.

  2. Out in the forests on floor 1, all kinds of creatures could be found. Boars and wolves, strange plant creatures, and maybe some kobold if you went deep enough in. It was in this forest that the mighty king Iskandar would find himself. He walked his way from the closest town in order to complete a quest he had just taken on. The goal was to find a medicinal ingredient for a young girl. The catch was that the ingredient dropped from a special mob found only in the forest. He trekked through the woodlands with his chest popped out and a look of fierce determination in his eyes. He planned on conquering this plant with ease and making off with the goods like a plundering King should.

However, it would not be that easy. Iskander.....was not the best at directions. He wound up getting himself a little lost in the woods. "DAMMIT! Why do these woods have to be complicated? Which way was the flower again?!" He looked around a bit, scratching his head in confusion. It wasn't until a few moments later that Iskandar remembered to check his map. "That's right! My map was updated with a location for the quest!" Iskandar quickly opened his map and promptly found the direction in which he was supposed to be headed. "This battle shall be glorious! The enemy shall fall before my might, and I shall takes the first steps to eternal glory!"

  3. FOR THE GLORY OF CONQUEST!

It was another glorious day on Floor 1 on Aincrad. The sun was shining, the air fresh, and some adventurers moving about. Of these adventurers, there was one in particular that stood out. A hulking man that towered over all the others. He wore red attire and carried a single straight sword as a weapon. His face seemed to be be half covered in crimson hair thanks to his beard. And who was this unusual, unreasonably jacked man moving through one of the towns on floor 1 in search of quests? It was none other than the Great Iskandar. The man that would one day conquer the floors of Aincrad and lead the frontlines to glory as King.

Iskandar was looking for a decent quest to help him level as well as improve his gear. His search led him to a seemingly easy quest that tasked him with finding a medicinal herb out in a nearby forest. He spoke to the young girl npc offering the quest, listening to how the medicinal herb was needed for an ailing family member. Even though it was an npc, how could the glorious king refuse such a heartfelt request? "I, ISKANDAR, KING OF CONQUERORS, HEREBY ACCEPT THIS QUEST! I shall retrieve this flower for you young maiden so your kin shall not fade to the afterlife!" After accepting the quest, Iskandar prepared his gear and set out for the forest in order to retrieve the herb and claim his reward.

  4. Your Mighty King Iskandar here looking for brave adventurers to journey with my on a quest to catch up and reach the upper floors! There will be danger, but there shall also be reward, riches, your names in history! Join your king in trekking up the floors at an astounding rate!

The price to pay for missing much of the campaign in a whole lot of catch up.

  5. Shanok mentioned that they were going to see the guild leader right then and there. To go from just doing his daily conquests to joining a guild and meeting the man in charge...it was something Iskandar had never expected. "The guild leader you say? Hmmmmm...." Iskandar walked with Shanok in thought. "Well, being able to negotiate an alliance would work best by talking to the head of this guild. Tis much easier to make the Conquest successful when you ignite a fire in the heart of the one in charge."

They teleported up to the fourth floor, a brand new town and experience for Iskandar. "THIS IS GLORIOUS! A WHOLE NEW FLOOR JUST TEEMING WITH POTENTIAL RECRUITS TO JOIN THE ARMIES OF THE KING OF CONQUERORS! ONCE BUSINESS HAS CONCLUDED WITH THIS GUILD LEADER, THIS FLOOR SHALL SEE NEW GLORY!"

  6. Iskandar was about to depart for town, but before he could, Shanok posed an offer to him. So there was a reason that this strong player came out of nowhere to go hunting with Iskandar. A guild; something Iskandar had never considered. Normally, one would expect that Iskandar would just form his own and have all the members of his army join it. However, Iskandar was not thinking like that. Right now, he was too low level to be able to lead a guild of warriors. Joining a guild and recruiting them for his conquest from within would do much more good. Access to warriors, resources, and glory; it would be perfect.

"Hmmmm...quite the unexpected offer coming from you. But not at all undesired. Joining a guild would prove beneficial for someone like me. Very well then! Make it happen! This guild shall gain a King and they shall join in the conquest! With the King of Conquerors in the group, there shall be no stopping us!" Iskandar would then turn to Shanok. "So what is required to make this happen?"

  7. Iskandar took the map data, adding it to his map with a grin. "Glorious! This solves one issue that I would have faced soon enough. You do your King proud!" Iskandar stood up and turned to Shanok. "So, what do you have planned for the rest of your day? Planning on heading back up to the higher floors? Perhaps I'll see more of you while I work on advancing past these starter floors." Iskandar then turned to the direction of town. "Shall we head back for now?"

  8. Iskandar sat on the ground and stretched, thinking about what he would do next in his quest to rule Aincrad. He was leaving most of the thinking to his closest retainer for the moment, so he never truly gave it much consideration. "I have not given it much consideration, to be honest. As of right now, I have a couple allies that aid me while I gain strength, but I cannot do much as I am now." Iskandar then turned to Shanok.

"I know that you are much stronger than me. To have such a loyal warrior is glorious! But first, it's probably best if I rest a bit before we head back out to gain me a few more levels." Iskandar would then stand up and look at his hands. "This gear shall not last long at this rate." He turned back to Shanok. "I would hear your thoughts! You are a loyal warrior that shall be present for the conquering of Aincrad!"

  9. With the last wolf dead, Iskandar looked around to see if there were any other enemies that needed vanquishing. Unfortunately, he could not see any in the immediate area. With a sigh, Iskandar sheathed his sword, the day's conquest at an end. "Tis a shame; today's glorious conquest did not have the outcome I expected. I must do more if I'm ever to catch up to the warriors fighting floor bosses. My path to conquest is being carved too slowly."

Iskandar then turned around to the other player that was with him. This Shanok had begun speaking to him, and a King must listen to the words of his subjects. "Thank you. But what did you expect from the King of Conquerors?! A king must always be the best; he must always stand above those around him and show that he is not like the other warriors! This is how he puts all others in awe, and how others will be aspired to follow such a king to the end!"

Iskandar sat down at Shanok asked him what he was going to do next. "I must carve a path of glory to the front lines and beyond. Right now, even though I am glorious, I am still far behind those that currently do battle with truly deadly beasts and floor bosses. If I do not catch up with those warriors, the flames of aspiration I have lit in the hearts of those I've met shall soon be extinguished. I must get stronger than I already am so my loyal warriors can conquer this world, laying claim to its wonders and riches! All shall bask in the glory of Iskandar, King of Conquerors!"

  10. Iskandar watched as Shanok went forward and took out one of the last two wolves. It left him with but one more that needed to be vanquished. It was a seemingly simple task for the mighty King of Conquerors. "This conquest will be over before it ever even began! An easy victory for such magnificent warriors!" Iskandar charged off towards the final wolf, intent on removing it from this world permanently.

The final wolf charged at Iskandar, desiring to tear the King to shreds. However, Iskandar was not worried because he decided at the beginning of this game that he would never die here. "Feel the sting of my blade, foul beast! Speak of my glory in the afterlife!" Iskandar thrust out his sword, the wolf lunging at him at the same moment. That was the wolf's mistake. It allowed Iskandar to shove his sword right through the wolf. It would hang on Iskandar's sword for but a moment before exploding into blue pixels.

  11. All but one of the wolves were dead, and one was ripe for the killing. With the final wolf having to face 3 amazing warriors, there was no chance of it living to see the next 5 minutes. "Let us finish this poor beast and get on to true glory." Iskandar headed over to the wolf in the water, sword at the ready. "I shall lead, warriors! Follow me into the sea and lay waste to whatever is left of the fiend!"

Iskandar broke into a mad dash, the wolf being the only thing on his mind. When reaching the edge of the water, Iskandar would jump as high as possible into the air, still in the direction of the wolf. With his sword held with both hands, he raised it above his head for a downward slash. "FOOOOOOOOOORRRRR GLOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRYYYYYYY!" He came down at the wolf with a powerful slash, though the result wasn't what he expected. Iskandar miscalculated his strike, just barely striking the beast when he hit the water. The large splash created from Iskandar hitting the water knocked the wolf up into the air temporarily, a perfect target for the rest.

  12. "You must be prepared for any situation in combat, including flying wolves! The more outrageous the battle, the sweeter the victory!" Iskandar noticed Shanok's paralyzed wolf, wondering why he would want to fight a monster that didn't fight back. It wasn't his place, however, to decide what weapons his warriors could use. It did make it easy to take down the wolf, a plus that Iskandar could deal with. "Let us finish these wolves quickly."

Iskandar pinned down the paralyzed wolf with his hand, stabbing the wolf in the head with his sword. A quick whimper came from the wolf before it exploded into blue pixels. "Half of them down. Shall we go for one each, my friend? I believe these beasts have waited long enough for their deaths!" Iskandar then charged forward with a loud battlecry towards the wolves."

  13. Iskandar watched as Dante continued to fool around and Grim was attacking another one of the wolves. He had severely wounded it, leaving it ready for Iskandar to deliver the finishing blow. Before Iskandar went in for the next killing blow, he noticed a young lady appear from out of nowhere. She seemed to know Grim, so he assumed he was an ally. "Another warrior has joined the fight? Glorious! The conquest has gained a new recruit! ONWARD TO GLORY!"

Iskandar went after the injured wolf, but noticed that the stronger one was going after Dante. Iskandar should have just left the stronger wolf alone for the others to deal with, but Iskandar couldn't just leave the reckless player with something that could very well deal a decent amount of damage. Iskandar stopped and ran after the wolf, catching it and tossing it at the critically wounded wolf.

  14. Iskandar watched as Dante bumbled about and Grim showed himself to be useful. Grim was definitely a warrior that Iskandar wanted in his growing army for the conquest of Aincrad. But that was a matter that would have to wait until these wolves were dispatched. "Bumbling warrior, let me show you how a real warrior combats fiends! Gaze upon the magnificence of your King! FOR THE GLORY OF ISKANDAR!" The wolf that Grim was originally fighting lunged at Iskandar, though it would not be enough. Iskandar pointed his sword downward before bringing it up in an upward slash. It served to both deal a heavy blow to the wolf and knock it backwards. It was weak and had a difficult time getting back up. "These wolves barely hold together from the strike of a King! This is how you make your foes flee in terror of you, and have your allies follow you loyally!"

  15. Iskandar continued to slash at the wolf, though it was nimble enough to continue avoiding Iskandar's attacks. "This wolf flees from my strikes like a coward! Fight like a real beast and taste my blade!" This battle was going nowhere fast, and Iskandar was getting frustrated by it. He also noticed that of the 4 wolves that they had taken on, Shanok had taken down one. "I am losing to one of my loyal warriors. This is unacceptable."

The wolf lunged at Iskandar, biting into his shoulder. He winced in pain before tearing the wolf off and holding it in midair. "You might have gotten a blow on me, but the battle is far from over! I shall not fall this day!" Iskandar then threw the wolf in Shanok's direction. "Look alive my retainer, or be bombarded by flying wolves!"Three wolves still remained, outnumbering them enough to make it just barely a challenge.

  16. Iskandar watched as another member of the conquest came forth, fleeing up a tree with wolves right behind him. Grim mentioned that the player was his 'idiot friend' that needed saving. "Well, I must say that your friend had the right idea in mind. A conqueror that went for such a glorious challenge as facing these wolves alone. Though I can't condone his fleeing like a civilian in the midst of battle." Iskandar drew his sword along with Grim, ready to charge in and face the foes that were brought to them.

"Let us show your friend how true conquerors gain victory in such deadly situations!" Iskandar charged at one of the wolves, the fires of war burning in his eyes. As the wolf came at him, Iskandar moved to the side, slashing at its side and getting a nice, clean hit on it. Iskandar would slide to a stop before turning around to face the wolf. "These guys are tougher than I expected. It's Glorious! A challenge worthy of our might!"

  17. Iskandar watched as Shanok charged forward at the wolves, taking them on without a care or worry. The sight of a warrior charging right into battle brought a grin to Iskandar's face. However, Iskandar couldn't truly approve of Shanok facing down one wolf at a time. "You must attack all at once! Show them that you have no equal! Iskandar drew his sword, ready to join Shanok in the brawl against the fiends. "We shall show them what the might of warriors can do! FOR GLORY!"

Iskandar charged forth grabbing a wolf by the neck and tossing it away. All that could be heard from it was a whimper as it flew through the air. Iskandar turned to see see another one of the wolves charging at him. "The beasts are too simple to understand the titans that they face! We must show them so their brethren shall know!" Iskandar moved to the side, dodging the charging wolf before it managed to land any attack. Iskandar then turned around to land a strike on it, but he had turned around too late. He completely missed the wolf, unable to quickly quell the numbers of the wolves.

  18. Recently, Iskandar had gotten an invite from a reaper-looking player to join him in an adventure of glory. The details on the adventure had been rather vague, though that was an issue that did not matter much to Iskandar. He was not a person that could simply refuse a conquest, no matter what may lay in wait for him. Iskandar went forth to the designated meeting place, expecting a party of three on whatever journey he was walking into. "May today bring new recruits to the conquest of glory! We shall take everything that we see and make the fires in the hearts of all burn even brighter."

Iskandar had arrived at the meeting place, finding only the reaper-looking player in waiting. "Such a glorious view today. It is perfect for us to carve a path of glory! So what story are we bringing back to potential new recruits? Tales of a hunt of vicious beasts? A story of immeasurable treasure that was pried from the jaws of death? Either way, we shall be victorious this day and all shall remember our glory!"

  19. Iskandar's shouts were interrupted this day by a curious young man. Iskandar went silent, eyeing the newcomer as if staring into his very soul. "You wish to go on an adventure with the King of Conqueror's, boy?" Iskandar would follow with picking up Shanok with one hand, holding him out for all to see. "Behold! A recruit for the armies of conquest has stepped forth! He comes ready for adventure, aiming to start immediately with quelling all the beasts that roam the fields! Bask in his glory and watch as his might be judged by his newfound King in the wilderness! FOR GLORY!"

With that, Iskandar dragged Shanok off out of town and into the open fields. The sky was bright blue without a cloud tainting its beauty. A gentle breeze that brought a refreshing, cooling sensation to all that felt its touch. Several grassy hills dotted the fields, one of which was where Iskandar had dragged Shanok to. "Here, we shall begin out hunt of monsters! These fiends shall quake in terror at our very presence!" Iskandar pointed forth to a group of about 4 wolves. "Since you are the new recruit in the Conquest, we shall start with a 4. It should be easy for us to vanquish them without danger! Are you ready, loyal retainer?!"

  20. Today was a very common day in one of the latter towns on Floor 1. People were moving about their daily lives, business was flourishing, and there was a giant man in the town square shouting like a madman. Standing at 6'10" and having the muscular build of a tank, the red bearded behemoth known as Iskandar was shouting in the square to recruit warriors. The Mighty King of Conquerors was trying to build an army of allies to follow him in Aincrad. The goal was to conquer every floor and rule all of Aincrad as a King. Recruiting warriors was harder than expected for the King of Conquerors; most people looking at him in wonder on how crazy he was.

"BEHOLD, THE GLORIOUS PRESENCE OF YOUR KING! I, ISKANDAR, SEEK BRAVE WARRIORS TO FOLLOW ME TO THE ENDS OF THE WORLD! WE SHALL CARVE A PATH OF CONQUEST THROUGH THE LANDS, TAKING ALL THE RICHES THIS WORLD HAS TO OFFER! STEP FORTH AND FOLLOW A TRUE KING INTO BATTLES THAT WILL FORGE YOU INTO FEARSOME SOLDIERS! LET THE FIRES OF ASPIRATION BURN IN YOUR HEARTS AS WE JOURNEY FORTH UNTO GLORY!"

While very few actually took his words to heart, Iskandar stood there with a grin on his face. Today, he felt like something amazing would happen. He had already gained some followers, though their numbers were few. Today, Iskandar planned on facing another adventure that he would make sure all would hear and remember. "Behold and bask in the glory of the King of Conquerors!"

  21. "Of course, Ruri. You have chosen to loyal follow me to the ends of the world. Therefore, you shall experience adventures you could never imagine. You shall meet people you never expected. You shall obtain glory and riches, and ride to the top with your Mighty King! You shall be a warrior that the weak look up to in awe, and your word shall bring more followers to the conquest! But for now, we must head report back so that Bucephalus shall stay until the end." And with that, Iskandar rode towards the town with Ruri right behind him, ready to finish one adventure and move on to another.

    -CLOSED-

  22. Iskandar continued to ride past monsters and other horses, feeling the wind blow through his beard. He noticed that Ruri tried to use her weapon to hit monsters that were passing, but to no avail. If this was a battle ride, he would have been more than happy to ride around slaying beasts like before. But for right now this was a test ride. Iskandar stopped at the top of a hill, looking at the magnificent view of the land. The town in one direction, seemingly endless land filled with horses and beast in another. "Soon, my loyal retainer...Soon, this entire land shall belong to us. And once it is, we shall lead those who have lost their way to endless glory. First, though, I must catch up to those that are fighting bosses."

  23. Iskandar stood there petting the horse as it seemed to calm down and become friendly to him and his retainer. Ruri came over and started petting and feeding Bucephalus. "It seems that I am not the only one drawn to horses. Once I am on the front lines with the stronger warriors and you, I would have you ride into battle like me. That way all can look upon the loyal soldier that has followed the path of conquest from the very beginning." While the horse was now tamed and the quest could be considered complete, to Iskandar there was more to do. For starters, he needed to test the horse in riding.

"I shall not test Bucephalus, Ruri. WE SHALL!" Iskandar picked Ruri up with one hand; a trivial feat for someone of his large build and strength. He then set her on Bucephalus before getting on the steed in front of her. "Make sure to hold on tight, my young retainer." And with that, Iskandar pet the neck of Bucephalus. "It is time, my friend. ONWARD, HAAAAHHH!" Bucephalus dashed forward with the two on them on its back, the wind rushing past them.
