I need a very high level player to remove me from my sanctuary in floor one's town of beginnings, any high levels willing to do so?

You could look into Blades of Dreams quest which would allow you to obtain a slightly stronger weapon as well as level up slightly. It's LONG though. Other then that just keep looking for a partner to do some basic exploring with you, I would but I'm still not strong myself :(
