  1. It was funny really he was suspected as well. Does she seriously think the violinist couldn't see her directing her attention toward him. After that, she wrote... that's nice. She thought he could have done it, considering he was not even in the place. He placed his hands behind his head, planning not to hide that he knew what she was doing. Wow, keep marking down suspects. But, you’re one yourself, you know that right? Did it occur to you that anyone could have eaten the food and have a remedy right? Even… From there, Arekkusu put his blade flat so he could see the reflection of the pink-haired girl. She put herself in as much fire as she is putting Jacob and him in. Everyone here is a suspect, no one can deny it. Arekkusu knew that he was innocent,, then again, so did all the other people who were innocent, and yet they all were being shot down one by one.

Suddenly, someone called out his name? It was a familiar voice as well. He turned his head around to see that they Crow is back in the life of SAO, he was safe… that gave him hope on all the others being safe as well. This gave him very much pleasure. But, now wasn’t the time for this sort of thing. Someone was running down the alley? Was that really true?

  2. Front lines? No... he never actually went on the front lines. Never fought a floor boss. The only trouble he ever had was when he had to fight the Metal Player Eliminators, enemies designed to murder the players in the game. Considering they were so rare, it was safe to assume people were safe. But back then, he attracted those things as if they were actual metal and he were a magnet. He shook his head as he looked to the cave wall and smiled, despite the fact this answer would shut out the question that was asked in the first place. But it was the truth, new or old Arekkusu never lied, not even to hide something. He did tend to deflect because he didn't want to be stupid and actually give away valuable information, so changing the topic was a great strategy very often. But in this case, what did he have to hide right here?

"Actually... No." Arekkusu replied with his tone sounding so happy about it. Maybe it was for the best, why did he want to have pressure put on him after all? "I never actually fought on the front lines. That's a little funny, considering the boss for floor nine was starting when I left for a while. I didn't care to participate, but... Whatever I guess. I heard some things happened in that battle that weren't exactly the best, but it's not like I would be able to protect them if I did join. I'm just a player, but what about you? Have you fought on the Front lines?"

  3. Arekkusu can sense a few things, more life and energy being on his radar. For one thing, more people are feeling sick, seconds, the girl was messing with the notebook and writing down something. She seemed to be targeting her eyesight on... Jacob? He shook his head, there was n literal evidence to prove him guilty whatsoever, even if he was guilty, they would have to prove it. The evidence has yet to be shown, and until it was, he decided not to call him guilty. But then again, was he even at the party? If he wasn't would she just be targeting people for no reason if they aren't feeling sick? No, that isn't the case either, he would have been listed as a suspect as well. For safety reasons, he will say Jacob was at the party, even though he wasn't sick. And don't kids like food? Then again that isn't the case for all children.

So everyone, what do you think we should… Arekkusu tried to ask until his attention was then focused on the man coming out of his shop. Familiar, but it’s not like it was a good kind. The last time they met, he was left off with a threat. Now look where the scales tipped. The Violinist didn’t want to stand against that threat. Everyone was having a bad day that day, provided he said nothing about it, everything would be all right. That was nowhere near a good day for anyone. Anyways, what do you think we should do? Find medicine, or start searching for evidence and cross examine?

  4. No enemies for now huh? Well that was something interesting, but not quite something he would believe to be quite possible. Then again, who was the one with the skills to confirm this sort of thing to be true? It's not like there was any reason to doubt him, after all, the Violinist was about to kill the man by accident thinking he was an enemy. That would have made for a sad sad day for both of them. He then decided to sit down and rest. Some time to rest here now huh… Hmm… Well… I guess that means I’ll have to try to adjust my eyes. The Violinist aid as he looked back to the man who was basically the one guiding the two of them around. Ironically, this wasn't the first time this happened. He remembered being the lower leveled player and guiding people out of the darkness... now that he lost all that experience... well...

Arekkusu put his menus light would be revealed, the only reason why he couldn’t do this before was because he wouldn’t be able to move, nor would he be able to use his weapon or his equipment for that matter. He put out his weapon in front of his face, it didn’t really give off any light, he relied on the HUD to shine a little bit on it. It really has been a while… I used to be so prepared for this sort of thing…

  5. The Violinist saw that this girl was full of energy, a little too much in his opinion, she was ready to explode based on what he saw. Regardless, she could ask and yell as much as she liked and he would have gone with his previous answer anyways and walk away. Say if he said no, what she did wouldn't affect his answer and he would yell it back in the same tone that she is yelling at him with. But, his answer was yes, and he was still saying it anyways. He put out his blade in front of him and smiled, the reflections showing that he was still healthy, while these two people were still rather ill. If he left them like this, he couldn't Forgive himself for doing something so awful as to leave them to be sick for so long. This girl, he had to admit was a little bit too much of a ball of energy, but that was just how some people acted is all he would be able to guess.

I told you already, just calm down there Loose Cannon. Arekkusu replied with a smile, joking around a little. The man and the girl were both ill it seemed, which really wasn’t where he didn’t want to be in the middle of. But now that he was, he was mentally forced to stay with this choice. In all honesty, he still didn’t understand the situation, but it wasn’t his job to figure it out. It was his job to solve it and that was it. I said yes didn’t I?

  6. Many things have been going on recently, his time was being cut short very often. The world was trying to access him it seemed, and if he wanted to get any sleep or any privacy, he was forced to decline many of those offers. It was rather sad, and before he would not care about it. Now it just disheartened him  to do so. The next person to try to contact him seemed rather familiar, but the missing lands cleared a lot of his memories, so he couldn't remember it at the very moment he received it. For one thing, he was barely able too even remember the names of his friends, he had to refer to his friends list to recall who they were. Arekkusu wanted to remember them, he honestly did with all his heart, but there was so much one could do when it comes to handling things. The human brain can hold relatively 150 relationships at one time, and that's if that person is very active around those people very often. Still, he wanted sleep, so cutting that time would cut down that giant number.

Yet, despite all of this, he was still curious about this, and he couldn't understand why. For one thing, yes, it seemed familiar, but he still didn't confirm who or what this thing was or where it came from. The hills granted him a lot of access to perform Recon, all right. But what about the fact that he was unable to see everything, his accuracy wasn't exactly the best in the lands. He had a lot of work to do when it comes to combat, like how they updated stats and skills. He was rather outdated, and if he ever planed to faces his friends or enemies in battle, he needed to update his items. He might not seem like a threat with his current equipment, but his blade and armor were still able to get in a battle arena and possibly win. However, if he faces someone of his level with their updated items, he might not last long in that battle. It just all depends on how well he can plan this game out.

Finally, he got to where the message told him to go to, and he had met a man that he still wasn't able to determine the name of or remember the appearance from anywhere in the past. He seemed like he was prepared for something, and just in case, the Violinist held his right hand over his sword handle placed on his sheathe, but he approached the situation with a calm tone in his voice. Hello there. I received a message to go here, did you send it? If so, is there anything you need me to do or talk to me about? Arekkusu asked as he smiled, this was someone who seemed to have his items updated, but as for his level, their difference was just a little bit off. Hopefully, he didn’t come for a Total Loss, though he may be outdated, he would still be able to inflict heavy amounts of damage in this fight.

  7. The Violinist turned to the girl, who all of a sudden began to repeat one same line. Be a sidekick? He didn't mind letting others have the spotlight, but was this all a game? Wait... no, it's not. It's just that this girl is young, and though he may be young as well, this game took away any naive activity this game offers. He needs to make sure nothing happens to any of these people, they weren't all exactly the highest of levels. Even if it jsut means acting like an escort, it would give him peace of mind to show that he is safe. It seems though she deflected off of his question, but that's underestandable. Normally, he would be the detective ever since the quest of finding the secret medicine was shown.

But, his observation skills weren't getting himself anywhere, and being stubborn won't get him anywhere. This girl looked excited, why was he going to put out her flames. As for the people she asked other than him, they weren't affected yet. He wondered if they were also able to do the same thing as this girl and somehow Arekkusu, did. All right, sure, I’ll play whatever this game is. I’ll be your… uh… Sidekick Arekkusu said as he smiled, then looked around again, still wondering what is wrong with everyone. So… What happened to them?

  8. Arekkusu nodded his head, confirming that he had faced two people who had been in a fight with him with martial arts. The first one completely caught him off guard when he aimed a punch and actually inflicted damage to his health bar. It was rather shocking to him how it happened. He was alive right? So as long as that is the case, he didn't need to worry about anything right now. He was in perfect condition, all his health in tact. Hopefully the same could be said about this man. After all, it doesn't seem like he will be getting the Night Vision Skill. This man must have been able to think about his skills, learning which ones would help him out in any situation. Meanwhile, he only had one environmental skill, that one being Sneak and Hide. That skill was also useful in this world since it is such a dark world, meaning that hiding will be a lot easier.

"Yes, I do. I have faced two people with them, the first one being able to inflict some heavy damage because at that time, I didn't know Martial arts can inflict damage." Arekkusu explained, looking around, his eyes trying to adjust to his surroundings, which probably wasn't too healthy. He placed his blade back in its sheathe to see what happened if he did so. Fortunately, he looked at the shattered pieces of data on the ground, was there any loot? "I can't get loot since this floor level is too low for me... but what about you? Does your level allow you to get loot here?"

  9. Arekkusu turned back to the man, who finished off the battle with some interesting gear that he had never see before. Probably because of his trip to the Missing Lands. He had to admit, they looked pretty cool, and he would't mind having the ability to use them if they are a perfect quality weapon. But, even if not, they seem to serve some really good purpose in battle. Then he looked at his blade, and he realized how lucky he was to use it. It was a request that he made to a friend a long time ago, and now he didn't know how he was able to get it so easily. The Mats he paid were nothing when it cme to getting such a beautiful blade like this one. The Phoenix Wing, designed to flow freely act on its own.

That was a magnificent performance you put out there. Arekkusu said as he smiled and tilted his head to the side. It was fun watching monsters get taken out, even if there was a small lack in light. It was all right though, as long as the both of them were safe and no other attacks occurred, they will be fine. You remind me of someone, a good someone actually. He was remembering Yuji, such passion and a fire to fight. He was also Arekkusus first friend and for a moment, a mentor. The two of them were fire and ice, they were a great team. But… Yuji remained in the Missing Lands. As for himself, he decided to make amends with this man he had just met.

  10. ID: 14397

Arekkusu saw that this man that he had just met was able to land a strike, night Vision was able to help him out in this case, meanwhile, he needed to make sure he didn’t take a strike and blindly roll out of the way when it comes to attacks. He couldn’t confirm whatever it was the enemy was, but he was able to confirm its located after it took a hit from the new partner he had just met, and now it was time for him to use Charge. It must be a lot easier to have a Night Vision Skill if this world is going to be like this. Maybe… no, my skill slots are almost full, if I do that, I don’t think I’ll be able to add any more skills when they arrive.

His right hand gripped Phoenix Wing in his sheathe, the grip full of energy. Now this was going to be the power of the Violinist. When he put up the blade from the sheathe, a giant gust of wind struck, all the energy released with he pulled out the blade. The enemy was still unconfirmed, but he was able to determine it location. There you are… and I’ll make you pay! Arekkusu exclaimed as his sword them glowed, shining brightly in blue aura. It was so beautiful.

The light shined on the enemy, and his partner, who seemed to be a lot older than him, but his equipment shows that he was released later into in the game than the violinist himself. Well, why not give him a show? He ran towards the confirmed enemy, which turned out to be a Skeleton! This was the skill he was about to use on the other player as well, and the devastation of this move was something to be feared.

He dug the blade through the bones of the skeleton and sent it flying backwards, and blade returning back to normal and the skeleton was almost done with this fight. It wasn’t going to be too hard to finish it off from here, not that it was too hard for either of them to take care of it in the first place.

Arekkusu was about to talk until he then sensed something odd, there was something trying to come up to them. But what, another player? Hopefully not, PKers are not the people to meet in scary dark caves. It didn’t scare him, but it was certainly nothing normal either. He kept his hand on his blade, something was about to hit them from behind, and if he didn’t go now, he never will be able to go without taking a price of damage along with him. The enemy slashed at him, but he rolled to the side just in time and raised his blade at whatever it was. He still couldn’t see it, but sensing its presense is something else. An attack! Arekkusu exclaimed as he kept his stance firm, not knowing where to attack. This floor is getting hard already. (Sorry for the short post, not much time)

  12. Arekkusu walked into the shop to see how Ariel was doing, her shop looking nothing like the shop he saw in the past. He never even saw a shop like it... Now he felt bad that he didn't help out more with it. Sure, he helped it in the beginning and helped it's structures and all sorts of stuff, but he never got to see it grow and smile as more business came in. He decided to walk in, and as he did, he noticed there was an item on the counter. The closer he looked at it, the more he felt like it belonged to him. He smiled, it was exactly what he needed. Could it be?

  13. He went off to the missing lands and left one thing behind, and the owner may not be too happy about it. Hopefully she was willing to accept a payment now. He walked up to the counter and looked to see his item was made, and his name was labeled on the item and everything. Operation Ultimate Defense, he forgot about his old plan that would allow him victories in many duels. The strike and counter technique, so beautiful. He looked at the item and put out 1000 col onto the counter, making sure none of it spilled off the edge. then he waited for the owner herself, she could take as long as she liked, Arekkusu kept her waiting after all.

    -Lost 1000 Col-

  14. Arekkusu remembered how he was able to travel in the night normally without problem, then again, that was when Key was with him. The one person he ended up hating more than any other person, back then, he wasn't able to face her for all the col in the world. The boy didn't let himself be pushed around though, that was something he never allowed any other people to do to him. In a duel when he only leveled up a bit, he had won. This taught him that man people seem like many things in the dark. The fact that he was navigating alone was something that should also be made clear.

Yeah, I can’t see a thing here. I never really took the time to use the Night Vision skill. Arekkusu replied as he sheathed his blade back to where it belonged, he didn’t need to do anything with it as for now, and this person didn’t seem to want a fight. Good, they can see through each other. If only Floor nine gave him a torch, maybe then he would not have come to this trouble. Sorry about that, I have never been on this floor. All I know about it is that it is a recent unlock only. It’s a little embarrassing for me to have done that with such a high level… Hi, I’m Arekkusu.

  15. This was quite a world, but he could sense the new corruption. Thigns don't seem to be getting better, the Missing Lands provided him enough time to train for this sort of problem. Arekkusu was able to brace himself for anything now, but his stats were also Not yet ready for battle against the people that were causing the problems. It's not like he wanted to fight anymore, he actually preferred to use his items for last resort. There were many manipyulative thigns that can be done in the missing lands, and if you weren't ready, you were better off dying. Arekkusu is one of the few survivors of such a harsh enviornment.

This world of fire felt nice on his body, the heat was something he loved, but now he wasn’t liking the fact that he wanted to burn his enemies, not just simply killing them quickly so they wouldn’t suffer. The two people he did kill, he based those kills off of cowardice actions to make sure he didn’t get marked. But now, he wasn’t afraid anymore, the last two times he did that was when he fought was just for himself. Now he needs to make sure that the remaining players are ab le to get out alive. For one thing, he knew that many people are going to die, it was just a simple fact of this world. 6 months ago, he didn’t know anything. Now, four months taught him much more.  And that was then I was reminded… about what I was doing. Was anything I did for real? The Missing Lands…

  16. This was certainly an odd case right here, everyone seems to be getting sick. A recent in-game message of a virus was not sent, so something was off about this. He knew that before he left, sickness was never this severe. Arekkusu being so young, probably would have caught it. His level meant nothing when it comes to negative effects. That’s like saying a high leveled player can’t be affected by consumption of paralysis. He continued to look around, seeing too many sick people everywhere, it seems they were going to pass out soon. Sadly, he didn’t have too much Col on him, and he only prepared enough medicine for himself. He didn’t expect himself to end up with a group of people for a long time, his old friends are still in the Missing Lands.

But… I can’t just leave them like that!? Arekkusu exclaimed out loud as he started to fear that this was done on purpose. So many people, too many people… they were all getting so sick that it made him feel a little dizzy as well. He decided that now was not the best time to have a chocolate bar since that could increase the chances of him getting sick. The trouble of the poor town rested among these poor people, who don’t seem to be getting any better. The more he looked at the, the more he was pitying them. The secret medicine quest would not be able to help them out either, due to the fact that it is only able to provide medicine for the NPC who requested it. Besides, the more he did that quest, the more he could have sworn that it gets more depressing.

Huh? Are those, other children? Players too? He asked himself out loud as he saw two children, then another older player. Older than himself for sure, Arekkusu was 15 years old currently. They all didn’t seem too high in levels, then again, none of them seem to be affected by whatever this virus thing was. In fact, they seem like the only ones who could even talk about anything like that. He decided to approach them with his casual grin on his face, making sure not to seem like a threat to them. That was the problem with being and looking like a high leveled player. But, why not try? Hello there. My name is Arekkusu. I know this is rather sudden, but do you know why everyone is sick all of a sudden?

This deadly weapon is designed to eliminate its targets without question.

    Aye! ^^

  18. The more he walked, the more lost he began to feel. Can anyone blame him? He doesn’t exactly have the best time watching mechanism, and it never did occur to him to look at his menu. The chocolate bar fueled him to keep going with a smile on his face and a breath full of sweets. Candy was also the reason why he needed to brush his teeth much more than usual, almost twice more than the average person who brushes their teeth after every meal. But, it was all worth the trouble in the end for him. He would personally rather just have the chocolate alone, but he would also love to keep his teeth, even if they might not fall off in a virtual world, and even then, he still brushes them for the fact that he is going to talk to people.

Oof! Elyx gasped as he jumped back and hit something. A possible enemy, and it was rough like one too. He flipped his blade into the air quickly and held it there until a giant blue light shined from it. This was his signature move, it inflicted so much damage to his enemies, more than his average attacks for sure, but much more can be done. For one thing, his speed increases, which is something not many players wanted in him since he was so fast already, and his training in the missing lands taught him how to use that this advantage. Lets see if this thing can eat a Full charge without even making a sound. Arekkusu said as he ran forward towards whatever it was that he bumped into. The light then shined onto the enemy before the strike could be made, and he stopped running and the blade returned back to normal.

A player? Elyx asked the player in front of him. That would have been sad if he had not seen the player before the attack, then there would be huge problem on this floor other than monsters. For one thing, his new objective in the game is to be a guardian, never to let one fall and protect them before himself. It was something noble, honorable, and it was just him now. All other thing ca wait, he had a goal.  Wow… That… Was…. Close.

  19. Arekkusu put his blade in its sheathe as he traveled this world, it was his new life again. It was in all honesty, true that he would prefer to be known as Elyx, but the violinist knew better than to try to correct everyone in his path. The name was something he made up way later than he actually registered in the game. For one thing, it was a bit less stupid than his current one, which is funny because it was not that far off from his actual name. But what is he going to do about it? This world is entitling him to his name, so only the closest of friends and rivals can call him Elyx. Or maybe he could just have them call him Elyx and have those he cared about call him the name he wanted to be called.

It is not like that mattered at the moment. What did matter however was the fact that he was in a cavern that he did not know how to navigate himself toward. It was so dark in this floor, and the enemies here he heard were stronger than the ones below it. That is to be expected, sure, it was the tenth floor. But now he gets to see if his skills in combat were any use in this world, the lands he went missing with where all the other missing people were, they were serious about training. Hopefully he was much stronger than the boy he used to be.

In his left hand was a chocolate bar, halfway eaten because of his new love for chocolate. This was a craving he now could not live without, and it only gets stronger with every passing day. The more he eats, the more he wants. It was a wonderful addiction, as for where it all went. That wasn’t something he would be able to explain too easily since he wasn’t able to figure that out on his own either. The Violinist had his blade in his right hand, the Phoenix Wing blade, one known to cause very much destruction if enemies are not careful. Sharp and free flowing, just like the Wings of a Phoenix. This blade lived up to its name.

Well, this is certainly boring, yet awesome at the same time. Arekkusu said to himself out loud, his voice echoing through the caves and bouncing off of each one as if trapped in a giant wall, but this floor was rather open… and despite the fact that it was supposed to be day, it turned out, he needed to get to shelter quickly. If it were day time right now, not many enemies would show up. But once they do… it will be a rough night. He had no doubt in being able to beat them, but it just uses up a lot of time.

  21. The return of him, he didn't really care about much when he returned, but life taught him many things. All he saw, illusions, he wasnt living a world he thought he was. All of it as a lie, only a few people he was able to trust to be real. But... he had a huge smile on his face, and his name had a parenthesis in it. He was actually happy? And for what reason? He looked down at Phoenix Wing, his blade in its sheathe. It was still there, ready for combat. Devastating as it seemed i the past, but he didn't plan to hurt anyone with it. The new name in parenthesis, it showed the letters (Elyx). Elyx, that was an odd name, but it certainly beat the one he currently had anyways, so why not? As aa matter a fact, that was something he wanted people to call him from now on. He was a new person, there was much more to life than hating and trying to be better when you can actually be better. No excuses, no lies, just one person. He had gone missing in the place where many people have gone missing, and now he knows why people don't talk about it. But that reason is also a secret as well. I now know... And, wow... It has been a long while. I need to help with clearing the floors! Elyx exclaimed as he ran back, this world was one of fire, but he didn't really like to see things burn anymore. In his right hand was a chocolate bar, and that was a common thing for him now. He has grown  love for chocolate, and is often caught with one in his hand.

The further he ran, the happier he felt, no grudges, no pain, those were all lies. He was almost starting anew. There were many people he wated to apologize to, and possibly make amends. He didn't really like to talk about people too much, he would rather hang around with them. He used to hate them a lot, now he is willing to become friends with just about everyone. And then... there were a few flaws in him. For one thing, he obtained a fear of water for an incident that happened while he was gone. Also, he became way too trusting with people, they were all so nice to him and changed him. Fights weren't exactly his favorite things anymore.

  22. Once again with that same attitude that made himself more likely to spit a retort back. He tried to avoid that fate by clenching his teeth tightly and tightening his grip on his blade. Why should he obey her? He didn't really feel any reason to, especially when all she did for him was give him a hard time for his every action. The snow was intensifying a little bit as the winds shifted even harder, he didn't have time to think about it for now.

He gripped his blade tightly once again. A distraction... And how the hell would he be able to do something so eye catching as to distract a giant snow beast? That was something Kiru knew it seems, and if she had her answer, Arekkusu should have his as well. This time, he looked below towards his Phoenix Wing blade. This was his only chance if he could perform this move correctly. He ran forward towards the monster, ready to sweep it off from the front. Its hand lifted, signalling a smash attack ready. The next response was simple, dodge. The snow monster shot its hand down and smashed its palm towards the ground, landing the hit it needed on Arekkusu. But... Why didn't he feel anything?

Whatever the case, he was acting as a somewhat good ditraction. He lifted the snow hand off of him, depending on every ounce of virtual strength in him. The tug of war between him and snow, he hoped that was a good enough distraction.

  23. Arekkusu walked into the shop, his expectancy on his item high since he was messaged on his request being finished... A few days ago. That would be a bit awkward walking randomly and seeing that the item had been sold. Still, for putting someone in hold like that after you make a specific request like that... That would be a well deserved punishment. When he walked in, he saw that there were other customers as well, so he would have to wait before he gets anything from anyone.
