I was not a beta tester and so when starting SAO at the official launch at aged 20 had no idea what he was doing. For a little while he stayed in the Town of Beginnings to ready his equipment and choose the skills he wanted to invest in. While most of his skills are not battle based he did not join the boss raids the first few times as he was elsewhere exploring the level and completing quests. He has no favoured profession, so does not have an extra skill he uses to make money. Instead he rents out his service as a Mercenary/Trainer for the lower-level players and sells information about higher levels that he knows about. The skills he uses to achieve this role are: Acrobatics, Hiding, Leather Equipment, One Handed Curved Blade, One Handed Dagger, Parry, Picking, Searching, Straining, Sprint, Tracking... (Unless I start fresh in this rp scenario)
