Mondays are Squats. Shoulder-work. And t-bar rows. Then a run. Soooo tired now. Gotta rest, tomorrow is swimming and mobility work.

Good stuff. I used to run a similar gauntlet, but my work limits my time now. Maybe one day I'll get back into it.
