Mortifer

Ichiro was orphaned at ten, being adopted by the Kurgi family after their son stopped him from trying to cheat death in the name of revenge for his parents. He convinced Ichiro to cheat death by living many lives in video games, which brought him to Sword Art Online eight years later. His username, Mortifer is comprised of Mort-latin for death, and Ifer, which reflects his seemingly reckless style of gameplay.
