  1. As the bartender passed him another drink, Bell nodded to Neopolitan and Huggin. "That settles it then, well be heading out shortly and we'll pickup Mishiro on our way out of town. Thats a pretty good sized party!" He eyed the drink as it was pushed toward him across the bar. He always liked the taste of beer, but the harder stuff he couldn't get into. He knew how much of a lightweight he was and steered clear. Come to think of it, he hadn't actually tried the alcohol in SAO since he got here. He swiveled his head around as he was dressed by a slightly older player, by the looks of it someone who was probably a much higher level. His words brought a slight blush to Bell's already flushed cheeks. "I- I can't be drunk? Why did no one say that before?!? So it must be a placebo sort of thing... "  Honestly, he was a little embarrassed. He let out a deep sigh. "That kind of sucks, I really enjoy a good beer,, and not just for the flavor." Still, he was not anxious by the people and conversation anymore. That was a relief. "Oh well. Are you joining us on our trip? Should be a good time." He stood up from the bar and stretched his legs and arms, knowing today would be a long day. Even though the alcohol had no effect, he still finished his second drink, paying more attention to the taste than before. "Oh also, Ara, why cant Mishiro come to the plaza?" He asked as he looked over to the girl beside him.

  2. "Alright!" Bell let out a satisfied sigh and a smile as he downed his beverage. He was settling into the socialization and was glad to not be alone for the moment. He did a small headcount of the people he knew were joining in the party. That was... 1... 2... 3.... ok 3 so far? Maybe? He was a little tipsy from guzzling his drink so fast. "Does aaaannyyone else wanna join our party?!" He scanned the room. "Ara, you said you had someone who might wanna tag along??" He looked over at the girl with the yummy looking hair and at that moment a man came stumbling after a glowing ball of something. Bell had no fricken clue. He watched as the girl tensed up while the glowing ball floated closer to her. "And what is that? Someone gotta tell me whats going on" He shook his snow white hair around, ruffling it up a bit as he opened his menu, making sure he was prepared for battle. He ordered another drink.

((ooc: sorry for the late post guys life is crazy))

  3. 'Oh- oh wow' Bell thought to himself as the two players gathered around him. He hoped to god he wasn't blushing... they were both cute girls. This was something he had a problem with, simply because he was a shy mess around cute girls. But isn't that the reason why he had posted the notice? To meet new people? He took a deep breath in and squared his shoulders, forcing himself to push any anxiety or shyness aside. This was his chance to make friends. "Hi Arabelle! My names Bell coincidentally." He let out a small laugh, feeling more confident with each second passing. "I was hoping we could hit the fields and kill some mobs, I don't know about you but I could really use the experience... it's been a long time since I got out and did any hunting." He slid his finger downward through the air, opening the floating menu, and equipped his light body armor and the leather pants <<Evasive Feature>> he had received from his old friend Takneil. He hadn't seen Tak in a long time and sometimes wondered what had happened. His dagger materialized onto his hip, and he was ready for adventure. "Did either of you see anyone else that seemed interested?" he asked as he beckoned them to follow him into the tavern for a drink before the hunt. He figured they could use some warming up to each other before going out hunting together. He sat down by the bar and ordered an ale to ease himself into conversation. Bell noticed a girl with interesting colored hair sitting at the edge of the bar, drinking a water and looking rather gloomy all by herself. 'She looks lonely... maybe I should invite her to tag along!' he thought. "H-hey there, I'm Bell. This is Kirbs and Arabelle. We're going hunting after a drink or two, would you like to join?" Bell smiled and extended a hand to the lonely looking girl.

[ooc: I know my HP sig says I'm level 1 but I am actually level two. Msg me if anyone knows who can fix that for me]

  4. As bell entered the wide open area surrounding the fountain, his eyes lit up as he saw a girl standing over outside the tavern. He smiled and picked up the pace. She seemed to be looking for him, and he cracked a small grin. He didn't really have any friends, and seeing someone saw his notice excited him. "Hey there! Are you here because of the notice I posted?" he asked as he gave her a little smile. As he got near it became obvious that she was indeed here to meet him. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Bell. I was looking for some new people that might be some good company and tag along for some hunting. I-I'm not really a good fighter so I was hoping some more experienced people would show up and give me some tips and whatnot." He was starting to get a little anxious, realizing he was talking a lot despite never having met this girl.

  5. Bell looked around the familiar setting of the Town of Beginnings. A few days earlier he had posted up a small notice in some of the more popular taverns and shops. Bell was hoping he would be joined by some new faces to make friends and go hunting together. Everyone could use the socialization in these tough times, not to mention the EXP and loot that would come if they were able to clear a few field bosses. He thought this would be a good opportunity to get out of the house and get some fighting experience under his belt. The notice told players to join him at the fountain in the town square if they were interested. Now the fun part... waiting. He made his way through the town, passing by many players and NPC's alike. "Any of these people could be on their way to meet with me... I hope at least one or two people show up." He was getting a little anxious that no one would show and he would be embarrassed. He shoved the thought aside as he turned the corner, almost reaching the fountain.

  6. "Ah okay." Bell let out a sigh as he trudged alongside Macradon, the midday sun in his eyes. He pulled a small metal canteen full of water out from his waistpouch and took a long sip, refreshing himself. Though the feeling was completely virtual, nothing but code and data, Bell was totally fine with it; it felt just as refreshing as in real life.He equipped his knife, flipping it around in his hand. "So once we get there, what comes next?"

  7. Bell suddenly snapped back to reality as the Willow finally was found. He dashed to the back of the group, trying desperately not to get hit by the writhing wood tentacles. He already had his knife out, ready in case of a surprise attack. He stayed to the back of the group while The rest got ready to attack. He equipped the <<petite bow>> that Phillia had lent him, a little embarrassed by the girly look it gave him, but remembered how it would help him get loot from the final hit.

  8. Bell smiled and nodded as Macradon talked. He didn't really care how they obtained the materials, he was just eager to get started. Bell could see how mining would be a bit quicker than hunting, especially for a knife fighter like himself. If he could knock out the enemies quickly, hunting for mats would take forever, and he was becoming a bit eager to get started. He took a few deep breaths to calm himself and smiled, ready and willing to learn. "That sounds like a plan! Where do we need to go? I'm sure there's good mining spots around here aren't there?" He looked at Macradon curiously as he awaited an answer.

  9. Bell was relieved as Macradon slowed his pace to match his own. "A dagger..." Bell said sheepishly, realizing that hunting may not be the way to go. "W-we could go another route if that would be easier. Mining for them might be a good idea too." Bell perked up and looked around him, carefully dodging a crack in the road. "It's just a basic dagger too. Maybe hunting is not the best idea. I need some better gear..." The last part of the sentence he muttered under his breath.

  10. Bell sat quietly, trying not to draw to much attention to himself. At the mention of his name by Lancelot, he turned a bit red. He was pretty ashamed of his starter equipment. He sat and watched as the higher level players talked amongst themselves. He watched as Lancelot twirled the axe with an expert hand. Finally, he spoke up to ask a question. "S-so how come the monsters stats turned out to be different? Are the rumors being spread about his stats false?"

  11. Bell followed Macradon out of the shop, careful not to trip as he stepped out of the door. He listened carefully as Macradon spoke, eager to get started with his tutoring. "Well... I think we should hunt for mats. I could use the experience." That last part of his sentence was mumbled, and he giggled a bit as he spoke. "Is that a good way to do it?" He asked with uncertainty. He had heard that most people mined for materials, but he wasn't sure if that was true or not. He was lagging a bit behind the man, so he jogged to catch up with him.

  12. Bell stood up equipping his armor, and his pants of evasion (a gift). "I am only level two." Bell turned a bit red, hoping the player wouldn't judge him too harshly. "I generally let the tanks gather up the most hate, then come in to help out when I know I won't die. Honestly I don't have very much battle experience. But I can still help you out." He equipped his basic dagger, looking over it with distaste. Someday soon he hoped to find a better dagger.

  13. "It's nice to meet you Nix. And I'm a low level player. I've been pretty stuck on this first floor. I would love to help you find a familiar!" He gave Nixon a warm smile, and took a sip of his drink, eyeing the rest of the bar. "So where do we need to go?" Bell asked as he tapped his fingers on the bar quietly as he took another swig of his drink, emptying it. He ordered another as he awaited an answer.

  14. Bell walked along the empty street path, noticing the lack of players still hanging around the first floor. He kicked some small pebbles as he walked, not even looking up from the ground, until he finally looked up, and took a turn into the tavern to get something to drink. He stepped inside, walking to sit down at the bar. He sat down next to another player, the only one he had seen for a while. "This area of town is pretty empty isn't it." he said to the blonde haired boy, who looked to be around his age. He ordered a drink, taking a sip as he introduced himself. "Hi, I'm Bell." he said with a friendly smile.

  15. Bell smiled as the notification window popped up in front of him. He hastily accepted and thanked her for the kind thought. "Right, that sounds like a plan." Bell grew a bit more confident as he saw that these two had his back. He only wished that someday he could be the one protecting them, and not the other way around... but that was a long ways off if he didnt take chances to level up. "Ok, so we're only waiting for a few more right?"

  16.  "I'll try to stay back and not draw too much attention to myself. But you're right... if it hits me once im dead." Bell grimaced, and shivered a little at the thought of dying before he even reached level 3. "Maybe I can try and get some better equipment before we go to fight it." He looked down a little shamefully at his basic dagger as he spoke. He looked over as a new girl took her seat at the table, and introduced herself. "Hi there, I'm Bell." He extended a hand politely to shake hers.

  17. "H-Hi Macradon, I'm Bell. It's nice to meet you." He said with a smile, reaching his arm out and shaking the man's hand. A notification window popped up, and Bell hastily tapped 'Accept'. He smiled as he realized what that meant; soon he would be on his way to becoming a blacksmith, a profession which he always pursued in RPG's. He returned to reality and turned toward Macradon with an excited grin, awaiting further instruction. "Ready!" He said with a nervous enthusiasm.

  18. 'Wh-what? No you've got it all wrong... I didn't know that's what you were here for." Bell looked confused, and was a little intimidated by the girl. Despite her cute appearance, she didn't seem to be very cheerful. Bell thought for a second, remembering the rumors he had heard from his friend. 'That's right!' Bell thought, 'We were supposed to gather here. It's lucky I walked in here then. I forgot all about the meeting...' Bell quickly apologized, explaining that he had forgot about the mini-boss raid party, and how he had stumbled across this tavern by chance. "Well then" He mumbled as he equipped his light dagger and armor. "Who else is coming?" He asked in a quiet tone.

  19. Bell took a turn into the tavern, stopping for a quick drink after a long day. The cold air outside made the idea of a warm beverage comforting, and Bell's stomach growled as he smelled the food. He stopped at a table where a young girl was sitting on her own, obviously waiting for something. Bell stepped closer, wondering who the girl was waiting for. "Hey there, I'm Bell. Are you waiting for something? I just thought I'd ask since you were sitting alone." Bell spoke politely, with a shy smile across his lips.

  20. Bell sighed as yet another person entered the tavern. The place filled up quickly since he had gotten there. He sat up and reached a hand to the newcomer shyly. "Hi I'm Bell. We're just talking about equipment." He offered a seat at the table to the hooded player. "You're welcome to join us if you want to." He looked over to Celesmeh and shook his head a little, all the while smiling. "You really don't have too."

  21. Bell took only a second to process the information as Takneil finished explaining the details of the function. "Ooohhh I get it now. That makes sense." Bell smiled and nodded, sticking his hands in his pockets as he kept pace with Takneil. The cool air of midwinter chilled Bell and shivered for a moment. Yet this was his favorite time of year. He breathed in deeply, inhaling as much of the crisp air as he could fit in his lungs. He slid his index and middle finger in a downwards motion, opening the purple pop up menu. He opened his inventory, to get a glimpse for himself at the "hotkey bar" as Tak had called it. Nodding in understanding, he dismissed the window with a swipe of his hand.

  22. Bell watched as Teayre finished off the first boar with a deadly quick array of slashing motions. The initiation of her sword art caused the blade to glow a bright blue, and Bell watched in amazement as the boar shattered into thousands of delicate polygons. Bell set his sights on the other large mob, thirsting for more of the action. He breathed sharply as his excitement launched him forward, speeding toward the boar, his knife seeming to guide itself into it's tough flesh. The successful attack left a glowing orange gash in the boar's side as it squealed with rage. Bell grinned, a look of triumph spreading across his face. Bell stepped back, not wanting to get squished by the enraged animal, and sheathed his dagger, taking a quick breath.

  23. Bell's eyes grew wide at the sight of the two giant boars that came storming at Calrex, seemingly out of nowhere. Teayre jumped in to make the first move, and Bell was awestruck at how quick, and strong she was. 'The boar will attack Calrex before any of us, so I may as well give it a try.' Bell thought. He smiled nervously as Max's attack failed miserably, sending him to the ground with a thud. Bell was determined to help fight the bosses though, and he wanted to be able to say he helped defeat a field boss. Bell's eyes shone with determination as he pulled his dagger from its sheath. He sprinted furiously at the raging boar, leaping up and swiping his dagger down at the boar's midsection, leaving a glowing red mark where the knife had cut into it's virtual flesh. His attack had obviously done some damage, but not enough to make the boar acknowledge Bell. He leaped back, landing next to max.

  24. Bell scratched the top of his head for a few seconds, as this was a lot for him to take in. He had a few questions for Takneil, regarding the equipment. "So basically what you're saying is, I can equip 5 items total, but only three of which I can have active at one time? So that would mean if I had an item in my inventory that wouldn't fit with my equipped items, I would have to switch them out, right?" Bell almost tripped on a crack in the road, regaining his balance as he kept walking alongside Takneil.
